23/06/2026: Discovered this restaurant by the lake. Inside, you can see several species of animals (ducks, geese, etc.) sitting. The food is good and the ingredients are high quality. The servers are friendly and professional. What's missing: However, I find the dishes rather expensive for the setting. I don't recall seeing a menu, but perhaps I missed it? The restaurant entrance needs to be clearly marked: If you don't know the way, it's easy to get lost (when you're in the parking lot, head towards the lake; the entrance is on the left between the bushes). I think I'll come back, but it will be very, very occasionally, given the price, which is a shame.

02/06/2026: We used the services of Comptoir des Pipelettes to make our wedding cake. We were delighted; the presentation was sublime and the taste was excellent!

19/05/2026: I highly recommend it. The cakes are high quality and very varied. Special mention goes to the incredibly light cheesecake! And to top it all off, the service is very pleasant and welcoming.

The restaurant is also impeccably clean, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I regularly come to Fou Lo in Bourg-la-Reine, usually with my aunt, sometimes with my grandmother, and also with my whole family. Each visit is always a true pleasure. As for the dishes, I almost always order the same things: steamed shrimp dumplings, chicken spring rolls, flambéed shrimp, Cantonese rice, and stir-fried noodles. And what can I say, except that in each of these dishes, you can feel the passion of a team that truly wants to introduce and share a flavorful, fragrant, and generous Asian cuisine. The staff is simply impeccable: always smiling, available, and attentive to the customers. The welcome is very warm, and the service is particularly fast. Whether in the kitchen or the dining room, it's absolutely flawless! I also want to extend my sincerest congratulations and thanks to the manager, who, through his passion for his work and his excellent interpersonal skills, has forged a genuine bond with his loyal clientele. It's this kind of human connection that makes you want to return again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, which for me is a true institution in Bourg-la-Reine. It was great because we had planned the evening well with Sylvie's help: choosing the drinks and sharing platters. In short, we had a fantastic time! Everyone was delighted, myself included! The decor had already won me over the first time, but this time, I took the time to really appreciate it: the immense bookcase that gives the room its soul, the chandelier with its delicately diffused light that envelops you without ever being harsh, the large, imposing, and welcoming bar that seems to invite you to slow down… and the sofas, the plush cushions where you sink in with the comfort of a five-star lounge. Nothing is left to chance, and yet everything feels natural. That's understated elegance. Then there was that suspended moment that I think will stay with me forever: I was recognized. Simply. With a genuine smile. Just my second visit, and the welcome was the kind reserved for a regular. It's not a mere formality, it's a deliberate choice. 20/07/2026: Is the quality no longer what it used to be? I've been a regular here for years, but I was very disappointed on my last visit. The sushi wasn't fresh at all [prepared too far in advance]. The salmon was dark and black, and the rice was dry and yellow. The same went for the spring rolls, plus there was very little salad. AVOID THIS PLACE.

01/07/2026: The owners are very traditional, you'll find huge portions for the price of the menus (as a somewhat seasoned eater myself, I barely ate the whole menu). Many pickup and delivery options available. If you can't finish up your plate, no worries! Simply kindly ask for a to-go bag and the waiter/waitress will happily make one for you. Very good experience in Nanterre for an Asian medium range restaurant.

08/08/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizzas with a thin crust and top-quality ingredients. Their homemade panna cotta is also delicious. All this at a very reasonable price. Plus, they're very friendly. A must-try in Puteaux!
