17/04/2026: The owners are super nice, but the waitress was very unpleasant and the welcome was bad; I won't be going back there in the afternoon.

22/04/2026: The staff is very friendly, it's a small and cozy place, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing, although you can hear some noise from inside the room, which is typical of hotels, as there are usually few guests. It's steps from the zoo, which was great for a stroll and a visit to the chateau. There aren't many things to do in Thoiry, so it's ideal to go by car to explore the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness, as there was some dust around the edges of the room, but nothing too bad that would affect the stay.

12/04/2026: A charming little hotel with a very warm welcome; the staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is basic but adequate. However, one important point needs improvement: the cleanliness of the rooms. While they are visually appealing, the flooring was clearly lacking. There was a lot of dust, to the point that our socks got dirty as soon as we walked in the room. This is the first time we've encountered this problem in a hotel, which is a shame because the rest of our experience was quite positive.

07/05/2026: A very pleasant place for lunch, whether alone or with friends. The service was efficient and quick. The owner is friendly and always smiling. The food is very good, with an à la carte menu and a daily special. I would gladly return.

Their dishes are all equally delicious, and I have a particular fondness for their cheesy pasta, which I absolutely love! The staff is very welcoming, warm, and always smiling. Thank you to them for their professionalism. I recommend this restaurant a thousand times over!!

17/12/2025: Nothing modern, nothing sophisticated! But home-style cooking just the way we like it, a warm welcome, and a cozy atmosphere... just like in the old days! Thanks to the chef for always running the kitchen with such passion.

10/03/2026: Shocking experience this lunchtime: the gentleman in charge of welcoming and serving us put on quite a show by shouting at the kitchen staff while we, the customers, were in the dining room and witnessed the scene... So much for respect and well-being in the workplace. Then he went outside to smoke, stood right by the door bothering us with his cigarette smoke, tossed his butt to the floor, came back into the dining room, and resumed smoking without even washing his hands... Not good at all

31/03/2026: A warm welcome and genuine smiles! They clearly display a "dogs welcome" sign (even if the owner is a little intimidated by them, she's still super cool). The coffee is reasonably priced for the area. Clean place, friendly customers, relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back often!

11/02/2026: A very good little restaurant. A short menu of quality, homemade dishes. My fish and chips was perfect. The apple tart could have been warmed up before being served. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and professional service.

22/04/2026: A refrigeration compressor is located directly above room 4, making a noise every 30 minutes. The welcome was cold and the cleanliness left much to be desired. There are better options… I regretfully advise against staying here because, despite the somewhat dated decor, there's potential.

24/04/2026: Horrible service, or rather, a horrible young waiter—unfriendly and in such a hurry for us to leave! My meal wasn't even finished before he wanted to clear the table, no doubt so he could leave sooner! He was in such a rush that we weren't offered dessert, or even coffee because the machine was closed! And when I pointed this out, this young waiter became incredibly arrogant. Instead of apologizing for kicking us out, in my opinion, it's not his job, or he's simply not qualified to deal with customers. I might have been understanding if he had been courteous and polite, but he was far from it! I will never set foot in that place again. A place to avoid, truly. It's becoming less and less frequented, and I understand why!

08/03/2026: Passing through the area, we received a very warm welcome at this bistro. The cuisine was excellent, refined, and prepared with care by the chef, Stéphane. The presentation of his dishes was generous and very tasty. We will gladly return!

28/02/2026: We came for a rather late lunch this Saturday, with our dog. We received a very warm welcome, enjoyed delicious Aveyron dishes, and original and delightful desserts. The Kir Vendômois and the glass of red Rhône wine were very pleasant. All this for a price comparable to chain restaurants, but without the same artisanal touch. 10/05/2026: I've rarely seen such a nonchalant welcome, such rude service, and such an undercooked crepe, not to mention the state of the basement and restrooms, which is far from hygienic. It's a real shame; this bar used to be so pleasant. Recommended only if you want to waste your money and your good mood.

10/05/2026: An absolutely charming restaurant! The terrace is superb with a view of the castle, ideal for enjoying the beautiful weather. Inside, the place is just as pleasant with several very cozy areas. The welcome was perfect, the service impeccable, and the waitress gave us excellent recommendations. The dishes were delicious; I had the duck confit, and the meat was tender and flavorful. Warm atmosphere, great decor, you feel comfortable and can chat easily. A truly wonderful experience, I highly recommend it!
