26/09/2026: This isn't the first time I've noticed a drop in quality with some of their products, but this morning was the absolute worst. I bought one of their raspberry croissants, and I assure you, it's raspberry in name only. No flavor whatsoever, not even a hint of jam. And all for €2.50 😭. The competition has the same thing, and frankly, there's no comparison. They inject a generous amount of raspberry jam inside. So, if you want delicious raspberry croissants, go somewhere else. And to top it all off, they're not very friendly.

23/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The menu is varied, the ingredients are fresh, and everything we tasted was delicious. The restaurant is warm and inviting, with a very friendly atmosphere. The prices were also a very pleasant surprise, offering excellent value for money. The staff is welcoming, polite, and attentive. I sincerely recommend this place to all lovers of Japanese cuisine!

19/08/2026: Went in for Boba to shelter from the rain. Was very quiet as it was 5pm on a Wednesday. Decided to get food aswell as it was still raining heavily and the options looked good for the price. Waitress was understanding of our poor French skills and food came quickly.

09/10/2026: A restaurant specializing in delivery. An absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience. I found cockroach remains in my food. It's simply revolting and inadmissible for an establishment that serves food intended for consumption. Beyond this extremely worrying lack of hygiene, the staff's behavior is equally scandalous: instead of taking the situation seriously, the employees deny the facts and speak very rudely to the customer. No respect, no self-reflection, no consideration for the person who has just discovered something so repugnant in their order. Finding this kind of thing in your food is already unacceptable, but to be confronted with contemptuous staff who deny the facts is simply shameful. I strongly advise against this establishment. The very least they could do is guarantee impeccable hygiene and treat customers with respect. A traumatic, revolting, and absolutely unworthy experience for a restaurant.

22/09/2026: Maybe I'll come back when they start taking care of customers who come to the store before those who stay on their couch and get deliveries. Order placed at 8:45 PM, received at 9:02 PM Part 2, not initially planned: I arrive at the hotel The hamburger from the Golden Menu is missing And a piece of chicken is missing from the Double Chicken (see the photo of the receipt and the burger) This is theft; I paid for the entire order, but it wasn't complete. So all customers are aware, here's the legal analysis of the situation: Can you request a full refund? You can request one, but the right to a full refund depends on the seriousness of the defect. The Consumer Code stipulates that in the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer can, in particular, obtain a price reduction or, when the defect is sufficiently serious, the cancellation of the sale, meaning the termination of the contract and a refund. Article L.217-11 specifies that immediate resolution is possible when the defect is sufficiently serious; however, it is not possible if the defect is considered minor. So, in practical terms: * A forgotten dessert or small sauce → refund for the missing item or equivalent compensation. * A missing sandwich/main course → you have a much stronger argument for requesting a refund for the missing portion. * A significant portion of the order is missing, to the point that the order no longer serves its intended purpose → you can request cancellation of the sale and a full refund, citing non-performance/non-conformity. * The restaurant may also offer to provide you with the missing items, but if you have already returned home, the practical inconvenience of travel must be taken into account. The Code also stipulates that the correction must be made free of charge and without significant inconvenience to the consumer. Travel expenses are also taken into account when calculating damages at the price of petrol; they don't know it yet, but they will pay.

13/09/2026: I'm forced to change my opinion about this bakery. Since the change of ownership, the quality has dropped considerably. It used to be the best bakery, and not just in Colombes. The service and welcome are better than before. However, all I take home is bread. Please restore the quality it used to have.

11/09/2026: We used to go there regularly before the change of ownership; it was a really great bakery, especially the pastries and cakes. We went back recently, the first time since the change of ownership, and were frankly disappointed by the pastries. The choux pastry in the Paris-Brest was dry, the mille-feuille was, at best, similar to a mass-produced one, and there were no more original pastries like there used to be, but the prices have stayed the same, or even gone up. Perhaps we just had bad luck that day, but I'm not sure I'll go back. What a shame.

06/08/2026: The shopkeeper used his hands (unlikely to be clean) to put the croissant on my plate - I wish he had used some tongs... Flies everywhere and the place smelled terrible. Only saving grace was that the espresso was good and that the combo cost me €3. Otherwise not a fan!

17/03/2026: An invasion of fruit flies everywhere, even on the croissants! I'll go have breakfast at the bakery next door!!

04/10/2026: Very disappointed. €5 for a pistachio babka that was unfortunately nothing special: a few pistachio pieces on top, but mostly a very artificial and bitter pistachio flavor inside. The service was also very disappointing: a cold welcome, barely a word exchanged. At that price, you really expect better. What a shame.

14/09/2026: I just bought a bucket seat at Meunier. Very disappointed. Terrible service. The saleswoman accused me of paying for the bucket seat with coins. Yes. I paid with coins in 5 installments. Is that illegal or forbidden? In front of everyone, she complained that she hates paying with coins.

24/09/2026: After they changed the staff, they immediately started bringing food normally and cooking it well.

23/09/2026: Staff are understaffed daily, the wait at the drive-thru before my order is interminable, and this has been the case for the last 3 times I've come. I had to get out of my car and speak to the overwhelmed employees... there's a clear lack of concern from management who leave their employees to fend for themselves. I've never seen anything like it. Close the drive-thru if you can't manage your restaurant properly. It's truly pathetic of you.

05/09/2026: I order from Zen Sushi regularly. Everything is always in order, the sushi is very good. It's good value for money.

11/08/2026: A very bad experience. I waited a very long time before being served, to the point that I ended up leaving without even finishing my meal. No compensation was offered for the wait. The restaurant is completely disorganized. Such a long wait is truly unacceptable, especially for a sushi restaurant. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this establishment.

04/09/2026: I order very regularly (several times a week). I sincerely believe this is the worst McDonald's in France, this one and its neighbor in Issy. The orders always have a problem, often making them inedible. No effort is made for customer satisfaction. I'll eat there out of curiosity, even from a poorly located spot, just to see these incompetent people, incapable of reading an order slip, who hide behind their restaurants. I will change my review as many times as necessary. YOU WON'T SILENCE ME!!

01/09/2026: They accept orders on Deliveroo but never deliver, and are unreachable by Deliveroo customer service... 1 hour 15 minutes wasted waiting for nothing for a delivery that never arrived, unacceptable.

16/09/2026: I went into the shop. Two saleswomen all to myself, but imagine that... They were sitting at the tables reserved for customers, chatting away... I almost turned around and left without buying anything. Infuriating! Why two saleswomen sluggishly? Wouldn't it be better to have just one competent one?
