14/10/2025: A great location in a pleasant and quiet village. The welcome is very courteous and friendly. The tables are beautifully arranged outside in a wooded setting. The dishes are of very good quality and the service is well organized. The prices are in keeping with the chef's efforts. In any case, we recommend this place; we returned three times during our stay.

23/09/2025: A very nice, small restaurant with excellent food and extremely friendly service. We ate there four times during our three-week vacation and were never disappointed. However, the pizza isn't comparable to an Italian pizza. The dough is very different. Reservations are essential! We'll definitely be back!

02/12/2025: A very beautiful place, but although the name remains, the chef at La Table d'Emilie has changed, as has the quality. Never disappointed by the "historic" restaurant, I didn't find its signature style here. The cuisine aims for (too) innovation, but some combinations don't work. The starter was rather simplistic: a zucchini blossom stuffed with a bland filling and accompanied by four small mussels that seemed out of place. The squab was very good, but a small gratin dauphinois or mashed potatoes would have been welcome, as we were left wanting more. The dessert was unremarkable, and to top it all off, the second choice of starter wasn't available that day (even though it was cuttlefish-based, not hard to find), and the turbot offered as a main course was also unavailable. It's a shame; another (very) good restaurant has disappeared.

09/11/2025: My first visit was enchanting. This one less so, probably because we were a table of 4, and we had to order the same menu for everyone...and it had flavors based around coffee (a drink I hate).

23/01/2026: When you hadn't planned on eating in town at all, but while strolling through the market you're drawn to the menu... Well, you're not disappointed! A good selection on the menu; in fact, I had a hard time choosing. A thumbs up for the chef, perfect cooking! We'll be back!

His passion for cooking is immediately apparent, and he shares it with humor, respect, and simplicity—everything my parents, my girlfriend, and I love. The quality is undeniably there: top-notch ingredients, expertly prepared, that make all the difference on the plate. This restaurant has gone from a simple discovery to a place I wholeheartedly recommend. It's now my go-to spot whenever I want to enjoy delicious, well-prepared food in a friendly atmosphere.

31/12/2025: Horrible treatment. My wife, my 10-year-old son, and I went to have a coffee; there were several tables already enjoying coffee. As we walked in, who I imagine was the owner came out and said they didn't serve coffee there! I suppose he's fed up with Spaniards. We found the treatment completely unexpected and discriminatory. I still have to explain to my son why this happened, and I don't know what to tell him. Today we witnessed a true xenophobe.

15/11/2025: A humble place that houses dishes worthy of a fine dining establishment. The waitress was helpful, friendly, and very attentive. We ordered a set menu and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and beautifully presented the food was. The local wine was excellent. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We ate at this restaurant on the recommendation of the Auberge Val Moureze, but we were quite disappointed. The prices are certainly a little expensive, but when it's justified, no problem. However, we were disappointed. The price is not justified at all!!! The quantities are way too small. I'm sorry, but two salad leaves cost nothing, and two small lamb chops cost €34. Sorry, but that's taking people for fools... The manager isn't very warm or friendly; apparently, the restaurant doesn't have vegetables to replace fries. But when the bill was paid, it was much better! That said, the desserts were good and the setting was pleasant.

02/02/2026: Admission🎫: Free admission on the first Sunday of every month Experience🎨: After entering, turn left at the ticket counter ⬅️ to begin your journey into the art gallery. Start from the first floor and ascend slowly. From religious perspectives to historical figures, the painting techniques evolve. From still lifes to portraits to historical events, the clothing of the figures also changes. From afar, you can see the overall composition and color scheme of the paintings. But upon closer inspection, you can discover subtle expressions and the lines of muscle extension. Each painting can easily take up your time. Before you know it, an afternoon has passed, yet you still feel like you haven't had enough. A visit is highly recommended. Museum History🏛️: In 1825, the Montpellier painter François-Xavier Fabre donated his art collection (a large number of paintings and drawings, etc.) to his hometown of Montpellier, prompting the local city council to establish a museum dedicated to collecting and displaying these works. This is the origin of the Fabre Museum's establishment and name. Another prominent collector and donor was Alfred Bruyas (1821-1877), who donated approximately 200 paintings and drawings. The museum officially opened to the public in 1828 and underwent a major renovation in the early 21st century (2003-2007), enhancing its exhibition space and modernizing its facilities. It is currently one of the most important museums in France and Europe. P.S. A small supplement: François-Xavier Fabre, a native of Montpellier, spent most of his life in Italy (Florence). Through painting and connections, he gradually amassed a large collection of classic Italian paintings.

23/01/2026: A cultural gem! I've been going there since I was a child, and it's always a pleasure to return, both to enjoy the temporary and permanent exhibitions! I highly recommend this museum.
