And what can I say about the meal? It's a marvel for the taste buds, with meticulous attention to presentation. The cuisine is exceptional. The wine pairings are perfectly matched. The staff and the manager are incredibly attentive. I offer you a big Bravo for all these reasons... I highly recommend this restaurant; it's well worth the detour.

07/02/2026: Our children treated us to a meal; the portions were small, enough for the starters and desserts but just enough for the main course. The food was excellent, but the extra charge for the wine and cheese plate was a bit excessive. We had a very pleasant evening, the staff were friendly and professional, and the setting was magnificent.

We loved everything: appetizer, main course, and dessert. There were so many delicious flavors. We know we booked a table a bit late, but the restaurant still kindly accommodated us, so I'm very grateful. I had a wonderful time. The servers were pleasant, kind, and respectful. I understood what it's like to work in the restaurant industry because, as a waitress myself, I completely understand their job. Plus, I managed to get my best friend to try some wines, knowing she's a picky eater. I highly recommend this restaurant. We received a warm welcome. The cuisine blends local traditions and modern touches with great skill: flavorful, generous dishes made with excellent ingredients. The presentation of the plates is sophisticated and beautiful. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered, making the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the smiling and attentive staff, and to the owners, Stéphane and Maryline, who are remarkably kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it shines through in every part of the restaurant. A place you'll definitely want to return to!

15/11/2025: This restaurant had been highly recommended to us, and with a €42 set menu, we arrived with certain expectations. The setting is undeniably charming: a beautiful building, tasteful decor, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, the food disappointed us. The dishes lacked harmony and balance, and some flavor combinations were overdone. As for the service, the wine trolley is a good idea, but the amount served didn't reach the advertised 12 cl; this lack of generosity discouraged us from ordering more. When it came time to pay, a simple question about payment methods resulted in an unnecessarily curt response. In short: a very attractive setting, but a culinary experience and service that fell short of expectations.

22/01/2026: I stumbled upon La Canca while leaving Decathlon. Intrigued by the lively atmosphere of this little food truck, I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed at all. The welcome was warm and personal, the service quick, the food delicious, and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend doing as I did and giving it a go. I might even go to Decathlon more often now.

08/03/2026: We received a warm welcome from the owner in his kitchen and were immediately shown to a table for two. The menu offered five dishes, including a fish option. We chose beef skewers and filet mignon (both cooked over a wood fire). They were perfectly cooked and delicious – excellent! There was no wait despite only one server assisting the owner. I commend and highly recommend this restaurant.
