19/09/2024: We called to reserve for a birthday, the reservation was taken the day before for the next day apparently, poorly noted, because when we returned the next day, we were refused access to the restaurant for 25 seats. We used to have our birthdays at this restaurant. A waiter, incapable, told us that the reservation had been taken. The day before, we hadn't had a call to remind us that we had reserved a table for 25 people, otherwise we would have postponed it until the next day. But hey, very disappointed In the end, we ended up in another restaurant where a €780 ticket passed under your nose…

07/09/2024: We arrived around 12:00 we took drinks we ordered around 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. we are still not served (it was said that the waiting time was 20/25 minutes) we saw that other people were arriving after us being served Before us, we ask why we are not served, the waiter replies that the order has not been activated. The place is dirty, the pigeons wander around on the tables and bite into the customers' dishes. We leave after an hour of waiting, no commercial gesture was offered to us.

29/08/2024: I don't recommend the pizzas at all. The dough is thin and poorly cooked. Very light pizza, there were no toppings.

24/08/2024: The person at the cash register was very friendly, the only problem was the pizzas which were catastrophic and everything was frozen. I strongly advise against it.

12/09/2024: September 12. Perfect lunch We had the menu of the day: delicious lentil soup. Flank steak with perfect Roquefort sauce and well presented plate. Excellent pear crumble and very pretty presentation And the icing on the cake is remarkable service. Thank you so much

06/09/2024: I admit I don't really understand the recent comments. There were few of us at the restaurant this evening and we had a great time. The server was very friendly and attentive. The wait between the starter, main course and dessert was not long, just right. We had a great time. The goat cheese salad with figs was very good and the leg of lamb delicious. The desserts were also very good. If we were not just passing through the region, we would come back!

08/08/2024: I spent a week in Granville & I discovered this little tobacco bar with a charming young lady, very welcoming, the quality of the products are there, especially the sausages, which I will miss, by the way, not really great, I will come back when I return to the corner I recommend it

05/04/2024: Disappointed with this hotel. It is true that the location is great! It is one minute from the sanctuary but access to the parking is difficult and costs €20 a day. But it's just that: good location. For a four-star hotel and the most expensive in Lourdes in April 2024, the buffet is horrible. No variety and very bad products. I've tried buffets in hostels that were a thousand times better. Here you either want bad ham or bad cheese, or you want super spicy sausages or cold bacon. There is nothing else! A super super crappy buffet!!!! To go to breakfast and then have breakfast in any cafeteria… The people at the reception are very nice, that's also true. We saw in the hallway that there were wheelchairs and cranes to lift and move people with reduced mobility, so I understand that they provide a good service in that regard.
