28/05/2026: A pleasant surprise, with the lady serving and the gentleman cooking. A very convivial atmosphere, and the dishes were generous and delicious. My partner ordered a double burger and had trouble finishing it 🤣. The patties are made fresh on-site, and the fries are homemade. The taste is all the better for it. We highly recommend it. A significant bonus: the dining room is air-conditioned.

The two people who run this little restaurant are attentive, super friendly, and you can feel their passion for their work! We will gladly return on our next visit.

30/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Vinton, thanks to their advertising sign we spotted two kilometers before entering the village. The waitress recommended a sparkling Corsican Muscat, a delight as an aperitif. My wife had a very generous Corsican burger, and I had a Corsican cannelloni with brucchio cheese—wow, absolutely delicious! The waitress was very kind. If you're ever in Vinton, I recommend this place without hesitation. Enjoy your meal! I forgot about the desserts; I can't remember the name, but it was a cake made with brucchio cheese—simply divine!

16/05/2026: A very warm welcome; the owner and staff are incredibly attentive. The restaurant has a cozy decor. The dishes are truly excellent: octopus stew, braised lamb. The desserts are also superb, with the floating islands with pralines being the highlight.

Don't hesitate to step inside; at first glance, it might not seem particularly special. But once you take a bite, you'll be transported. Not a single flaw from aperitif to dessert, and even a few petit fours to our delight. Try it, and you'll be hooked.

We enjoyed the homemade dishes: bouillabaisse and cuttlefish with parsley and garlic, followed by two salted caramel creams with delicious hazelnut pieces. The service was professional and friendly, with a smile. We had an excellent time at this restaurant.
