10/03/2026: Fantastic experience at the Grand-Hôtel du Castellet! The spa is truly incredible: everything is designed for relaxation, with drinks and snacks available, which is a lovely touch. The place is beautiful and very pleasant. We then had lunch at San Felice: a real treat! The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Special mention to Titouan for his kindness, humor, and good cheer. A top-notch waiter who made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: A wonderful stay at the Hôtel du Castellet. The room was magnificent, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The grounds are incredible: you're truly immersed in nature, in a calm and peaceful setting. The pool is very large and particularly pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The spa is also very large and beautiful, perfectly designed for a truly relaxing experience. The brasserie is also excellent, with very high-quality cuisine and a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is there for a perfect stay. We will definitely return.

23/10/2025: Very poor reception when purchasing pastries. According to them, you absolutely have to order in advance, which seems "obvious" to the staff, but not to the customers. The manager was particularly unpleasant. We clearly get the impression that this bakery prefers to target passing tourists rather than the locals of Le Castellet. It's a shame, because the place could have potential with better service. In short, I won't be going back!

04/12/2025: For our first time, we loved both takeaway pizzas. The crust was delicious and crispy, the tomato sauce had just the right amount of garlic and flavor, and the other toppings were perfect. The price was more than reasonable! If we have the chance, we'll be back!

23/02/2026: I've been going to Bistro Frégate for over 10 years, often with my family. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, in a great atmosphere. The location is prime. The staff is always very professional, friendly, and energetic. The place is impeccably clean. The nearby parking is a real bonus.

01/02/2026: A fabulous Sunday lunch! A very warm welcome, a great location by the sea, comfortable seating, and a cozy atmosphere. The meal was excellent, with magnificent salmon starters followed by a fabulous lamb tagine as a main course. What more can I say? We simply had a wonderful meal. Everything was perfect. The service team was young, friendly, and very pleasant. I recommend it 1000%! Kudos to the owner for his discreet presence and the quality of his staff.

01/03/2026: Given the reception and atmosphere, I started to doubt whether I'd have a good time, so I decided to just have a drink rather than linger and eat. Only a third of the staff were friendly. "Apparently, it's not possible to place a full order." You have to order drinks first, wait 20 minutes, and then order food again. Two juices: 40 minutes. The servers were unfriendly, and it was 1 p.m. I won't be back.

Thank you to the chef and our server; we will gladly return, this time to dine on the terrace. A small suggestion for the dining room decor: it could use a touch of warmth, perhaps some candles or something similar.
