20/09/2026: We came to eat this evening, as we were in the area for the Pope's visit to Lourdes. We ordered a beautiful ribeye steak and frankly, we have no complaints: perfectly cooked, excellent meat. The sauce was, as always, delicious. The fries were really very good and perfectly crispy. We ordered seconds. We were also served quickly. The young waiter was truly excellent, smiling, pleasant, and very professional; it was a pleasure. We regularly go to Bistro Régent in Bordeaux, and that's precisely what we appreciate about this establishment: whether in a big city or a small village, we find the same atmosphere and consistently high quality. A big thank you and congratulations to our friend Lucas, the chef, who always creates wonderful cuisine and delights us every time we eat at one of his restaurants. We had a great evening 👍

18/09/2026: I went back last night after having been there about a week ago, and I was really pleasantly surprised. The difference was quite noticeable! The first time, I felt the quality and cooking weren't quite up to par. The wait was long. Yesterday, however, everything was much better: perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, high-quality ingredients, and my dish arrived relatively quickly. You can clearly tell there have been changes in the kitchen, especially with the chef, and it shows in the food. It just goes to show how a good kitchen team can really make a difference! This time, I left very satisfied. I'll definitely be back to eat there. A great improvement, well done to the team! 👏

15/03/2026: We came for lunch today, looking for a good raclette... And we were served, and served just as well! The portions were generous, the waiters and waitresses were lovely, we had a really great time! We'll definitely be back!

09/03/2026: The staff is pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The 500g ribeye steak and the smoked salmon calzone were excellent and served quickly. Absolutely fantastic, thank you so much!

02/09/2026: A disastrous experience from start to finish at this restaurant where the food is very mediocre. To top it all off, a waiter—who will recognize himself—was incredibly arrogant, disrespectful, and contemptuous of the customers with his inappropriate remarks. He appears in several negative reviews... When you choose to work in the restaurant industry, the very least you can do is respect the people who keep the establishment running.

25/08/2026: What can I say? At Christian's, you're received with the utmost respect. It's a pleasure to visit him every time we're in Genos/Loudenvielle. The food is excellent, with generous portions and incredible value for money. At Christian's, you feel welcomed like you're visiting friends or family; he's incredibly generous. If you enjoy good food and drink, this is the perfect place for a delicious meal.

17/08/2026: Sandwiches from a sandwich shop in Avesta. Two kebabs around 6:30 pm… I won't even describe the digestion! I've already taken three Imodium and I'm practically emptying myself out. And no, it can't be anything else, I haven't eaten anything else all day. This sandwich shop is definitely one to avoid!

06/08/2026: We came last night with colleagues to order food and were greeted by Candy, who was very friendly and smiling. I had a bowl with rice and curried chicken; it was delicious. Good value for money. See you soon!

19/07/2026: The pizza has been just as good for several years, the girls are friendly, don't change a thing!

18/06/2026: From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly, with very little waiting time. The pizzas are excellent and generous; I highly recommend them.

20/08/2026: It was good, but I didn't find there was a lot of choice in the slot machines.

19/08/2026: Excellent room. Clean, quiet, small terrace, swimming pool. WARNING about breakfast: very limited selection (we wanted orange juice: sold out / we wanted coffee: sold out / we wanted pastries: sold out!!). Improvements are expected in this regard...

30/08/2026: Impeccable service, inexpensive and delicious Nutella crepe, no fuss!

28/08/2026: Food was fine but service was indifferent/rude.

17/02/2026: Customers for 40 years, we are light years away from the early days: Regarding the royal couscous: Only one skewer instead of two, filled with four tiny pieces of meat instead of the five or six large ones we used to have. Semolina is served in an open dish, not a closed tagine that retains heat. Vegetable couscous is served alongside the royal couscous, which is meant to be shared, but the entire portion is for one person, not two. The dining room is very cold, portable heaters (gas cylinders) are prohibited, and the overall heating is woefully inadequate. General cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

27/12/2025: Simply delicious :) The tagine and couscous were just like homemade. I ate there and now I regularly order delivery. Thank you also for your kindness. I highly recommend this establishment.

