30/05/2026: Good value for money. Very well located for hiking around the Auvergne volcano lakes. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by nature, and just a 5-minute walk from the town center. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and available, with good service and a generous breakfast. Regarding the room, we always prefer a shower to a bathtub; that's the only slight drawback…

23/05/2026: A charming hotel that we stayed in between the Ascension Day holiday rush and the Whit Monday weekend in 2026. The owner gave us a warm welcome, showing us to our room and providing information. The room was a good size for sleeping, and the small bathroom was adequate. We would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a small bathtub (hence the one-star deduction for the room), but our hygiene wasn't affected 😄. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant after a swim in the indoor pool. The meal was excellent, and the service was pleasant. In short, very good value for money for this lovely establishment. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

18/09/2026: We came last night as a group of nine. The tables were arranged so that none of us were left alone at the end, and we really appreciated this. The welcome and service were impeccable, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time!

07/09/2026: Same problem with times. We made a detour on motorbikes in 34 degrees to come here. Arrived at 1400. Said they weren’t taking any more customers.

26/06/2026: The best burgers in Clermont-Ferrand. I've been enjoying the Cantal and thyme burger for years. I love it so much that I can never bring myself to try the others! (Actually, I have occasionally given in to the "So British," which is also amazing). The fries are delicious, and the owners are always lovely!

02/06/2026: We had a wonderful time. The rooms are comfortable. The garden is lovely with a view of the Puy de Dôme. The food was excellent. Thank you to the chef! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast consisted of high-quality, local products. A must-visit in the region!

28/08/2026: As always, a very pleasant place, superb cuisine. The cooking and seasoning were perfect. We had a very good time. A minor point about the dessert: I ordered the tartlet and only received half a slice. A bit of a shame, as the other two desserts at the table were very generous. It slightly unbalanced the experience at the end. I will gladly return, but I hope this point will be rectified.

24/09/2026: An ideal hotel, perfect for exploring Clermont and its surroundings. Very well located on Place de Jaude, with convenient paid parking right next door. The decor is unique, understated, and elegant. The breakfast is generous and excellent. The restaurant meals are also of very high quality. And to top it all off, the staff (in every position!) are attentive, friendly, helpful, smiling, and responsive. A big thank you, and please keep up the great work! 10/07/2026: A small, family-run hotel with a very warm welcome. The spacious triple room was perfect for a couple with a child. Half-board is available at the hotel restaurant, which offers a varied menu every evening, featuring homemade dishes made with local produce. Special mention goes to the delicious daily desserts.

28/06/2026: Philippe from the group of 6 bikers The best place for a motorcycle trip! 🏍️ A true biker haven worthy of the name. The booking management is top-notch: the team is attentive and adapts to all needs (they found space for our 6 motorcycles in their garage despite another group being present, and managed our schedules and meals to suit our needs). We almost felt at home! As for the prices? Unbeatable value for money that defies all competition. The welcome on site is incredibly warm, with a smiling and helpful team. As for the food, the evening meals are excellent, varied, and showcase local specialties. Special mention for the packed lunches: simple, hearty, and perfect for the day's twisty rides. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!
