02/01/2025: Great welcome, dogs are allowed on the terrace. The server was attentive throughout our meal. Many thanks. We ate very well from starter to dessert. Everything was good, fresh and plentiful for a first experience of truffade (Auvergne specialty made from crushed potatoes, cheese and pan-fried garlic). Homemade aperitif, tender entrecote, crispy breaded chicken. And I’m not talking about desserts 😂. We ask for more restaurants like this. We can't wait to go back 😁

14/09/2024: Ideally located on the “Sancy 60km loop” hiking route, we stopped for one night with my cousin in May. Very well received by the hotel manager even though we arrived a little early. The hotel is well located, close to the historic center, everything can be done on foot. We slept well, as noted in other comments, the bathroom is dated but functional and that's the main thing! Breakfast was very good, perfect for a good day of hiking.

31/08/2024: Je confirme les précédents commentaires, petit restaurant à ne pas rater ! Vous avez à peine franchi le pas de la porte que vous êtes à accueillis avec le sourire, le menu propose des spécialités locales, le chef travaille avec des producteurs locaux, y compris pour les boissons. Les plats sont bons, copieux, servis avec le sourire et la bonne humeur qui respire. Le cadre est un plus pour ce restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine depuis l'extérieur, mais qui a un excellent rapport qualité prix, qui mérite le détour.

30/08/2024: Super déjeuner dans cette crêperie en plein cœur de Thiers. Nous étions 8 avec 4 enfants, pas de souci. Très bien accueillis, les crêpes étaient excellentes, service au top du serveur. Ambiance chaleureuse

03/09/2024: The rooms. First choose carefully. If you want a view with a balcony ask for one that faces to the back not one facing the front car park. Book many months in advance as the hotel is very popular and fully booked in August! It is one of the nicest in the area. We had room 6 (as a post booking requested upgrade from a window only room if a balcony room became available). The view was over the front and car park. When sitting on the balcony it was ok with 50% scenery the rest the dining room roof.

29/08/2024: Adorable and welcoming staff, in a truly sublime, natural and soothing setting. A very gourmet restaurant and quality cuisine. The rooms are simple, pleasant and clean, well soundproofed and with a nice view (depending on the room I imagine).

22/08/2024: Une excellente adresse à Clermont, très surprenant de trouver une brasserie de cette qualité dans un centre commercial. Un endroit accueillant et chaleureux par l’ensemble du personnel. Mais surtout des plats généreux et gourmands avec une spécialité la truffade à ne pas rater.

01/09/2024: For a Michelin-starred restaurant we were surprised to see that the restaurant had no air conditioning, sliding open result, heat and flies on the program. Added to this was the background music that was too loud. Interesting culinary discovery but the cook had a heavy hand with the spices, too bad. Accustomed to large tables, we came away with mixed feelings about your establishment.

29/08/2024: Nothing to say about the meal, original and succulent. Nothing to say about the service. Take care On the other hand, one thing bothered me: the flies... open windows it was hot but there are mosquito nets which also prevent flies from entering. In view of the quality of the restoration it is a shame to go hunting...

29/11/2024: A beautiful little tavern in summer and winter with a beautiful terrace, a caring team, good, fresh, tasty cuisine, you can even have dinner in the evening now, delicious wines, cocktails made with passion, don't change anything, we'll smells good in Carioca.

30/10/2024: What a disappointment... Reserve for 12:30 p.m., explain that we only have 1 hour to eat, we attacked the starter at 1:30 p.m. so the timing was not respected and in the end no choice of dish... Lasagna or nothing... So I don't I ate only 2 pieces of pâté as a starter which I was charged 7€ even though it was displayed as 5 in the dining room...

30/10/2024: Sad not to accept reviews whether good or bad and to dare to piss off the customers who are still your livelihood... Fortunately you are the only restaurant within 20 km otherwise you would have already closed for a long time with such behavior!

02/09/2024: Plats délicieux et copieux. Produits du terroir. A fréquenter les yeux fermés. Le personnel est très chaleureux, sympa, authentique. Le cadre est superbe même à l'intérieur. Nous y retournerons pour manger en terrasse dont l'atmosphère est particulièrement agréable. Un vrai délice.

30/08/2024: La nourriture est bonne, cependant le service est long et les serveurs discutent et boivent entre eux au lieu de nous servir !! Les attentes en devienne donc très longues et les coupures entre les entrées/plats/dessers. Décevant !!!