26/03/2026: A fantastic weekend ski trip! The magnificent view of the snow-covered mountains from the balcony upon waking was a real treat. At first glance, the room might seem a little small for three people, but this is more than compensated for by a large bathroom and a very spacious closet, perfect for ski equipment. Breakfast was included, varied, and enjoyable, with a panoramic view. The location is ideal, right on the slopes, with everything you need right there (rentals, shops, a Sherpa supermarket, restaurants, and bars). The staff was very welcoming, the games room was a hit with the kids, and the bar was nice for the adults. As for the restaurant, dinner was excellent: delicious and well-prepared dishes with attentive service. The building is a bit dated on the outside, but the interior is warm, cozy, and full of charm. A wonderful discovery – we'll gladly return!

18/03/2026: Like many people, we booked with a lot of apprehension after seeing some bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it's recently renovated. My job is to design hotels and tourist residences. I can tell you that for such an old building, the renovation is very well done. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really varied, and those who say they don't like it are really picky. I recommend the cocktails at the bar, which are perfectly balanced. The bartender is passionate, and if there's an ingredient you don't like, just tell him, and he'll change your mind for sure. If you have the time, consider booking a massage with Magalie; she has magic hands.

06/10/2026: Very welcoming staff on Sunday night. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and considering how late we went, we weren't rushed. Good food (had a toastie, waffles and a tea) and great service from the staff.

02/10/2026: This is the first time I've been refused a table because I was only supposed to have a drink instead of a meal... because the chairs are flimsy, and I'm in a heavy goods vehicle, that's how you lose a customer...😡

18/09/2026: A wonderful discovery, bursting with flavor and generosity! While passing through Cauterets, our small group discovered L’Authentico… and what a delightful surprise! We received a wonderful welcome from Papy Marco, a passionate chef who took us on a culinary journey through his Ecuadorian cuisine. Generous, flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and absolutely sublime flavors… A true delight for the taste buds! ❤️ Special mention also goes to Philippe, who perfectly assists Papy Marco. Impeccable service, great kindness, good humor, and above all, a sense of humor that contributes to creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We also had a vegetarian in our group, and Papy Marco took the time to prepare a beautiful vegetarian dish for them, with the same care and generosity. A truly thoughtful touch! And because we enjoyed our first evening so much, we returned the very next night! That's how much we loved this place. 😋 A huge thank you to Papy Marco for his cooking, his generosity, and especially for the heart he puts into every dish. And thank you to Philippe for his warm welcome, his service, and his kind words! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover authentic, generous cuisine bursting with wonderful flavors in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 13/09/2026: We've been there several times and have never had any problems. Whether it's the pasta, the salads, or the desserts, we've never been disappointed. However, we witnessed a rather bizarre scene... When you go to a restaurant, you have to be a little patient... Let me explain: my partner and I were at the register paying when a man from a table who had arrived a little while earlier started complaining because he hadn't received his appetizers yet... The waitress politely explained that it takes a little time to cook... Seriously, people, maybe you should learn to wait a little and remain courteous without making a scene over nothing, especially since we were already talking to the waitress and he cut us off... There were only two of them serving last night, and frankly, it was smooth sailing. I find it a shame for such a good restaurant to receive such negative and unwarranted criticism when it's sometimes the customers who are unpleasant, as was the case last night. Just a quick aside. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and even their coffee was excellent—a welcome change from Lavazza. We've found our Italian restaurant in Tarbes! ❤️

11/09/2026: I was really disappointed. I was looking forward to a nice restaurant with my daughter, hoping to enjoy a warm and welcoming Italian atmosphere, but no such luck. The waitress was about as friendly as a prison guard, and the music was unbearable. Yes, I would have preferred Italian music to electronic music or whatever. Considering the prices, we expected something much better. We definitely won't be back.

27/07/2026: Good products, but a very cold welcome, sideways glances, and snickers (clearly mocking) behind your back, depending on the customer (literally, it depends on who you are)! It almost feels like you're bothering them. It's not the first time I've noticed this. This lack of respect towards some otherwise respectful customers definitely doesn't make me want to come back. And I've been a customer since it opened, over 10 years ago. It's the first time I've ever seen anything like this, unbelievable!

25/07/2026: Great meeting, exceptional coffee and great value for money, I recommend this family lounge and I will order coffee from my home in Montpellier.
