20/05/2026: We were originally supposed to eat in Montpeyroux, but not much was open, so on the way back we stopped here. When the daily menu was announced, I was a little skeptical: rice salad and pork chop with Vichy carrots. But we ordered three set menus for €17 each, and they were a real treat! I even got homemade fries with my carrots. The meat and sauce were succulent, as were the perfectly cooked carrots. The floating island for dessert was also divine. The atmosphere was friendly and unpretentious, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the bread served at the table was simply delicious.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, whose friendliness and smile immediately put us at ease. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. The decor is elegant and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Finally, and importantly, the restrooms were spotlessly clean, which speaks volumes about the care taken throughout the establishment. An excellent place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The room was beautiful, the bathroom spotless, and the bed comfortable. The restaurant boasts a varied menu featuring excellent local specialties, very good craft beer, and beautifully presented and expertly prepared dishes. The service was impeccable! You immediately sense the professionalism and kindness of the waitress! A wonderful discovery, keep up the good work!

09/09/2026: The food was excellent and the setting pleasant… it's a shame the service spoiled the experience. We had reserved a table for five and received a particularly frosty welcome, simply because we had forgotten to mention that a baby would be present in a stroller. This oversight seemed to be a real tragedy for the waitress. We have rarely been so poorly received in a restaurant. Between the remarks and the clearly annoyed attitude, we almost felt like we were bothering them. It's a real shame, because the food was excellent and the setting is lovely. But in a restaurant, a warm welcome and a smile are also part of the experience…

15/08/2026: Absolutely excellent from start to finish. A delicious homemade starter. A chicken cooked in the fireplace and a divine potato gratin. For dessert, an equally delicious peach and apricot clafoutis. We will gladly return; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you very much.
