31/05/2026: So, off on an adventure, we were passing through Hyères, and I absolutely wanted to eat prawn pasta. I asked Chat GPT, and he even recommended this wonderful restaurant where you can smell the fresh fish. The meal was delicious. As a connoisseur of prawn pasta, even in Marseille, it's not as good. Warm welcome, guaranteed friendliness! They even had little chalks and a slate for the children. Everything was top-notch. Thank you for this great meal, and the portions are just right. At home, you pay, but you don't get two prawns that taste disastrous. Anyway, thank you for this great restaurant!

26/07/2026: Very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. A salad and a Camembert galette, both very generous portions and reasonably priced for a tourist area (around €17). Very friendly service. Lovely, airy location on the square. I recommend it and we will stop there again on our next visit to the village of Le Castellet.

Tonight, we had warm goat cheese (perfectly seasoned), leg of lamb with vegetables and cauliflower that was truly delicious, and an assortment of homemade desserts – a very enjoyable evening. 18/04/2026: I've known this restaurant since I was a child; my parents loved stopping there to eat. Now I'm a grandfather, and I still go there. It's on the way to our holiday home in the summer. I really enjoy their Provençal daube, and the saffron milk caps when they have them. But generally speaking, the dishes are always well-prepared and delicious. I recommend stopping there for a pleasant meal; the service is always friendly.

18/06/2026: A very good experience at the K a Cuers bistro within the Kouros hotel. The €28 set menu was well-balanced with a variety of options. The service was very professional and friendly, provided by a very attentive young waiter. We will be back to try the summer menu.

06/06/2026: A Saturday lunchtime just the way we like them, especially when we have the chance to go to a restaurant, and especially Bistrot K in Cuers! A warm welcome 🥰 and truly excellent service (with extra care, given that my daughter-in-law is pregnant). We were given very attentive and knowledgeable information about the fresh products: fish, meat, and more… Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant, which is rare these days. Thank you again for your service! And what can I say about the food? The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, a real treat! 02/08/2026: A superb spot where we took a break on our holiday road trip. A charming rural setting, warm and friendly service, and freshly caught trout served with an absolutely delicious virgin sauce 👏👏! A special mention for the garden vegetables and the delicious tomatoes that tantalized our taste buds. The homemade fries were also very good. A big thank you!

30/07/2026: Thank you so much for getting us something just before 2 pm... a small lunch menu. The quality was really okay, nothing fancy, but perfectly fine. The charm, the service, and the ambiance under the trees are the restaurant's greatest assets.

The atmosphere is particularly warm, the staff super friendly, and the decor original: you leave feeling satisfied and happy!

07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.

29/04/2026: Very convenient hotel, close to the highway exit. Excellent facility with ample free parking, a restaurant, meeting room, billiards room, pool, bar, and a great outdoor area, although I didn't use any of them because I was just passing through (for one night). The room wasn't very large but was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. However, there was no mini-fridge, and I would have appreciated at least a small bottle of water. Friendly staff.

28/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at Mas Saint Donat. We came as a family with our two children to enjoy the superb heated outdoor pool, dine at the restaurant, and spend the night in a very spacious, clean quadruple room with air conditioning and a lovely terrace. The meal was generous and of high quality, and the service was excellent. We will definitely return.
