From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a team of exceptionally warm, attentive, and highly professional servers. Their knowledge of wines and other beverages is remarkable: their explanations are clear, precise, and delivered with passion, allowing us to discover new flavors with complete confidence. The presentation of both the drinks and the dishes is simply superb, elegant, and refined. We opted for the eight-course tasting menu, which is definitely worth the trip. We paired it with a wine pairing and a glass of white wine, both excellent and perfectly selected to enhance each course. Each plate arrives at the table like a true work of art, immediately sparking curiosity and the desire to taste it. As for the cuisine, it is exceptional and full of surprises. Each dish is a discovery, both visually and in its combination of flavors. We were constantly amazed by the originality of the creations, the quality of the ingredients, and the masterful cooking techniques. The flavors were incredible, perfectly balanced, and rich in flavor, offering a true culinary journey from beginning to end. A remarkable dining experience that perfectly combines an enchanting setting, impeccable service, and inventive cuisine. An address I recommend without hesitation and where I will gladly return.

The meals were delicious and homemade. Kudos to our hosts! Board games are available for relaxing and enjoyable evenings. The lodges are very comfortable. The setting is truly lovely for a complete escape and perfect for outdoor activities with your dog. Thank you again for your kindness, good humor, and smiles. I highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: Edit after the reply: The blog only exists because the whole experience was quite unpleasant. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I completely understand a difficult situation; however, bringing a raw dish to a customer and saying "we didn't have time to heat it up" before leaving is hard to understand. Just like not offering any compensation on the bill despite a dish that was honestly bad. Finally, if these "hiccups" happen, leaving your server to single-handedly steer the ship against the waves (he was running around everywhere to serve everyone with virtually no help) is probably the cause. Tonight we came to eat truffade, as we often do. After waiting 15-20 minutes for our order to be taken, we ordered a small bowl of fries while waiting for our main course. The impact of this bowl was going to be huge. Not seeing it arrive, I discreetly approached the counter to see where the bowl was. I was spotted and heard someone ordering a bowl of fries from the kitchen, so I calmly returned to my table. Having devoured our delicious bowl of fries, we were a little surprised to have to wait about 45 minutes for the rest of our order. The owner noticed us (probably by the sounds of hungry stomachs) and inquired: a slight hiccup—the manually ordered bowl of fries had prevented the rest of our order from being sent to the kitchen. However, the truffade arrived soon despite this minor hiccup; these things happen, and there was no problem with it. However, sending the truffade raw, with mushy potatoes, seemed like a rather risky solution. After seeing the dish, the owner sent this Dauphiné truffade back to the kitchen, where they salvaged it as best they could, but it never quite reached the level of a proper truffade. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered tapenade and a glass of wine, which was appreciated. However, a small discount on the bill would have been appreciated and would have been welcome. The owner and staff were attentive and empathetic, though. P.S.: If possible, take the crème brûlée out of the fridge earlier so it's not ice-cold when it arrives 🥲 (As an aside, some people sat down at an adjacent table 5-10 minutes after us and were sipping coffee after a good meal while our truffades were being taken back to the kitchen).
