23/11/2025: A frosty welcome, no one acknowledged us, mussels cooked and recooked, tiny portions of fries swimming in grease, and everything served cold, which perfectly matched the service... if you're not a regular, no hello, no goodbye, not even a smile. Avoid this place. No wonder people stop going to restaurants...

11/10/2025: I love it!! Always so good, I've come several times and tried several dishes, never disappointed, even more so with the mussels and fries 😍😍😍 Very friendly waiters and a great atmosphere, we love it, and the prices, you won't find better or cheaper for excellent quality food, served quickly. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2024: Je n'ai pas retrouvé la gardiane d'antan dans cet établissements , ( sauce et viande pas assez corsées, olives ) et ce qui est dommage pas assez chaud , la soupe de poisson était également plus généreuse et chaude. Sinon la présentation est correcte et la déco soignée.

03/10/2025: We had a lunch stop at this restaurant during a group bus trip. Apparently, we ate in the stable 😂, a sort of soulless shed, and as for the restrooms we had at our disposal, I haven't seen anything as rustic, almost like a shack at the bottom of the garden, two miserable toilets 🚽 whose toilet seats urgently need replacing, and what's more, the toilet doors don't close. An old fountain outside allows you to wash your hands. In addition, the food wasn't good: the cold cuts were stale, the standard chicken was full of sauce, and the rum baba dessert was served in small cardboard containers, and there were midges in the carafe of red wine. Yuck. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

No welcome, the waitress is not friendly, it's just that we won't leave... - inedible salmon ravioli, the topping too salty which distorts the stuffing -Very poor aioli, lousy soggy vegetables, overly dry, poorly cooked fish and no presentation! I've never seen that... Wanted to run away and I got sick 🥴😭

27/09/2024: Good welcome. We had entrecôte with foie gras sauce and homemade fries for €29 The meat is good, the home fries are good, foie gras sauce is not that. The welcome is very good, a simple and relaxing evening. I think €25 in September would be more reasonable. But this establishment is a good address

24/09/2024: Établissement repris il y a quelques mois. Le service est top, un des gérants, Olivier, est une personne fabuleuse de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Il y a une âme dans ce restaurant qui reste une institution sur le bord de mer. On a pris un loup, la cuisson était juste parfaite, le service est au top. On est sur un niveau de restauration clairement supérieur (accueil, service, réactivité, qualité des produits, prix, nappes tissus, serviettes en soie...) Bref, aucune chance d'être déçu sauf pour les éternels ronchonchons.

17/09/2024: Ubicato nella parte antica di Saint Ttopez, a pochi passi dalla Chiesa della.Madonna Assunta, La Bagatelle si caratterizza per una location unica, a due passi dal porto, ma comunque defilata dagli altri ristoranti "turistici", un servizio eccellente, ottimo cibo e vino con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

01/10/2024: Menu Épicurien pour deux, tout commence par une vue magnifique sur la baie et ensuite c'est parti pour 3 heures d'un plaisir permanent. On adore les sauces, on a été servi comme jamais, dés l'entrée et jusqu'au dessert. Que dire de plus, si ce n'est qu'après plusieurs tables triplement étoilée, on se demande si la Vage d'or ne devrait pas inaugurer la quatrième. On avait été déçu par des tables Parisiennes et nous avions peur du même travers à St Tropez, il n'en est rien. Trop tard pour cette année, le restaurant fermé bientôt mais réservez dès maintenant votre table pour le printemps prochain.

02/09/2024: The only place serving dinner on the Main Street when we wanted to eat. Lovely location for whiling the day away. The lady who seated us was welcoming and helpful. I ordered the chicken supreme with sauce on the side. The chicken was so dry, it was inedible. My husband had the beef, which he was happy with. Maybe a bad choice, maybe a bad night. I would have been embarrassed to serve that in my home. As a paying customer, in a restaurant, presumably being cooked for by a trained chef, I expected better.
