04/09/2026: For our part, today we had a very good mountain platter. The eggs were cooked just the way I like them, slightly crispy underneath, and very generous. My husband's Toulouse sausage was cooked to perfection. All of this was accompanied by a fresh salad (not overcooked like in some other places) with a few small additions (corn, cucumber, red cabbage, etc.) and fries (not homemade but nice and crispy). For dessert, we had a firm and delicious chocolate mousse and a caramel crepe. The service was very pleasant, and we weren't disappointed with our stop at this establishment. I recommend it! 😋 Furthermore, they brought a small bowl of water for our Yorkshire Terrier without asking, which was a lovely touch given the heat. Thank you!

18/08/2026: I'm extremely disappointed. I used to order Charlotte pizzas, but this time I got a pizza that was crispier than a cracker. How can you mess up a simple cheese pizza? Besides, as many have noticed, your pizzas are getting thinner and thinner. We came here expecting thin pizzas, and instead we got overcooked wraps instead of pizzas. This was my last time here.

12/09/2026: Unacceptable service. I came to eat at this McDonald's with my children. One of my children's burgers (cheeseburger), costing €3.70, didn't arrive at the table, even though the total order was €106. We went inside to complain, and one of the employees, who acted like he was the boss and was rude, said the cheeseburger was coming on the tray. I told him, "You have all the sandwiches right in front of you, and you can see who didn't get the cheeseburger unless some sucker came and ate it." He replied, "Well, a big sucker then. I'm not bringing you another cheeseburger." I asked to see the manager and to check the security cameras outside our table. A man, supposedly the manager but lacking the professional demeanor, came to see us. We explained the situation again, and he said, "I'll be right back." Ten minutes later, he returned, saying that the sandwich had gone inside and that he hadn't been able to see it on the security cameras outside. It's not about the 3 euros 70, but the attitude of the employees.

03/06/2026: Hello, I arrived at just under 8 am and there were no raspberry cookies. The young man told me there weren't any, a little disappointed at that early hour. I'll try again tomorrow, we'll see.

20/04/2026: Arrived at 3 PM. Asked if it was possible to make two sandwiches, ham and cheese. The answer was no. I couldn't, even though I was the only one in the bakery.

24/09/2026: Good coffee and location before hitting the Tourmalet climb. Also conveniently located in centre of Luz.

17/09/2026: A good place to eat, with dishes very similar to Spanish ones—generous portions and well-prepared. Friendly staff who speak Spanish. Perhaps the only drawback is the limited selection. Prices are average for the area, but the portions are very generous.

16/08/2026: The service was good, but the price was a bit too high: 2 crepes and 2 coffees for €28. The prices on the menu didn't match the bill. €7 for a crepe, but the size of it made me laugh. It was a crepe for a 4-year-old.

14/08/2026: The setting is very pretty, but the food is a complete letdown. Aside from the magnificent view and the lovely floral displays on the terrace, the rest of the experience is best avoided. The food was a total disappointment: tasteless and clearly defrosted pizza, a completely frozen, mass-produced buffet, and an excessively salty garbure (a traditional Pyrenean soup). To top it all off, the financier had an unpleasant taste reminiscent of the dining room's odor... To the owners: instead of responding by lashing out at disappointed customers, take the time to reflect on your approach and at least have the decency to make eye contact when the bill arrives.

04/09/2026: Overall, a good bakery! The bread is really good and the prices are reasonable. My only slight disappointment was the pear tart, which didn't really impress me, but the rest is fine.

He did nothing but criticize them in front of me the only day I went there, unfortunately for him! 01/07/2026: A really great nightclub I used to go to often when I was younger. I have some great memories there. The crowd has changed a bit over time, but the atmosphere is still great. For me, it's still the best nightclub in the area for people who live nearby. I highly recommend it! 🤙✨🥰
