01/03/2026: Overall, a good experience. We had a kebab and fries, which was very good—frozen fries, but tasty and hot. The dessert was a bit less impressive; it was rather unusual, probably not their specialty, but curiosity led us to try it. It was expensive for such a small slice of cake, though. The waiter struggled a bit with French but was very kind. He listened and did his job well. The lady was quite friendly. The atmosphere was calm; we were there during the off-season, and there weren't many customers that day. I would definitely go back.

08/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! The raclette was delicious, accompanied by a generous charcuterie board and potatoes. The warm Camembert was equally good. The staff were very pleasant.

12/04/2026: We stayed there for two nights for a wedding. Honestly, I didn't say anything out of respect for the bride and groom. But it's not a hotel, it's more like an urban exploration site with uncomfortable and extremely worn-out bedding. Right next door is the Fast Hotel; we didn't go there, but it can't be worse. Seriously, at some point, they need to fire the cleaning lady. She never turns on the vacuum cleaner, and the dampness and mold only add to the problem. The wedding guests were unanimous in their opinion regarding the hotel's poor quality. Run away.

12/04/2026: Windowless room full of dust, no ceiling light, no toilet seat. No trash can in the room; this report remains unresolved. Disappointing reception. Exorbitant price for breakfast with lukewarm coffee and pastries wrapped in plastic. This so-called "eco-friendly" hotel is an eco-lodge in name only. It's a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

23/08/2025: Hello, I recommend this bakery. Everything is delicious. We had breakfast, sandwiches, croustades, and breads. Of course, you need a little time, but the saleswoman does what she can. Given how busy it is at certain times, two people serving wouldn't be a luxury. And if that's not convenient, there are other bakeries in Cauterets.

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.

04/04/2026: What seemed like it would be a good experience turned into a terrible one. The dishes listed on the menu aren't served consistently. The hamburgers should be ground beef, not chicken nuggets in a bun. The kitchen service is slow. The dishes are served at odd times. They completely ignore you if you're not French. I don't recommend this place. I won't be back.

20/04/2026: A Big Mac on a staircase, nowhere near as advertised on TV; you order a Coke plus tax and leave with an Oasis... no napkin. Okay, I didn't check my drive-thru order, but this is getting serious.

18/04/2026: We arrived as a group of 30. The team was very efficient. We were served quickly and all the food was piping hot. Professional service.

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.

13/05/2026: Hello: I ordered a children's meal for my grandson and chicken nuggets for myself. After a long wait, despite the drive-thru being completely deserted, someone handed me a brown bag containing everything mixed together, saying, "This is fine for me." So I got out of the car to ask for the box meant for the children's meals and the toy. They gave me a box. When I got home, oops... they had forgotten the dessert... So we got back in the car and drove all the way back.... And unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, whether in Ibos or Bordères-sur-l'Échez. It's a real shame.... Sincerely.

16/02/2026: A very bad experience; I definitely don't recommend going there. There isn't usually a huge selection, but even less when I went! On top of that, the waitresses didn't even smile. How nice. My sandwich arrived not hot at all, practically cold, and when I noticed and went to ask about it, the staff started snickering. There were other people ahead of me, so I ended up eating my meal anyway. This sandwich was disappointing, as I expected better in terms of the quantity of ingredients. Luckily, the prices aren't too high... I should mention that I went there a few years ago, and it was a completely different experience; I really enjoyed it then. Disappointing. Please do something to improve the quality.

11/02/2026: It's not the saleswoman's smile that's going to brighten your day. Barely pleasant, she's sweeping, touching the dirt, and then serving me a pastry. Sure, she grabbed the pastry with tongs, but she picked up the bag with her bare hands, and I suppose the tongs aren't very clean if she does that to every customer. Honestly, cleanliness is the bare minimum in a restaurant. As for the smile, well, if they don't want to be customer-oriented and want to drive customers away, that's their problem. Hygiene...

02/04/2026: It's a disgrace to let such unprofessional people work in your chain. For over six months you've been giving the same excuse to your so-called employee from the East. Fire her once and for all. Your customers will slowly disappear. Get your staff back on track; portion sizes are getting smaller, there's almost no respect, and the servers are mocking customers—it makes people not want to go back. Avoid this place.

21/03/2026: It was a disaster. We went to eat with two young children and waited an hour and a half. Several servers were idle, and every time we asked to be served, they told us they weren't the ones serving our table. To top it all off, I paid to speed up five different bartenders who weren't doing anything, and they told me I had to wait until my server was available to take my payment. A very bad experience.
