16/08/2026: We had a great evening at the snack bar with the family. The meal was hearty and delicious, we highly recommend it!

16/08/2026: After a magnificent hike this Thursday, we had lunch at Snack des Supeyres. And what a gem we discovered! My sister, my daughter, and I all agree: it's the perfect place to stop! The €21 set menu includes a huge savory buckwheat galette, a delicious sweet crêpe or ice cream, and a drink. It's fantastic, and the price is very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. The galette is made with local products and is very generous. And the blueberry crêpe is divine. Stop by if you're at the Col. This young couple deserves to work; we must support them. It's rare these days to find motivated and talented young people, so let's not let them down! Thank you both for this delicious experience, this post-hike break, your kindness, and this relaxing spot. Valérie.

28/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The truffade is superb, as are the frog legs. The desserts are also incredible.

28/07/2026: We stopped for a coffee, and the aroma wafting from the kitchen convinced us to stay for lunch—no regrets! The dishes were generous and delicious, and the service was very welcoming and friendly! The charcuterie was of excellent quality and seemed locally sourced; the tomatoes in the salad were also really good. We'll be back in the future, and this time we'll make a reservation so we can try the Auvergne stew.

23/08/2026: Passing by on Sunday, August 23rd, I saw a pork rib on the menu. It was beautifully presented on a bed of mashed potatoes, accompanied by carrots, zucchini, olives, and cherry tomatoes. A welcome change from fries! The staff provided excellent service. The dish cost €23. In conclusion, I highly recommend this establishment.

25/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place during our vacation; it's a shop selling local products, and they also have a restaurant and a terrace. We bought some cheese from the shop, as well as a few other local products, including charcuterie—everything was delicious. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we sat on the terrace and enjoyed some amazing homemade ice cream! Go there without hesitation; the owners are also very welcoming.

23/05/2026: It's impossible to go to a spa without stopping by the Cellier Muratoire boutique – a sensational shop with a very friendly and accommodating owner. Don't forget to stop by her place!

16/07/2026: A lovely little inn that makes you want to come back. The welcome was fantastic! The waitresses were excellent, even though I think for some of them it was their first time. Well done! 👏 The meal was very generous and delicious; the truffade was a delight. There were eight of us at our table, each with a different meal, and everyone found it very good and very generous. We certainly didn't leave hungry. Thank you to the whole team, and I hope to return to your area.

31/07/2026: Table for 6 with 2 children: 8 and 2 years old. As usual!!! The prawn and scallop skewers were delicious, at least for me. An impressive taste. The service was top-notch, the young woman was very attentive :) She didn't rush you. The dishes arrived at the perfect time, without any stress. Really very pleasant. We go back every time with great pleasure. Thank you very much. And of course, we highly recommend it.

04/08/2026: A lovely time spent at this restaurant. I particularly enjoyed: - the mackerel and beetroot starter, presented with a well-balanced wasabi sorbet to enhance the flavor. - the pork main course: a very tender and perfectly cooked pork tenderloin, wrapped in bacon, with a rich and flavorful jus, button mushroom duxelles, black pudding puff pastry, pig's trotter croquettes, and Guéméné andouille sausage. - the revisited chimichurri sauce with trout roe, which accompanied the fish and which I tasted. The sauces were left on the table, which was a very nice touch. - the pre-dessert of rhubarb brunoise, sorrel ice cream, and herb jus. - both desserts were excellent, both the apricot and almond dessert and the peach trompe-l'œil, both being indulgent and well-balanced. - In general, the work with herbs and acidity - The generous portions - The willingness to replace one of the desserts with cheese - The prominent role given to vegetables I liked less: - The pig's trotter cromesquis with blond lentils from La Planèze: not seasoned enough - The house non-alcoholic orange/black tea/vanilla cocktail: I didn't really taste the tea or vanilla... - The service was friendly but sometimes a bit inconsiderate: ingredients in the dishes weren't always listed, questions were forgotten, napkins weren't folded, etc. Finally, the music was pleasant but surprising for a Michelin-starred restaurant: "commercial" pop music: Sia, Pink, Lady Gaga, etc.

23/08/2026: Excellent welcome despite arriving right when they opened. The terrace is very pleasant, as is the dining room, with its attractive industrial-style decor. Perfect for a coffee break or lunch.

20/08/2026: Hello, we arrived at around 1:30 PM and 1:40 PM to eat, and were refused service because it was no longer possible. This was despite signs in the parking lot, on social media, and online indicating continuous service. In the middle of tourist season, 1:30 PM doesn't seem like an inappropriate time.
