17/02/2026: Today, I came to lunch at this “restaurant” with two friends—an establishment where the price of bread seems to be valued more than customer service. We were seated on the terrace, advertised as heated. In reality, the heating system was malfunctioning. Needless to say, in the middle of winter, the experience was already off to a bad start. When ordering, we were constantly interrupted with “it’s fine” after every word spoken. A very unpleasant way of letting the customer know they were bothering them. The concept of service seems to be completely absent. I ordered a ribeye steak with “garlic potatoes.” What arrived on the plate? Undercooked, greasy, and unappetizing potato chips. Only the meat was decent. The rest was frankly disappointing. After a 20-minute wait (admittedly, it was the lunchtime rush, but that doesn’t excuse everything), we finally received a bread basket with our drinks. We quickly finished it. Ten minutes later, still no bread despite asking a waiter. However, three baskets were placed on the table right behind us. So I took a tray of bread. And then came the inappropriate remark: “But the bread will be the last tray.” I pointed out that I had already asked his colleague. The waiter then returned, openly accusing me of lying. Yes, lying, for… bread. I stood up to point at the waiter in question. He claimed to have told me he would come back with the bread at the same time as the main courses (which was false) and concluded with a lecture on “values.” Talking about values ​​when accusing a customer of lying about a piece of bread is quite ironic. A word of advice: invest in a training course called “Respect.” Respect for welcoming, for taking an order, for serving, and especially for speaking to customers. Contemptuous service from beginning to end. A ridiculous and unacceptable experience for an establishment that charges these prices. I will never set foot in that place again.

13/03/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience. If I could give zero stars, I would without hesitation. I came yesterday and received extremely poor service. The owner is particularly unpleasant and speaks to customers disrespectfully. I simply pointed out that yesterday I was given two savory sauces instead of one savory and one sweet one—nothing malicious, just a normal remark… but she took it very badly and spoke to me in a truly inappropriate manner. In addition to the deplorable service, the portions are ridiculously small for the price. Frankly, it's outrageous: you pay a lot for such tiny amounts. Between the aggressive welcome, the lack of respect for customers, and the stingy portions, I will never set foot in this restaurant again. There are much better options elsewhere for the same price, with staff who at least know how to speak to customers properly.

09/04/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed… I ordered a tarte Tatin and ended up with a dessert that was literally swimming in water, with half-cold caramel 😕. The pastry was soggy, the apples were limp, and the whole thing really gave the impression of a poorly prepared or hastily reheated dessert. At this price point, you expect a minimum, especially for a classic like tarte Tatin. This was frankly inedible.

However, the atmosphere was severely spoiled by the manager's attitude. She spoke rudely to the servers, made inappropriate remarks, and reprimanded them in front of the customers, which was very awkward to witness. This was a clear lack of respect for the staff, as well as for the other customers. It's a shame, because the experience could have been excellent without it.
