21/09/2026: Not to mention the staff's less-than-friendly attitude, it would be great if they could fix the drinks fountain... it's been out of order for several months now, so we don't end up paying 50 cents more per bottle for something that isn't our fault. It would also be nice to have enough bread or other ingredients on hand to keep the service going past 7 pm... and not rush customers out before closing time.

20/09/2026: This isn't the first time we've experienced appalling service at this establishment. It's a brunette, by the way—it's often the same one we see—who seems to be constantly revising reviews. And I can confirm, she speaks excellent French, but she whispers in a really annoying way when we ask for an extra item or tell her colleague out loud that she's taking a cigarette break after the next customer. For your information, we were there on the evening of the 14th. To add to my previous review: I find your responses bordering on disrespectful to your customers. I think the problem doesn't just lie with the staff, but also with management, who don't seem to take customer feedback seriously. It's all well and good to defend your team, but not at any cost, and given how often this happens, it's time to learn to be more self-critical.

17/08/2026: A strange way to take an order, "what does he say?" Is it contempt or a serious lack of education? I don't know, but in any case, the drink isn't worth it.

28/07/2026: Brunch served on site, renovated upstairs room, absolutely gorgeous, modern, soft lighting, view of the Place Verdun fountain 🥰

22/07/2026: First of all, the name has changed; it's now "Le Spot"—new owner, new team. Then, the "hello" is greeted with a smile. Set menus for breakfast and lunch. Homemade, so fresh. Slushies. A shaded terrace and an air-conditioned room on the first floor. So I recommend it 200%! ❤️ In short, I love it.

19/08/2026: Very nice bar, excellent waiter. We had a great time before heading back to Brittany.

24/07/2026: Having come for happy hour, we ordered a "giraffe" of beer to simplify things for our dear server. Imagine our surprise when it came time to pay and he charged us the standard price, when we could have paid less by ordering the equivalent in pints at the happy hour price! Despite our complaint about this lack of advice and professionalism, he remained stoic, offering only a "Thanks and cheers, guys!"—a false politeness that served as scant consolation. I do not recommend this place.

24/08/2026: This isn't right, we've been waiting an hour and still no food.

13/08/2026: Lunchtime meal stop. Very decent dishes in sufficient quantity. Very reasonable prices.

18/05/2026: I had to be very patient between courses... half an hour waiting in front of an empty plate, with the waitress circling around and leaving empty-handed... As for friendliness... take a ticket...

13/12/2025: How dare this place still call itself a “restaurant”??? We had reserved a table for 15 people around 8 pm. Some arrived at 8:35 pm, others were still stuck on the road because of the farmers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was icy: we immediately felt like we were intruding. The waitress curtly announced: “It’ll be a straight course.” That’s professionalism for you. As a restaurant owner myself, this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and I would never tolerate it in my establishment.

27/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. When we arrived, all the self-service kiosks were malfunctioning, which already made ordering difficult. Furthermore, it was impossible to order a Maxi Best Of Meal, which apparently wasn't available. But the most unacceptable thing was what happened during the meal service: an employee dropped a tote bag directly on my head. She barely apologized before going back into the kitchen, without even checking if I was alright. I found this reaction particularly inappropriate and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs!

23/09/2026: We placed our order at the drive-thru and waited 19 minutes for a Big Mac meal, which is unusual. Meanwhile, inside, four employees were laughing and didn't seem to be working, knowing they had no customers inside.

03/10/2026: Well. We never made it through the door. Opened at 11 pm and we showed up at 11:35, and this dude who was playing doorman/security looked my wife and our friend up and down and said we’re not open yet. My wife said it’s after 11 pm and he said maybe another 30 minutes. I read about this great customer service at the entrance. This could have been age discrimination.

01/08/2026: WORST CLUB IN FRANCE! We got in after paying €6 with a free drink that we never even got... the bouncer and owner were unpleasant, the atmosphere was awful. In short, it was HORRIBLE.

01/10/2026: Hello, manager, the young brunette, a word of advice: management should calm him down. He speaks rudely to employees and acts like he's the boss. This information has been passed on to McDonald's France because he even speaks rudely to customers, including me, and gives one more dirty look. Another customer convinced to go to Borderes. I ordered via click and collect and waited over 20 minutes—outrageous!

07/09/2026: Second time I've been there. I won't be going back. The burgers weren't great. The floors were filthy. The bins were overflowing. The staff were cooking without gloves. In short, very disappointed. Visited September 5th
