27/04/2026: Frankly, it was quite an unpleasant experience today. I'm pregnant, so I was simply sitting outside with my husband while my friend went inside to buy drinks—she spent about €20. When she returned, just a few seconds later, a waiter came over to tell us that the water bottles weren't for on-premises consumption and even removed the ashtray before my husband had finished. I understand that there might be rules, but the way they handled it was frankly clumsy and unnecessarily abrupt. A little more patience and courtesy would have been more than enough, especially given the circumstances. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression.

04/09/2026: Several mishaps at this McDonald's, so I've finally motivated myself to leave a review… I arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes ago: I went to the kiosk and… waited 25 minutes before I could even place my order! Of course, I couldn't leave because there were people behind me. At the other end of the intercom, the "professional" apparently only knew how to say one thing: "Please wait"… then "Please wait." I finally managed to order after 29 minutes, and I left with my dinner after about 40 minutes of waiting. What an ordeal! I can understand that it's busy and that the service is difficult to manage, but in this case, communicate with the customers, be polite, and above all, warn them when there's a significant delay. That's really the bare minimum to make the wait a little more acceptable. Thank you!

22/08/2026: Extremely expensive pizzas that we only order when no other pizzeria is available in the area. The vendor is "friendly" but repeatedly tried to overcharge us, even though the price is already high.

25/05/2026: The manager is unpleasant. I waited almost 40 minutes for a loaf of bread that wasn't even cooked inside. I ordered a bun: the dough was still raw, nothing was properly cooked. In addition to the disastrous quality, the wait was interminable and there was absolutely no professionalism. Frankly, it's unacceptable to serve raw products after such a long wait. We absolutely have to give it stars, but it doesn't even deserve one. In short, an establishment to avoid.

16/09/2026: Worst McDonald's ever. I paid at the kiosk: no paper receipt. Then, there were only two people in the kitchen for 50 impatient customers waiting at the counter, and at least 20 Uber Eats scooters. The poor manager almost broke down twice; the pressure was truly awful for him. After waiting 50 minutes, I was so sleepy that I went home (no one was available at the counter to give me a refund). The next day I came back: no refund possible without a receipt. In short, a manager who understaffs his McDonald's even though it's the only restaurant open after midnight within a kilometer, to the point of making his employees cry, and then doesn't take responsibility when there are complaints. Coincidentally, this is one of the worst McDonald's ratings in France. Fire them ASAP!

22/04/2026: Hello During my visit to your restaurant, I asked for information about the ingredients in the dishes, having noticed a suspicious odor. In response to my request, the waitress treated me disrespectfully and asked me to leave the establishment. This behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to be informed about the composition of the dishes I am served, particularly for food safety reasons. Restaurant managers have no respect for their customers.

16/04/2026: I went to ask a very grumpy man for a card; he didn't even say hello. He curtly told me to avoid him and go to a neighborhood near La Défense. He doesn't even deserve your money.

17/09/2026: There was hardly a wait at lunchtime (for once), but the order was still incomplete and incorrect. How is that possible?! I hadn't been back for several months after a similar experience. I have to admit that nothing has changed. I'll go to a different McDonald's from now on.

14/09/2026: This is the third time this has happened in a month. The first time, a sandwich was missing; the second time, the fries were cold and some sauces were missing that we didn't pay for, even though it was a €60 order. Today, almost the same mistake happened; they made a mistake with some of the menus.

08/08/2026: This establishment is a joke... the quality of the products, the price, the service! I don't understand how they can do so badly with so many resources.

26/07/2026: The manager is unpleasant, and on top of that, he sells expired products and doesn't even give refunds. I asked him for a paper towel, and he wasn't happy. Avoid this place. (It's a housing project, not a tobacco shop.)

06/05/2026: This place has reopened after being rightfully closed for multiple reasons. Immediately we are bombarded by their clients who have no respect for anyone or anything. They shout, spit and dump rubbish everywhere. They smoke illegal substances outside our homes. They stand in the middle of the street and shout abuse at and intimidate people who simply want to walk, cycle or drive past. The impact these people have on the street is immense and intolerable. We live here, we don't deserve to have to pass through a gauntlet of aggressive behaviour, littering and damage to property every time we leave our homes.
