I usually pay by card, but this time I went with my son and stayed in the car by the door. I gave my son €50 to pay a €45 bill. From my car, I saw my son give the cash to the cashier, who gave him a €5 note in return. I went home.
Around 11:00 PM, Domino's Rueil kept calling my son, to the point of waking him up. He handed me his phone, and I ended up on the line with someone who told me my order was showing as unpaid. I explained that I had paid in cash, and I realized that the receipt he gave my son didn't show "paid." The person didn't seem entirely convinced, but eventually told me it was all good and hung up. What kind of company is this?

My order dates back several years, though. Look at my other comments; I always comment based on my actual experience, never to badmouth a company. It's crazy, really. I'm the one who paid for an undercooked pizza, and they're the ones who feel blamed. I ordered a pizza a while ago and the dough was undercooked, practically raw, which meant the toppings and the crust crumbled. It was impossible to hold the slices to eat them, and in any case, it was inedible. I was thinking of ordering again to give them a chance, thinking it was an isolated mistake, but after reading the other reviews, I've changed my mind, especially since customer service doesn't seem very responsive, and the prices are higher in person than on the website, so I don't want to risk being ignored or not getting a refund if there's a problem.

06/05/2026: A truly deplorable experience at this Carrefour City.
They categorically refused to let me pay for a simple €0.24 bottle of water with Apple Pay, citing some supposed internal procedure, even though there's no legal minimum spend for card payments in France.
The most absurd part: a customer behind me kindly offered to pay for me… but the cashier also refused, with a rigid and unprofessional attitude.
The result: a ridiculous situation over 24 cents, a complete lack of customer service, and the impression of dealing with an outdated policy.
At this point, it's not even about the amount, but about common sense and respect for the customer.

The prices displayed are much higher than those announced at the register.

The waiters and reception staff are truly extremely rude.
No smiles and no concern for the customer's well-being.
For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, half the dishes are half-empty and cold.
As a fan of all-you-can-eat restaurants, I definitely don't recommend this one!
Move on by.
08/07/2025: Honestly disgusting, This is the first time I've rated an all-you-can-eat restaurant or a restaurant in general so poorly, there's nothing left to eat or what's left just isn't good, the only thing worth it, and not really, is the five-euro Coke. If I advise you to go somewhere else to another restaurant because this one is simply disgusting, the staff here is unpleasant, it's like we're bothering them all for 38 €. Honestly, it's not even worth it, you might as well go shopping and cook at home. Honestly, it cut me off, the end wasn't coming. Afterwards, you do what you want, but it's really just disgusting and sorry for the term but that's really it for the moment. And finally, if I could have given it zero stars, I would have, but unfortunately she can't. Very disappointed.

28/07/2026: Since moving to Saint-Cloud, I've bought something from this store several times, and each time I've left extremely disappointed, mainly because of the saleswomen who are genuinely unpleasant. They clearly give the impression of being bothered by your presence, even as they chat and laugh while leaning against the counter. One of them in particular has a very disagreeable way of speaking to customers. It's a real shame because I won't be going back for that reason alone.
21/07/2026: I regularly shop at Paul's as a Monoprix customer, and for a long time I've enjoyed coming alone or with friends for the quality of the products, but especially for the warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness of the two women who run the shop. They are the ones who make Paul what it is today in Saint Cloud.

It's become my weekly ritual: I eat there every Friday and I'm never disappointed. The owners are extremely pleasant, welcoming, and professional.
The quality is always there. The dishes are homemade, generous, and hearty, just the way we like them. You really feel "at home." I highly recommend it!

I haven't tried the other products, but this experience doesn't make me want to return to this bakery.

08/08/2026: Top-notch bakery, I highly recommend it, excellent products. I bought the Turin pastry as well as the mille-feuille, which I call a "revisited" version, and it's incredibly light and delicious. It's a welcome change from the classic mille-feuilles we get in our area of Arras.
03/08/2026: An absolutely amazing place, our go-to during our trip to Paris. I was a fan of Viennese pastries, but everything we tried was just perfect, including croissants, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, chocolate pastries, baguettes, ham sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, lemon tarts, coffee éclairs, Agathe cake, and mille-feuille (during multiple visits, of course). 10/10
