16/08/2024: La localización está muy bien, una plaza amplia donde no te pasa la gente al lado de la mesa como en la mayoría de los bares/restaurantes de Lourdes, la cerveza bien, una de las 2 camareras ni te mira, la otra vino a atender con la terraza casi vacía a los 20 minutos de llegar. Es verdad que estamos de vacaciones, pero tenemos sed.
11/08/2024: Well located restaurant, pleasant atmosphere but the taste is not there. Very bland garnish with tough meat and above all tasteless. We were served burnt, inedible fries. And even the so-called artisanal ice creams had no flavor. There were really 4 of us and we were all disappointed... We regret Louisette.

Prix raisonnable.
Petit bémol patron ou gérant pas sociable et pas de sourire commercial. Dommage !

10/07/2024: D'abord en arrivant, j'ai constaté que je ne rentrais pas dans la chaise.
Je n'ai pourtant pas un si gros postérieur !!
J'ai trouvé un gros manque de saveur dans les plats.
Cartilages dans la ballotine de volaille.
Dessert complètement insipide...

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de critiquer, mais la, désolé, je devais dire tout ça (surtout quand je vois les autres (bons) commentaires, qui pour moi qont trompeurs !!
Pour le prix, franchement, on est proche de l'arnaque...
17/05/2024: Salle de restaurant assez tristounette , manque de décor personnalisé , tables très éparpillées , menu à 39 euros appétissant au premier abord , mais rapport qualité prix loin du compte !! En plus, pas de changement des couverts après l’entrée , le vin juste posé sur la table sans service ni dégustation…bref assez déçu !!!

06/12/2024: An address not to be missed. The boss and his team are super welcoming and friendly, the chef loves his job and it shows on the plate, it was perfect. There is a great terrace for having an aperitif in the sun, a nice little restaurant area and finally a relaxed bar where you can end the evening. I find it difficult to understand the negative opinions, I am in the profession and I can tell you that this establishment deserves to be known. Well done to all. Arnaud Espérausses 👍🥳
15/10/2024: Restaurant found one lunchtime by chance, Tuesday September 8, 2024:
Very warm welcome from the little waitress.
Little aperitif in the autumn sun on the terrace, with a view of the mountains.
The lunch formula with a chicken stir-fry with Espelette pepper and homemade mashed potatoes: a real treat, especially for the mash ^^.
An average little dessert but “not homemade” I think, lol.
In conclusion, everything was simple, true and good. But the kindness of the staff and the boss meant that we had a very pleasant time.
We'll come back!

The ice creams and cocktails are good but here goes...
12/11/2024: Excessive price of beer on tap, overpriced cocktails...then for the gourmet salad fair price except in terms of quantity for the confit duck leg it was surely the leg of a duckling...then the remains very good. My partner had the affordable kinito burger and it was good....then we didn't have dessert compared to the price too bad!!!

27/07/2024: All those who write bad reviews are haters. The food is A1 and inexpensive. The owners are very nice and animal friendly. All of this makes eating here a 5 star experience.
05/07/2024: Hard to eat pizzas! Pizza lover, so not difficult, very disappointed by the 5 takeaway pizzas at the price of 65 euros!!! Burnt pizzas, no toppings on them, this "chef" as he describes himself on his website doesn't put any toppings, claims that his pizzas are artisanal and puts country ham in a tray from Leclerc or other... Rarely eaten such bad pizza! Even the children had trouble... Even the thin dough is bad... To avoid!

19/08/2024: Si vous chercher un resto en descendant de la balade du lac de gaube, arrêtez vous à la raillère.
Resto la cascade, très bon pas cher et des serveurs agréables.
Et un parking face au resto gratuit pendant 3 heures.
28/07/2024: Comme chaque année depuis plus d'une décennie, nous venons profiter de là vue magnifique sur les cascades.
Les menus sont tops, très accessibles, variés et copieux. Les serveurs sympas et souriants.
Bref, une bonne cuisine sans prétention mais qui remplit son office.
Voilà la carte de l'été 2024.
