16/04/2026: Selling chilled wine with an extra charge of €1.10 per bottle, without any prior warning—absurd! I saw it the next day and went in to ask about it, and it was a huge surprise: no refund! I don't know where this internal regulation comes from, nor what consumer protection law applies to me, but I will probably be taking action.

28/08/2026: After a 20-minute wait at the drive-thru, the burger was cold, sent back twice, and still just as cold.

28/08/2026: This McDonald's is disorganized: there are no ordering signs, table service is nonexistent, and the wait is endless because of the crowds. I'm going to post this review online. I don't speak French, how am I supposed to know when my order is ready? I've been to many McDonald's, and this one is by far the worst.

22/08/2026: Terrible service! I went in the evening and ordered four McDonald's meals (two beef and two chicken). The fries were rock hard and inedible, the chicken pieces were as tough as rocks, and there was only half a chicken piece missing from each burger. The drive-thru cashier who handed me the bags didn't give me any fries when I asked for them, even though I was eating with a pregnant woman. I'll never go there again! And on top of that, we waited almost an hour (40 minutes to take our order, and 20 orders were returned, none of them correct). I really don't recommend it; it's chaotic.

21/08/2026: Half an hour to serve 5 cars at the drive-thru, seriously....

18/08/2026: They prevented us from eating in, even though we ordered. The manager made us feel uncomfortable and served lukewarm, watery milkshakes. I strongly advise against going there; avoid it at all costs!!!

16/08/2026: This is absolutely ridiculous, my steak wasn't even cooked properly and I slipped on the floor because someone spilled their drink. Worst burger of my life, never go there again, they're filthy. And on top of that, my daughter found a maggot in her burger. I'm going to file a complaint.

29/07/2026: Hello, I regularly come to your McDonald's for my lunch break. I would like to report the behavior of an employee, a tall man of African descent who works as a waitress. He is usually on the second floor. On several occasions, he has come to speak to me, even though I don't know him at all, and he hasn't said anything about an order or service. Once, he touched my hand while I was ordering at the self-service kiosk. Then, on Tuesday, July 28th, around 3:30 pm, he came to speak to me again, getting very close to my face, almost touching my ear. This behavior makes me uncomfortable. I simply come to have a peaceful lunch and I hope this will not happen again. Thank you for taking this report into consideration.

24/07/2026: We ordered two fairly basic meals in the restaurant. It took over 20 minutes to get our order, and they didn't have the right items. So a manager remade our order. Even more waiting. No apologies whatsoever! And yet, there were few customers, and we noticed several problems with our orders. Frankly, not great, especially since we're regular customers at this McDonald's.

22/04/2026: Hello During my visit to your restaurant, I asked for information about the ingredients in the dishes, having noticed a suspicious odor. In response to my request, the waitress treated me disrespectfully and asked me to leave the establishment. This behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to be informed about the composition of the dishes I am served, particularly for food safety reasons. Restaurant managers have no respect for their customers.

16/04/2026: I went to ask a very grumpy man for a card; he didn't even say hello. He curtly told me to avoid him and go to a neighborhood near La Défense. He doesn't even deserve your money.

05/07/2026: I just spent over €40 on Uber Eats for a terrible meal. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants for delivery. I always ordered the same thing. The truffle pasta, which is now watered down and has absolutely no truffle flavor, and the pistachio tiramisu, which now doesn't taste like pistachio at all and is completely bland... Last time, I thought it was just a fluke, but now I'm definitely never ordering from them again. Furthermore, not only does the quality not match the price, but the service is also much worse than before...

07/06/2026: Very disappointed. The pizza was practically bare (very little ham and cheese), to the point where it felt like you were eating nothing but dough. The pizza wasn't pre-sliced, which is inconvenient. Ordered via Uber Eats. I do not recommend it.

25/05/2026: The manager is unpleasant. I waited almost 40 minutes for a loaf of bread that wasn't even cooked inside. I ordered a bun: the dough was still raw, nothing was properly cooked. In addition to the disastrous quality, the wait was interminable and there was absolutely no professionalism. Frankly, it's unacceptable to serve raw products after such a long wait. We absolutely have to give it stars, but it doesn't even deserve one. In short, an establishment to avoid.

22/04/2026: Honestly, if you're making someone eat pizzas from Pizzarabit, you're trying to kill them. The pizzas are expensive and absolutely disgusting. It would have been reasonable if they were under €5, but this is ridiculous. In short, avoid this place and it should be shut down immediately.
