Il y a que les frites qui était correcte
Le tarif de 94€ est trop cher pour la nourriture servie.
Pour l'accueil rien a dire très correct
On aurait dû regarder les avis avec d'aller manger dans se restaurant.

27/08/2024: Don't go!!! My wife ordered a fish salad. Two of the prawns were so bad that they were in the right place when they were opened. So horrible that she vomited in the toilet. The desolate, wilted lettuce was then found underneath the salmon, which was no longer quite as fresh. There was no concession from the restaurant. The hygienic conditions in the store were also a disaster. E.g. the rusted and rotten ice chest. Awful.
19/08/2024: horible a fuir on peut bien comprendre que les client partent sans regler la note plus jamais nous y reviendrons .la pizza etait toute seche et le magret lui aussi etait dix fois trop cuit

No onion in one of the 2 sandwiches either.
Put enough staff instead of putting them in the juice or don't open at night...
07/12/2024: Well where to start...
Manager lost. Unable to manage his team which results in incomplete orders.
We ordered 3 maxi best of menus. Typical McDonald's menu. Incomplete. We wait 20 minutes for our order to finish without drinks. I'm going to the contoire to try to get our drinks. Which I request 3 times. Before my my used and even then it was not going well. We had 2 drinks out of 3. The third one we had an Ice tea instead of a Coke.
We take it on site. When collecting the order, (table service unavailable) the manager said that our order is to be taken away. So no. We definitely ordered ON SITE.
The manager was completely lost. Orders were mixed up. Nothing was right. Change managers.
I wouldn't come back.

18/05/2024: So-so. Much worse than that of the Montpellier polygon. The wafburger is supposed to have mustard AND ketchup but there was ONLY mustard, too strong for me. And the team can't add the ketchup... very disappointing... I didn't finish it. The waf tatin was good but nothing more…
And it’s a shame that there are no longer loyalty cards like before…
More than mixed results: I will not return.

23/09/2024: Monday morning 7 a.m. no pain au chocolat, and bread that cannot be served at breakfast in the guest room because it has holes all over it, on 5 slices of bread. Too bad I can't post the photo...
Had to go back because I couldn't serve that, very understanding and we replaced the bread with baguettes.
I lost 40 minutes, I had unhappy tenants because they were stressed before departure, and I lost two uncharged breakfasts because there was no bread!!!!!!
It could be trivial if it was a unique fact

29/09/2024: Being the only ones to deliver to Valras, I ignored the negative reviews and ordered... Result: 29€ wasted, I would have been better off making them myself... Pizza certainly of a normal size, well stocked, but disgusting because they are way too salty! I ate two portions, the rest went in the trash. This will teach me to order from places rated 3/5....
27/08/2024: As vacationers in the area it was my first, apart from the price which I still find expensive (69€ for 4 senior pizzas) because being used to where I come from for senior pizza at 5€ and 6€ or at the formula ONE PIZZA PURCHASED = ONE FREE, we were satisfied with the quality of the pizza in terms of taste and level of topping generously dosed..... It took 2 halves (the same evening at dinner and the next day at lunch) to finish everything 👌🏾
Ps: it's cool that you still take paper restaurant tickets but please also switch to the restaurant ticket card so bring a bank card terminal

I'm looking for a place to go out but since "la mano" absolutely doesn't know how to take negative comments and responds in a more than inappropriate way that doesn't make me want to come. If customers are complaining, there may be a reason. If they say the atmosphere or the bouncers are unpleasant it's not their fault but yours. If your establishment is so good, why doesn't it have 5/5. Try to take criticism as constructive criticism instead of believing that everyone is wrong and you never are.

26/10/2023: My friend and I made a reservation to be sure of having a table. We arrived 10 minutes early to make sure we weren’t late.
Unfortunately, we were surprised to see no one in the restaurant even though it was supposed to be open and after 10 minutes of waiting there was still no one.
And given the state of the restaurant I don't regret not going there.
Luckily we didn't have to pay for our reservation.
In short, I do not recommend this restaurant!!
