07/09/2024: Déjeuner entre famille, menus avec du choix,plat du jour copieux,service rapide, efficace, ambiance agréable. Comme nous sommes gourmands, ils nous ont rajouté de la chantilly dans nos desserts sans nous comptez un supplément, le geste nous a fait très plaisir, Ce restaurant est sur de nous revoir.

26/08/2024: A fuire ,pas bon et c'est une usine ! L'apéro en même temps que le plat! Dès que vous rentrez il limite déjà repartir mais il prennent votre carré bleu ... VRAIMENT LE PIRE DE MARSEILLAN !

07/09/2024: Hello boubous, how are you boulou wougadoubadaba? Well, I'm trying to have McDonald's delivered to the Royal Hotel, which can be done in a minute and a half maximum! I have the Uber eats delivery man FAYCAL, who withdraws directly upon arriving at McDonald's after 2 minutes of waiting after this sub individual to be urgently re-educated. I also have Abdelouasel who accepts my delivery on the application, and the guy goes to the other side of town after passing the McDonald's, there I send him a message to find out why he goes so far, and the delivery man cancels my order. The third, whose identity I will not reveal because he agreed to do his job, ended up turning me in but still tried to cover for his colleagues. So it took me three delivery men to deliver McDonald's to the Royal Hotel, it's not at all serious, we're on the same street... And it's not a big street. So Uber eats, it's becoming a real problem, and this McDonald's here I swear, I remain polite!!!!! Woohoo!!! Don't expect a tip from me on Uber eats eh...

02/09/2024: The staff not at all welcoming, neither hello nor goodbye. The girl at the cash register gasps when I ask her for a towel. Plus I waited 15 minutes for just a simple menu. At 8 p.m. in the middle of a rush, no one is motivated to go faster in the kitchen, they prefer to chat when we come to a basic fast food restaurant. I see that most of your Google reviews are negative, perhaps you should ask the right questions when it comes to managing your team. And no need to have an apologetic response when I see your short answers from other people who are full like me. It’s not me who needs to say a few things, but rather your employees.

20/08/2024: Very unpleasant waiter with glasses, I understand that it's a rush but he has a way of talking to customers, frankly I don't recommend at all, you have a beautiful place but very unpleasant waiters, the cook who eats during service , who speaks badly to customers, he just has the two waiters at the restaurant who are pleasant, the boy and the girl, I will not come back and will pass the message on to those around me. The boss at the top anyway

24/01/2025: Honestly a golden menu, 4 fries in the box a wrap I've never seen a wrap this small a drink half filled a big tasty two meats you only have one two days ago my brother came we completely forgot the chicken in the burger maybe you should review your staff.

15/12/2024: Poor The sandwiches (when they are not missing) are more twisted than the Tower of Pisa, the ice creams are soup (but only in half portions), the sauces and napkins are either for a regiment or non-existent. 06/07/2024: Il arrive parfois que le hasard mène vos pas vers le bon endroit ! Et malgré vos plus fortes inquiétudes, vous découvrez une cuisine inversement proportionnelle à celles-ci. C’est la surprise que vous réserve LE SAÏGON à Agde. Sous une décoration quelque peu surannée des années 80, la cuisine reste des plus sincères et authentique. Des produits frais cuisinés avec honnêteté. Pour ma part ce fut, en entrée, des nems au porc… sans aucun doute parmi les meilleurs jamais mangés: croustillant, goûteux, accompagnés d’une sauce maison parfaitement maîtrisée et de feuilles de menthe et de laitue fraîchement locale ! Puis un plat de poulet aux légumes croquants et savoureux exactement épicés, le tout souligné d’une riz nature à la cuisson exigé. Le dessert: des beignets de pommes flambés au Saké… rien d’exorbitant me direz-vous ! Et pourtant quelle belle façon régressive de finir le repas. Quand la maîtresse de maison tient la tradition avec le petit verre de Saké (également) … tout est dit ! Nous sommes proche de la perfection. La table voisine (de clients allemands) semblait elle aussi, conquise depuis plusieurs années. Quel dommage que ce lieu semble aussi peu prisé un samedi soir ! N’hésitez pas, foncez: au pire un très bon moment vous attend !!!!

11/08/2024: Too bad the 0 rating doesn't exist! I agree with the recent comments, the salespeople are simply execrable. The smile and the sympathy are forgotten but that's at the limit on a bad day, politeness on the other hand remains the basis. When you don't want to do business, you do something else. If these sellers have direction, it would be time to act. If ladies are the directors, education and professionalism are to be learned! Taste-wise, the ice creams are expensive and inedible. If a competitor wants to set up shop, there is market share to be seized!

11/08/2024: I recommend great place to eat good little desserts. A young girl served me and it was really very generous ice creams, she is very friendly, smiling and knows how to recognize her loyal customers for 3 years! A real pleasure, I will return very soon!

12/08/2024: I bought two baguettes, they were stale. We ate them before because that's all we had and we needed them, but I won't be back. I don't go to the bakery to buy stale bread.
