27/11/2025: We had a lovely stay at this inn on the Loue River, located in a small medieval village. This tastefully decorated inn offers a relaxed, family atmosphere in a peaceful, natural setting. We were also delighted by the generous portions of local cuisine made with quality ingredients. The truffade and the cornet de Murat were excellent.

I personally loved the braised foie gras with its mushroom sauce, as well as the excellent sweetbreads, thank you! 🌞 The service was attentive and friendly. We would gladly return.

The Sunday menu was a very expensive obligatory buffet at €32 per person. We were very disappointed by the quality of the dishes served, all very mediocre, such as the Flemish carbonnade which had a burnt taste, probably from being reheated. The desserts seemed tasteless to us. The dishes are all mismatched. Only the beer was good. The staff, however, are very friendly.

A snail pastry with a divine sauce, a quail and baby vegetable pie (quail completely deboned by the chef and cooked to perfection... simply excellent), a generous cheese platter, and a choice of dessert! In short... excellent value for money. The truffade, a regional dish, was very good and generous... the ribs and chicken will also satisfy the taste buds!!
