14/09/2024: The worst kebab in Béziers. I live not far away. I was cheated during the fair by this gentleman who raised his prices and sold the worst quality I have ever seen.. Catch, tourist to flee.

27/07/2024: I don’t know where to start. I wanted to attach a picture but I don’t see how my trash can is interesting to anyone at all. Whatever you do when you visit Bézier, DON’T go here. It’s insanely overpriced, the food is pure junk and the service… well that’s the worst part. The woman who took the order must have escaped from a mental institution. Screaming and humiliating the guests. No line to talk about so i bought me some take out a late Sven-Ingvar. When I had waited over thirty minutes for a kebab, A kebab!!! This should be fast food!! Well, After thirty minutes, I asked polotröja when it’s going to be ready. 20 more minutes was the response. I refused to wait that long (my family of five incl twin babies was outside getting unpatient to say the least) and I wanted my money back. They didn’t hand me a reciept so this was out of the question. So she started swearing at me in french. When she thought I didn’t hear. How nice. I took the two drinks from the fridge I already paid too much for and started leaving. Then she screamed at me that I have to pay for the drinks I already paid for, aswell as an unedible, sloppy kebab with almost no sauce that later arrived. I wonder how this joke of a restaurant is still in business. Must be the location. I urge everyone to avoid this horrible ”restaurant” and if you, the owner reads this: Step up your game, level up your food, upgrade the overall system, tell your staff to learn service and get rid of the horrendous lady who takes the orders. Or at least tell the doctors that someone has escaped from the asylum.

06/09/2024: Nobody in the restaurant. 20 minutes waiting at the drive-thru to be served.

01/09/2024: I'm really on it. As someone who follows regular customers, I was practically insulted as a thief when I really miss a medium-sized fries and nuggets by 6 when passing through the drive-thru. I called and was told that he was going to watch the cameras, no, but frankly for some fries and nuggets. What a shame!!!!! It doesn't matter, we'll go elsewhere now. I strongly advise against it. 17/09/2024: Nice little bar with outdoor seating and good views of the surrounding areas. Beer is very reasonable for the location and a glass of wine great value at €3 a glass.Toilets at the top of the building are fantastic training for mountaineers and potholers alike 🤣😅😂

09/09/2024: We visited the original bar in the afternoon to have a drink outside. The environment is pleasant and interesting, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly. However, the toilet on the second floor needs renovation.

02/09/2024: Malgré plusieurs tentatives dans l’espoir que ça s’améliore…. Rien n’y fait, aucune préparation pour le buffet, surgelés, conserves, chips, toast chorizo saucisson, tartes surgelés, boites de salades de fruits …. Même un enfant ferait mieux. Musique des années 80, 70 … 60. On a encore regretté nos 35€ par personnes. Bref, si vous voulez passer une bonne soirée…. Allez ailleurs.

02/10/2024: We were very well received as usual, the beer is top notch. Unfortunately the sauerkraut is no longer as good as before because the one served today was not cooked in beer and was sour, the cold meats had no taste. Too bad because we came on purpose for that... Not to mention the acid reflux that this caused us! 🤢

02/10/2024: I am extremely disappointed! I arrived at 8:30 p.m. to leave at 10:15 p.m.!!!! I went there for a special family occasion and it ended very badly because the waiter was absent... He passed by from time to time without paying attention to us even though we had finished our dishes for a while! It’s very unfortunate because there are other excellent waiters and waitresses that we are happy to have, unlike him where it always ends badly… When it was time to pay, he hid behind the bar after another long wait, another waiter took the initiative to cash us even though he had no obligation to do so!

31/03/2024: The pizzas are delicious and well garnished

16/03/2024: 2 times I order, 1st time I don't have the pizza I ordered (I didn't take it into account because an error can happen), 2nd time I ask for a supplement on my pizza, I paid the supplement yes but on the other hand no supplement on my pizza... disappointed.

02/09/2024: Dirty establishment, unpleasant welcome

25/08/2024: Dirty establishment which does not give confidence in the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. The floor was very sticky, the tables were not cleaned, lots of crumbs, dust and projections on the wall. We made the comment about the floor, the employee's response "that's not my job" 🙄 sorry!! After not even 1 hour of opening...

15/12/2024: An essential stop to drink a coffee (or other) on each walk in Pézenas, pleasant place and very friendly waiter,

25/11/2024: During a visit to Pèzenas we had lunch in this restaurant for the dish of the day: starter, second course and dessert. All very good and well made, excellent service, reasonable price. The nice place.

21/09/2024: Cadre top. Vieux bistro dans son jus... Produits de qualité. Rapport qualité prix excellent. (juste un couac la serveuse ne sait pas toujours bien compter) Cadre au top, sur quai du port....Poissons crustacés fromages miam miam et miam

18/09/2024: Simply put, just an average experience. We arrived at 13.30 and were hurried through our meal so that they could close at 14.45. Food and service were average at best and coffee was possibly the least enjoyable I have had in France. Great location but thrives, I suspect, on the captive tourist market that creates.

23/09/2024: Small, friendly restaurant, which offered us a seafood platter for 2 people at a reasonable price. (With a dozen oysters each, that's what we were looking for). very satisfied on the edge of the Thau pond.

16/09/2024: Good welcome. Really average food. Gratined with béchamel! Dry rust without being whipped with aioli! I think very good basic products but change the way of cooking!

11/11/2024: Belle découverte plats locaux. Bon accueil et bon service. Pas d'attente. Belle vue sur l'étang de Thau et sete. Café gourmand bon et copieux.

01/11/2024: Aujourd'hui c'est choucroute de la mer, nous avons donc réservé dans cet établissement. Idéalement situé au bord de la lagune de Thau, le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Etant un jour férié il y avait du monde, mais cela n'a pas empêché que le service se passe bien. Les crevettes en beignet très bonnes, la choucroute excellente et généreuse, les poissons sont fins et bons, le chou n'est pas acide, le tout impeccable. Pour finir une ile flottante...tout c'est très bien passé, j'y retournerai avec plaisir .

27/08/2024: Afternoon... Barely a hello "we're going to cash you in" that's about 20 euros (correct price ok) for a deckchair that I almost went to get myself to put it next to my friends, no service no visibility of the customers (we're going to order at the bar as a result) they don't forget to charge, however they forget the orders. Coming from Saint-Bart, I didn't expect as much but a minimum of professionalism and kindness for this kind of "place" and the image it conveys. Apply the prices of the big brands when you will have quality service. Sorry but it's a rat establishment
