23/11/2024: We were 12 adults and 3 grandchildren to celebrate my darling's birthday and celebrate his retirement and that of his brother. The restaurant was full. A warm welcome, the waitress handled it very well, she was all alone. What about the meal?? Everything was delicious. We asked the chef if he could make us a strawberry birthday cake which was truly delicious. A big thank you to them. I warmly recommend it to you. We will come back.

The human staff, and incredibly kind, fast service despite high attendance, The price is well below the price they could claim, In a simple and no-frills interior, to be recommended without moderation, I am always happy to stop there when I am passing through.

10/10/2024: The waitresses are welcoming and efficient, no waiting for installation and service. The food is good: a tasty wild boar stew offered as a dish of the day...with a downside about the polenta being too dry. Excellent crème brûlée and tiramisu. For the setting and the atmosphere, it's different. It's a bar restaurant, so there's a lot of traffic, and the setting needs to be renovated. Our table, reserved the day before, was next to the kitchen serving hatch, but also the passage to the bar.. The room is very noisy and with 5 of us, we had to speak loudly to hear each other. For prices: a formula at 22 euros with dish of the day, dessert and coffee.. otherwise a la carte. Drinks: 4 euros for a coke, 6 euros for a bottle of badoit, well served. By taking the formula and a drink each, we paid 28 euros per person. It's a shame that this noise problem disrupted our meal, because it could have been a good place to remember and recommend.

10/12/2024: Ma compagne et moi même sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant les serveurs sont très chaleureux et aux petits soins, côté restaurant nous avons commencer par un plateau de fruit de mer, rapport qualité prix très bien, nous avons pris un homard servis avec des spaghettis à la bisque généreusement servi, produit frais garantie ! Je recommande et ne manquerai pas d’y retourner

11/11/2024: 14h30 nous avons voulu prendre un verre. Personne n est venu à nous. Je me suis déplacée au comptoir pour commander. Il m à été répondu qu aucune boisson n était servie... nous sommes des locaux et cette réception ne nous donne pas envie d y retourner pour manger

29/11/2024: I was able to privatize the Break to celebrate my birthday in the presence of my family. The team was very proactive in choosing the menu (an aperitif dinner), very responsive and dynamic. The evening took place in a good mood, we ate well and laughed a lot, with the possibility of adapting the room according to our needs and installing our decorative elements there. Thank you for welcoming us with a smile :)

Never disappointed, I never give the maximum rating because we can always do better, but it's cool, really Only downside, no parking, a bit of a hassle depending on the time, but that's really the only downside

21/09/2024: There were 6 of us who came for dinner in July. The unanimous observation is overwhelming. A terrace open to the national road which crosses the city. You are accompanied by the deafening sound of trucks and cars passing 2 meters from you. The scents of diesel and gasoline fill your nostrils and lungs. The decor dates from the early 1970s. Lighting from the same period, with an old lamp placed above a gas pump. Above you is an outdated tarpaulin. Welcome to the Auberge de la Môle. You've come to the right place if you like mediocrity! The evening card is €70, exclusively in cash, because the house does not accept credit cards, obviously you are in 1970. Terrines and other duck mousses are worthy of the industry. You will find better in supermarkets Let's move on to the starters and main courses: A salad made with tasteless tomatoes, accompanied by mushrooms and 3 pieces of crayfish, knowing that a crayfish salad was announced as the suggestion of the day. Or, a flavorless salmon quickly placed on the plate... The meats were OK, nothing more. Desserts arrive, a chocolate mousse, milk... sacrilegious and mediocre. A crème caramel served in a dish already a third full! The top waiters, like the restaurant, persist in serving us water in wine glasses. If you want to visit the kitchen, it's simple, just go to the toilets located upstairs. In this case, you will be forced to cross the kitchen and see the disaster firsthand. None of us will return to this place. To definitely avoid.

17/09/2024: The Auberge has been one of my favorite places in the region for decades. The atmosphere is unique and so wonderfully authentic. A nice contrast to the same old restaurants in Saint Tropez and the surrounding area. The cuisine couldn't be better or more classic. The food is always freshly cooked, good basic products, beautiful braised dishes, wonderful homemade patés, homemade desserts, classic and very good cheese selection. The wine selection is also something special. In addition to classic varieties, you can also find special wines from almost all regions of France. The service is always very friendly and competent and most of the waitresses and waiters have been there for years. It's just a shame that this wonderful oasis is closed between the end of October and Easter.
