18/04/2026: We stayed at the hotel for one night. Upon arrival, there was free parking and a charming garden. The room was standard, in a rather old building, but it did the job. The real surprise was the restaurant and breakfast. After reading the numerous reviews, this definitely influenced our decision to stay here, and we weren't disappointed. The front-of-house staff was superb, full of personality, and extremely friendly. We had a lot of laughs. The kitchen staff also seemed extremely friendly. And the food was flawless. A real treat!

The entrance is chaotic, people don't respect the queues, and groups cut in line for those who have been waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone informing them of the number of available spaces. Furthermore, there are no reservations. The service is appalling, very "French-style"! I strongly advise against going there! It's unacceptable! And the employee is completely useless!

06/05/2026: Following your response to the last review concerning the group of 26, I dispute your answer. Your website gives the impression that the boat trip is on a traditional flat-bottomed boat and that the dinner meal is served on a modern flat-bottomed boat, which is not true. Your website makes no mention whatsoever of any differences in the route due to the water level. Your website states "right under the arches and even beyond," accompanied by attractive photos. I apologize, but your website is misleading, and as a professional, you are obligated to be transparent, to provide advice, and to clearly describe any variations or changes that may occur.

29/03/2026: We came as a group of six this month. The welcome wasn't warm, the food was awful—cold and undercooked. The service was barely adequate; there was no greeting or conversation other than taking our order. The waiters weren't focused and seemed more interested in laughing amongst themselves than answering our calls. The place is far too expensive for the food and service offered. I strongly advise against going there.

11/05/2026: Thank you to the owner for welcoming us around 3 pm for a late lunch today. The bobun was delicious, the pickled vegetables homemade, like everything else on the menu. We look forward to returning, perhaps with Led Zeppelin playing in the background.

18/04/2026: Completely pointless, fries cost an extra €3.50 which entitles you to a free sauce (otherwise it's extra). When you get there, they give you a tiny bit of sauce for two, telling you it's a small sauce to share 🤪 Happy hour? Well, in the end, no, you pay full price... We tried it, but we won't be back because we were still hungry when we left...

17/04/2026: Excellent! First time at this restaurant, it was a delight. The veggie Jack burger was exquisite, and the fries were too. The only downside was the music was a bit too loud. Otherwise, everything else was 10/10.
