22/05/2026: On a pilgrimage to Lourdes during International Law Enforcement Day, run by Italian and multi-ethnic staff. Discovered by chance, it offers traditional French and Italian dishes. Dinner included a coque monsieur and salad. Friendly, fast service, and very cheerful and friendly staff who speak Italian, French, English, and Spanish.

17/05/2026: A very bad experience. We were served by a friendly waitress, but the man who seemed to be the owner was extremely unpleasant and in a bad mood. We were supposed to eat there, but given his rudeness, we decided to leave. I will never return to this establishment, which clearly doesn't know how to treat its customers.

23/06/2026: Beautiful decor, pleasant service, but zero food. I ordered rare beef fillet, and it was overcooked twice in a row. The reason is simple: the meat comes from the freezer, so it's impossible to get it cooked even rare.

25/01/2026: A wonderful evening in St. Lary. Warm and cozy mountain decor with a great fireplace area for pre-dinner drinks. Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet: tartiflette reimagined as cabriflette (a delight!), quality local produce, and a Baked Alaska to die for! Smiling, professional, and super efficient staff 🤩.

01/07/2026: A fantastic experience at La Cabane! A huge thank you to Milan, Paul, and Lucas, who were absolutely wonderful: a warm welcome, quick service, always smiling, and a great atmosphere. They greatly contributed to making our evening excellent. The only slight drawback was the welcome from management, which we found a little less warm than that of the rest of the team. Despite this, we will gladly return, especially thanks to the professionalism and good humor of Milan, Paul, and Lucas.

12/04/2026: We stayed there for two nights for a wedding. Honestly, I didn't say anything out of respect for the bride and groom. But it's not a hotel, it's more like an urban exploration site with uncomfortable and extremely worn-out bedding. Right next door is the Fast Hotel; we didn't go there, but it can't be worse. Seriously, at some point, they need to fire the cleaning lady. She never turns on the vacuum cleaner, and the dampness and mold only add to the problem. The wedding guests were unanimous in their opinion regarding the hotel's poor quality. Run away.

12/04/2026: Windowless room full of dust, no ceiling light, no toilet seat. No trash can in the room; this report remains unresolved. Disappointing reception. Exorbitant price for breakfast with lukewarm coffee and pastries wrapped in plastic. This so-called "eco-friendly" hotel is an eco-lodge in name only. It's a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

16/05/2026: Everything was good. One small drawback: the front waiter's limited French made it a little difficult to communicate.

22/09/2025: Very friendly welcome, simple but pleasant setting. A true restaurateur who loves his job, and it shows. Simple but excellent meal, with well-prepared ingredients and beautiful presentation. Simple but pleasant wine list. Very reasonable bill. All in all, a good place for a very pleasant meal, and a real treat.

07/06/2026: Another disappointment. As regulars, we've noticed a decline in the quality and composition of the dishes over the past few months. The veal escalope Lombarde was tough. The frito misto consisted of only tiny strips of squid and far too little pesto. Where has the seafood selection gone? The tiramisu was bland. The staff was unwelcoming and unsmiling, except for one blonde woman. Is anyone in charge?

04/06/2026: The food was very good, the prices reasonable, and the welcome warm; I will be back.

20/01/2026: It's one of the only nightclubs in Lourdes, go spend an evening there, you won't be disappointed... 😀

08/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! The raclette was delicious, accompanied by a generous charcuterie board and potatoes. The warm Camembert was equally good. The staff were very pleasant.
