21/10/2026: A very unpleasant experience because of the saleswoman on duty that day at 4pm. She was extremely arrogant, bossy and insolent.

15/10/2026: I went to buy food for lunch today. The staff weren't welcoming, and when I asked if I could stay, surprise, surprise, they wanted me to pay extra even though there was no one sitting down! It's ridiculous!

16/10/2026: Kadi and Sajitha, I love them ❤️❤️❤️ They let us try matcha. Since we didn't know what it tasted like, they're so nice, like, for free!

06/10/2026: We ordered one Pumpkin Spice Caramel and one Pumpkin Spice Latte, but we were served two Pumpkin Spice Caramels. We also ordered the Hazelnut Pyramid, but were given the Pistachio instead. We ordered pancakes, but no syrup was provided. When we asked the cashier about it, she said that we should have asked for syrup. We explained that we expected it to be offered with the pancakes, and she then admitted that she had simply forgotten. Unfortunately, it seems that they have difficulty paying attention to specific orders and getting the details right. Overall, a disappointing experience.

12/08/2026: I'm disappointed with my takeout order. It consisted of two vegetable spring rolls, but the wrappers were hard and bland. The two chamoussas (small savory pastries) were tasteless! I'm not usually one to complain, but I won't be going back there to eat. I'm disgusted! 😞

28/07/2026: I ordered a coffee at the counter. The waiter was incredibly unfriendly and constantly sulked. The coffee was also mediocre. I don't recommend it. Instead, go to Émile's, just across the street: the waiter is friendly, the service is impeccable, and the coffee is much better.

30/06/2026: We arrived, sat down, waited 15 minutes, and nobody came to the bar. The bartender was cold when we approached him, we waited another 10 minutes, and still nobody. So we left.

28/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are flavorful, the ingredients are high quality, and the service is warm. A great place to eat well, I highly recommend it!

14/06/2026: Honestly, it's time to ban phones. The man taking orders has absolutely no respect for his customers. It's like he thinks he's giving us freebies. This restaurant is a disaster. The staff is borderline disrespectful. I've been to this restaurant before, and the staff were very welcoming, which is definitely not the case today. What a shame.

30/08/2026: Today is the first and last time I'm going there: Taking one sushi, cutting it in half, and then claiming it's two pieces—just look at the picture—it's a cheap trick, if I may say so. Pay for your 1.5cm-thick sushi! If only I'd looked in the bag first, I would have said, "Excuse me, but that's impossible."

27/08/2026: I placed a €34 order and NEVER received it. Avoid this company at all costs! The owner told me he couldn't deliver after his mistake. And I haven't been refunded! I absolutely do not recommend them.

12/06/2026: Disappointed with my takeaway order. The salmon in the California avocado-salmon was fatty, which is a deal-breaker for me.

19/03/2026: A decent experience. The food was good overall. Small portions considering the price and limited variety. A cold and dreary atmosphere, but the service was fairly efficient.

09/09/2026: I was very disappointed by the welcome and service. After spending €30, my two-year-old daughter wanted to eat her pain au chocolat there for a few minutes. Several tables were available, but the cashier/waitress immediately reminded me that the price for eating in was different. The welcome was cold, no smiles, no friendliness. We left with our purchases… and, more importantly, with the desire never to return. The service, however, was clearly an extra charge.

26/07/2026: Shisha for €20, but the service is atrocious. You have to wait at least 30 minutes for charcoal, even though there aren't many customers. It really feels like they're cutting corners on the charcoal, which is unacceptable when you pay that price. Very disappointed by this experience. I strongly advise against this establishment.

07/09/2026: We had three portions of fish & chips, they were terrible, both the fish and the chips were reheated. In four days in Paris we didn't eat so badly. Sorry, we spent 85 euros for reheated dishes. Highly not recommended.

20/09/2026: I bought a portion of wontons, a chicken bao, and some shrimp dumplings at this restaurant. Although I twice insisted that my food be heated up, I started eating right after paying, but my wontons were still cold. The broth that came with the wontons was hot, but there was so little of it that once poured, it barely covered the vegetables and didn't even reach the wontons. The wonton filling was cold and far too overcooked. The chicken bao dough was extremely sticky; I only managed one bite before throwing it away. The shrimp dumplings were, by comparison, less bad. This is an establishment I will not be returning to.

19/09/2026: The person I greeted didn't respond. The mochi leaked in the bag. There were very few peanuts in the spring rolls. The broccoli was quite dry, there was one bamboo shoot, and two small mushrooms. The fish was good. It's unclear what's actually charged, but the price is ridiculously high.

09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.

24/09/2026: In my opinion, this was the best Asian caterer in Suresnes under the previous owners. I'm a little disappointed to see the quality decline; I encourage you to make your own samosas, spring rolls, and especially your Vietnamese crepes!

24/09/2026: We were drawn in by the variety of menus on display. As it was our last day of sightseeing and we were short on time, we ordered three meals: rice, noodles, and beef with onions. Nothing extraordinary, but it suited us since we planned to reheat the food at our accommodation. Once heated, a rather unpleasant smell wafted from the food, which immediately made us suspicious. So we limited ourselves to the pasta and noodles. The children then got stomach aches. It was impossible to know if it was from the dishes themselves or leftovers from previous days, but one detail struck us: it was the only tray that was already almost empty when we opened it, unlike the others which were quite full. An experience that really left me wanting in terms of freshness and quality.

27/04/2026: Frankly, it was quite an unpleasant experience today. I'm pregnant, so I was simply sitting outside with my husband while my friend went inside to buy drinks—she spent about €20. When she returned, just a few seconds later, a waiter came over to tell us that the water bottles weren't for on-premises consumption and even removed the ashtray before my husband had finished. I understand that there might be rules, but the way they handled it was frankly clumsy and unnecessarily abrupt. A little more patience and courtesy would have been more than enough, especially given the circumstances. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression.

16/09/2026: Appalling service!!! I ordered three drinks, but only received two. When I tried to ask the waitress, Sarah, to bring me the last one, she preferred to chat with some friends who had come to see her rather than serve her customers!!! The customer service clearly needs improvement; a dreadful experience!! Starbucks La Défense under the Dome…
