07/04/2026: A beautiful and welcoming place, from the reception to the service, including the kitchen where the chefs perfectly master their craft and cooking techniques. We opted for the Easter menu, a true delight from appetizer to dessert. Bravo, I highly recommend it.

27/04/2026: Table for 5; warm welcome, good service, very pleasant setting. The fruity cocktail was good and surprising, a little too sweet. The set menu was tasty, and the price was very reasonable. We made the young servers feel at ease because we sensed they were stressed about doing a good job, and everything went very well. One piece of advice: place the plates on the table first, then explain the dishes and ingredients clearly, enunciating and looking at the guests. Well done on the phrasing: "Did everything go well?" or "Did you enjoy it?" And kudos to the server for his knowledge of the origins of the Paris-Brest pastry! One minor point: insufficient knowledge of the available wines (we asked for rosé, but they didn't have any, and there was no mention of it on the wine list!). We will return to encourage them.

24/04/2026: A truly wonderful place to discover, offering seasonal cuisine with fresh produce, top-notch service, and a location overlooking the Thau Lagoon. Despite arriving late as a group of 16, the chef arranged for eight sports cars to park right next to the restaurant – a huge thank you! Everything was perfect; one of the finest restaurants in Mèze.

02/05/2026: A very unpleasant museum, a sinister atmosphere, everything is dark, the bookstore is closed for no reason, and the restrooms are at the end of a completely black corridor, leading into a totally black room. It's impossible to clean this place. Most of the paintings on display are uninteresting; three-quarters of them should be put back in storage. Only the Bazille room is worthwhile. A very sad state of affairs for culture...

21/04/2026: EXCEPTIONAL, and that's an understatement! Everything was delicious, the couscous, the tagines—it was a real feast! However, skip your previous meal because you'll eat like a horse at Redouane's! The welcome is fantastic, the dining room is spotless and so cozy.

18/02/2026: We arrived quite late for lunch in February, and despite the late hour, approaching closing time, and the already crowded dining room, we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness as if we were the only customers of the day! We shared a starter and were surprised to see two separate portions arrive in small casseroles, presented as if we had ordered two starters! The main courses were generous and delicious, and the numerous staff were available and attentive. A great find!
