17/06/2026: Awful! My speculoos milkshake was so sweet it was undrinkable! The employee wouldn't do anything about it, blaming the machine and my choice of flavor. No solution was offered, and there was no manager to deal with the problem. I had to leave my milkshake because it was truly undrinkable, and I never waste anything.

17/06/2026: I don't recommend it. I ordered a bubble tea and it was incredibly sweet, impossible to drink. The employee told me it was normal, but I'm a big bubble tea drinker and I assure you, it's not the norm. The employee blamed me, saying it was my choice. No one seemed able to address my problem. I even offered to let him taste it so he could see for himself how undrinkable it was, but he wouldn't hear of it.

21/05/2026: I came alone for tea and was touched by Momoub's welcome. His kindness, attentiveness, and warmth made the experience truly enjoyable. The setting is cozy, the selection of Dammann teas and herbal infusions is excellent, but it was above all the genuine warmth of his hospitality that impressed me. A huge thank you to him for his kindness!

23/06/2026: The worst health insurance company ever! Avoid them at all costs. They're liars; they claim to reimburse contact lenses when they don't reimburse anything. And to cancel the contract, you have to stay with them for another year, and once the contract is signed, they don't even send it. Ugh! Run away fast! Don't go there.

09/05/2026: This health insurance company is a complete disaster. I've never seen anything like it. I'm giving it one star because you're required to give at least one, but it deserves zero. Overnight, my father was dropped from the plan without any warning. We were told a bailiff had intervened regarding unpaid bills and had sent us an acknowledgement of receipt. They even gave us the bailiff's contact information. I called him twice, and incredibly, he has absolutely NO file in my father's name. So, he never intervened and never sent a registered letter. The first person I spoke to at the insurance company insisted I had been notified. That's called treating people like idiots. I say "first person" because I called back three times and spoke to three different people who weren't even aware of the situation. At the same time, it's difficult to be aware of something that doesn't exist, because ever since my father was deregistered and supposedly faced legal action for these unpaid bills, I've never seen anyone with a debt who continues their life peacefully without any reminders or legal proceedings. The worst part is that they also cause you trouble because, for who knows how long, my father has been without health insurance without even realizing it. What a disgrace, such shoddy work!

14/07/2026: We came for a birthday dinner for three. We opted for the five-course tasting menu. It was delicious. As always, excellent amuse-bouches were served before the meal. The cuisine was inventive and authentic. An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend. The signature chocolate dessert is fantastic. We will gladly return.

23/05/2026: A customer for years, I often order takeout. I encountered a rather unfriendly young man, and no little nougat was offered, which is unusual for us. Furthermore, the soup cans were open! I won't be back.

25/06/2026: This is without a doubt one of the best pizzerias! The ingredients are high quality and plentiful. Please note, it's takeout only, and cash only! I highly recommend trying these pizzas; you absolutely won't be disappointed!! Also worth noting: there's a lovely little park with picnic tables just a 2-minute walk away if you'd like to eat outside 😁

16/07/2026: I come to this restaurant very often and I'm always delighted; the kebabs, especially the wraps, are excellent and very generously filled, and the ingredients are of good quality. The service is always very friendly. The best kebab in Nanterre, maybe even in Paris.

13/06/2026: A Saturday afternoon with loud disco and rap music. Not really the sophisticated tea room atmosphere. Plus, the cook whistling constantly over the music wasn't pleasant for the customers. The service was slow even though there was hardly anyone there, but the ice cream was very good.

15/07/2026: We came on a Thursday evening and received a very warm welcome from the owner. The beef tataki was excellent, as were the profiteroles. The service was attentive and the staff were charming. The establishment also has a brasserie section with a wide selection of drinks, all of them excellent. A truly wonderful place where you're guaranteed a great time. We'll gladly return!

09/07/2026: We've been to the pastry shop a lot and have often been satisfied, however, we've noticed a decline in quality lately… The blueberry speculoos entremet, which tasted only of lemon (not listed in the ingredients), the marshmallow bears for Valentine's Day, which had a strange texture, and other small disappointments that mean we're coming less and less often…

30/06/2026: We were already familiar with Nicolas Bernardé's work and were regular customers of his cakes. When we started planning our wedding, there wasn't a moment's hesitation; it was a no-brainer to entrust him with our wedding cake. The result exceeded all our expectations. The cake was as magnificent as it was delicious. All our guests commented on it, and we received nothing but compliments. A huge thank you; we couldn't have hoped for a better way to end our wedding meal.
