24/07/2026: Having come for happy hour, we ordered a "giraffe" of beer to simplify things for our dear server. Imagine our surprise when it came time to pay and he charged us the standard price, when we could have paid less by ordering the equivalent in pints at the happy hour price! Despite our complaint about this lack of advice and professionalism, he remained stoic, offering only a "Thanks and cheers, guys!"—a false politeness that served as scant consolation. I do not recommend this place.

06/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. I ordered a lemonade and they brought me a different drink than the one I ordered. When I pointed it out, instead of removing the wrong drink and bringing me the correct one, as any establishment would, they charged me for both. The mistake was the staff's, not mine, and yet I still had to pay for a drink I never ordered. Furthermore, the service was far from satisfactory and they took quite a while to attend to us. I don't think this is a proper way to treat customers, so I won't be returning.

12/04/2026: Windowless room full of dust, no ceiling light, no toilet seat. No trash can in the room; this report remains unresolved. Disappointing reception. Exorbitant price for breakfast with lukewarm coffee and pastries wrapped in plastic. This so-called "eco-friendly" hotel is an eco-lodge in name only. It's a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

12/04/2026: We stayed there for two nights for a wedding. Honestly, I didn't say anything out of respect for the bride and groom. But it's not a hotel, it's more like an urban exploration site with uncomfortable and extremely worn-out bedding. Right next door is the Fast Hotel; we didn't go there, but it can't be worse. Seriously, at some point, they need to fire the cleaning lady. She never turns on the vacuum cleaner, and the dampness and mold only add to the problem. The wedding guests were unanimous in their opinion regarding the hotel's poor quality. Run away.

16/05/2026: Everything was good. One small drawback: the front waiter's limited French made it a little difficult to communicate.

28/07/2026: Brunch served on site, renovated upstairs room, absolutely gorgeous, modern, soft lighting, view of the Place Verdun fountain 🥰

22/07/2026: First of all, the name has changed; it's now "Le Spot"—new owner, new team. Then, the "hello" is greeted with a smile. Set menus for breakfast and lunch. Homemade, so fresh. Slushies. A shaded terrace and an air-conditioned room on the first floor. So I recommend it 200%! ❤️ In short, I love it.

17/07/2026: Hello, I'd like to point out that when you buy a McFlurry with M&M's and caramel, you're left searching for the M&M's, considering the price of the ice cream. They could be more generous with the toppings... And no "Have a nice day," or even a "goodbye," from the server. Disappointing...

29/07/2026: Before, it was a mess, things were always missing, and the service was extremely slow. Now, there are no more oversights, and you're served quite quickly.

16/07/2026: The person who prepared my order left the drink lids open, so my entire order got soaked.

18/07/2026: The food was good, but the service was very slow, although the staff were friendly.

13/07/2026: 20 minutes in and still not seated despite many waiters walking past us and looking at us, even though the restaurant is half empty... I left before eating, the only way to get a table is to arrive when they open...

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

27/04/2026: I waited months for a lease and I'm still waiting for my deposit. This hotel is pretty shady and accepts everyone (lots of social cases). I definitely don't recommend it.

Love the pins coladas, however the service is awful, we sat down, waited, the server saw us, and another group sat next to us who were Italian, he came straight away and surved them and didn’t bother with us, dont like the English it seems. there was a simple answer to this, we stood up and left. If u treat customers like that, don’t exspect money from them.

08/08/2026: Excellent location, a good menu selection, and the servers are very friendly, attentive, and quick to bring orders. We ate well, and it was good value for money. The children even received a free drink. We'll be back, because for a brasserie, it was even better than some other restaurants we've been to.

19/08/2026: Once again, a sandwich was missing from the order. This McDonald's is a specialist in incomplete order deliveries.

17/08/2026: I was very disappointed with this meal deal! I ordered a Caesar salad with nuggets for €10.50 and received a tiny portion, not even enough for a child. The salad contained only a few lettuce leaves, some croutons, and three nuggets completely soaked in oil. There weren't even any tomatoes, and certainly not enough to constitute a proper meal. At €10.50, I find the value for money frankly outrageous. You really feel like you're paying a lot for a quantity and quality that are absolutely lacking. I'm very disappointed with this experience; I find this meal deal completely overpriced.

02/04/2026: It's a disgrace to let such unprofessional people work in your chain. For over six months you've been giving the same excuse to your so-called employee from the East. Fire her once and for all. Your customers will slowly disappear. Get your staff back on track; portion sizes are getting smaller, there's almost no respect, and the servers are mocking customers—it makes people not want to go back. Avoid this place.

21/03/2026: It was a disaster. We went to eat with two young children and waited an hour and a half. Several servers were idle, and every time we asked to be served, they told us they weren't the ones serving our table. To top it all off, I paid to speed up five different bartenders who weren't doing anything, and they told me I had to wait until my server was available to take my payment. A very bad experience.

19/03/2026: Positive points: the location and the good food. But the negative points quickly took over: a very long wait before being served (over an hour). And the staff were disrespectful and unpleasant to customers!
