05/02/2026: 15 minutes to get a double pain au chocolat, with a chocolate tartine table prepared and served before me without explanation or apology. Day-old pain au chocolat. €8. Restaurateurs shouldn't complain about not having enough customers. Correction following your reply: It's a double pain au chocolat. Double coffee, not double pain au chocolat! And the pain au chocolat I was served was NOT from Landemaine. I've known this establishment for years and particularly appreciate their pain au chocolat. What shocks me about this whole affair is the general attitude that seems to assume a customer has no right to complain and is wrong on principle. When your employee says, "Well, I'm all alone," while chatting with her colleague (the one who charged me!) and taking the time to prepare a sandwich for someone who arrived long after me... The explanation would undoubtedly be that they were out of pain au chocolat from Landemaine!

05/02/2026: Disappointing for a restaurant attached to a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at the Pullman La Défense, I wanted to try the restaurant. The daily special was very average, and the dessert was equally average... thankfully the staff and the setting somewhat redeemed the experience.

22/01/2026: Even though the all-you-can-eat menu has a limited selection, I went several times in a row with my friends, and the service was good. But yesterday, I went back with my family: it was a disaster! The young waitress was incredibly rude and discriminatory towards people of color; when we called her name, she looked away to avoid giving us the order slip. Her behavior made it so difficult for us to order again that we decided to leave. We only ordered three main courses for five people, with an appetizer each, knowing that it's supposed to be all-you-can-eat, and we paid €105. At that price, we would have eaten better, and without any embarrassment, at a restaurant with an à la carte menu. I've been several times in a row, so normally, they recognize their regular customers and don't scare them away. The difference this time is that I went with my family, who are of color; perhaps that's what bothered the young waitress? In any case, I will not return and I do not recommend it.

11/11/2025: The restaurant's hygiene is extremely questionable. I regretted going in and ordering from this place the second I did… the awful smell was completely unappetizing, quite the opposite… I ordered tempura, which I usually love at other restaurants, and I was disgusted. It had been fried in oil that looked burnt, judging by the color, and next to it was a large pile of dried-out ginger… the bibimbap I ordered was swimming in oil… honestly, I would have trusted McDonald's more 😫 and I paid €23 for this 😭 never again

08/11/2025: Given the reviews, I wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. The salmon and sushi were fresh and plentiful. I recommend it for the all-you-can-eat sushi; we certainly enjoyed it.

The food is delicious; you can tell everything is fresh, from the maki and sashimi to the skewers… I also love their miso soup 😍 Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!
