13/01/2025: The first floor where I stayed is damp and unfinished. In addition, the treatment of one of the managers was rude and unprofessional. The other floors may be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and I had to leave on the first day because I was already starting to feel sick to my throat due to the smell of mold. When he saw that I only paid him for 1 night, he grabbed my arm tightly to hold me back! Terrible experience The first floor where I stayed has humidity issues and is unfinished. Additionally, the behavior of one of the staff members was rude and unprofessional. Other floors might be better, but my experience was disappointing. I had a reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night because I started feeling unwell with a sore throat from the moldy smell. She grabbed my arm tightly to stop me for leaving as she realized I was paying the night. Terrible experience.

25/11/2024: The owner of the place, who is alone in managing her hotel, does her best to satisfy her customers and inform them about masses and everything there is to visit. Her restaurant had to close during COVID, so she really needs you. Have a breakfast for 5 EUR and you will be happy. It's not great luxury, but the manager is very endearing and really does her best to satisfy us. Very beautiful place for a pilgrimage to Lourdes where we follow in the footsteps of Bernadette, very poor. Like her, we can live modestly but in fraternal communion for a few days. Let us know how to forget our comfort during a stay which is intended to be intended for prayer and the conversion of our hearts and our bodies.

21/08/2024: Horrible ! A Koh Lanta les insectes semblent plus appétissants ... A peine assis, ouverture de la carte ça grouillait de cafards, fourmis et j'en passe ! Le personnel ne semblait pas surpris et nous a laissé partir, avec un simple " désolé".

08/08/2024: Très frais avec légumes de saison et pâtes maison !!!! Vraiment un régal !!!! Je recommande sans hésiter !!! De la vraie cuisine maison !!!

18/08/2024: Very very dirty hotel, flee this hotel already just in between the smell is unbearable never anyone at reception, the rooms are not at all like in the photos in our room the smell was to vomit it was very very dirty the sheets when we arrived were not changed there were stains, the bathroom towels also the stay in this hotel was horrible even to sleep we had difficulty with this unbearable smell in addition to this they did not want us refund for one night because we wanted to leave so much that there is no hygiene, lousy stay, I advise against it.

11/06/2024: Practically a building adapted for guest houses. Small rooms with a blind bathroom created from a recess in the room. In practice it is good for unpretentious young people and very adaptable adults. The view from the 4th floor and the proximity to the sanctuary entrance makes the difference. Not good for XL people and for more than 2 days. Not even if you are allergic because it is full of carpet. Managed by Indo-Asian operators, therefore with their standards of beauty and cleanliness. No breakfast and difficult to find if you are lactointolerant.

20/08/2024: Got three coffees and a pistachio icecream. Person was very friendly but pretty sure we got overcharged and scammed and paid over 12 euros for our coffee since we never saw a menu or pricing or received itemized receipt. Also was told to come indoors to make the payment and get my change. Do not recommend it and wouldn't go back.

20/08/2024: It's a really bad restaurant. The wait time is 1h30 -2h for an order. Meal is not cooked well..🙄

09/09/2024: Very warm welcome, to begin with the person at the counter dares to say strongly I hope they haven't come to eat. Secondly, after half an hour of waiting when we asked this same person to order, this nice gentleman replied: you are not alone, eh. My advice is not to go to this place and move on. 03/08/2024: This workers are very rude with us . 8 of us 4 Adults and 4 kids went for dinner and we were not welcomed and rushed our order. We asked how many people can eat one pizza since he did not help is with the order and we were told 1 per person and we ordered 8 pizzas and when we got the order it was 8 pizzas 14” and i asked him do u really think this 4 years old going to eat this large pizza and he said yes, if he does not eat take it home. This bold guy who works there never respected .

16/12/2024: Several times I order online and several times someone forgets or doesn't put what I ordered, I got uncooked fries, I asked for ice tea, it wasn't good at all. ice tea we would say apple juice more than cut with water. Without forgetting the points gifts, Given the price it would be good to be careful.

15/12/2024: Ordering a mcchiken without salad and receiving your sandwich with lots of salad I couldn't eat it, maybe an error in the preparation or on the part of the team. This is not the first time this type of error has happened.

21/09/2024: Catering for tourists… to avoid! There were 3 of us. It's not possible to sit indoors despite free tables... but, you understand, if I have a group arriving... So not a great welcome because you are not considered. Waiter with a smile and friendly but hey… only reheated: fries like croque and chicken… no taste… huge value for money in the wrong way… no rush for the bill either… very very bad experience

04/09/2024: Came to Lourdes for the beer and craic, this place didn't disappoint. Beer is fresh, and lads behind the bar are friendly.

29/08/2024: Pleasant service, expensive for what it is in my opinion. 2 cm pizza freezes too many ingredients stifling cheese in wire. The children's menu is correct but also expensive for something not homemade. The Burger the meat not good at all. Without comment, don't go there and pass by!

04/09/2024: We arrived late to eat but the waitress was very professional, she prepared us a very delicious bikini, the parking is good and close if you go by motorcycle.

03/09/2024: Well placed cafe. On the other hand, the tremon which monitors everything and sends people wandering creates a terrible atmosphere. Otherwise the food is the worst in the world: at the entrance there is a fridge with all the Carrefour dishes and the crepes that they will sell you for 12€ :-)
