24/05/2026: The waiter was pleasant, but the brunette waitress was as unpleasant as could be! I was followed by a lot of unfriendly people and told the waitress, asking her to take the dance floor side to avoid them on the way out. Her response: "No, there are people dancing on the dance floor." As a young woman, and feeling a bit intimidated by the situation with a mature woman, I wasn't expecting this! If I were younger, I would have recommended it to many people for its friendly atmosphere, but AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you're a woman!!!! Absolutely no compassion. I was terrified at the mere thought of facing potentially malicious people, all because "some people are dancing." Extremely unpleasant and leaves young people in distress and in their own mess. Really disappointed, considering what I know of this bar/tobacconist.

07/04/2026: I was at the corner store, I went to buy rolling papers, and the saleswoman was incredibly rude, a woman with curly hair and a flower in her hair. Frankly, I didn't say anything because I wanted my papers, and she seemed like the type who wouldn't sell them to me if I made a fuss. I don't recommend it unless you have an extreme nicotine emergency.

24/07/2026: We ordered ice cream and a café crème. I asked for napkins, but they never arrived. Then, she served me my café crème, which had spilled into the saucer, with the sugar packets swimming in the coffee. I showed her the cup, but she didn't react. It seems she's in the habit of carrying her tray crooked. 24/07/26 The place is quiet and pleasant.

14/07/2026: The south used to be my favorite place, I held meetings there with my clients to discuss things and have a good time with a beautiful view, but recently it has changed, the staff is not up to par at all, too much waiting, things are forgotten, the food is not great, etc. In short, today I just wanted to tell you that you have lost a client who had been a client of yours for 7 years now and you are losing several clients unfortunately.

29/06/2026: Arrived at noon, zero sandwiches! It's lunchtime, how are we supposed to eat? Unpleasant music, no peace and quiet to eat in, stale bread from the day before, the worst Marie Blachère I know. Slices of ham thrown in haphazardly, it's like they don't want to work. I politely asked them to make me a ham and butter sandwich, nothing complicated, just 2 minutes wasted for a happy customer, except no, I think 2 minutes is too much, they refused my request. I went at the beginning of September, same problem. I went back today, still no change in organization and the sandwiches are still out of stock at noon, forced to take a small sandwich. In short, never again Marie Blachère!

23/06/2026: The service could be improved, as it was not considered satisfactory. The sandwich did not meet expectations, having an excessive amount of bread and lacking flavor. The advertised menu price was €4.95 including a drink. However, the bill came to €8.25 for a bland sandwich and a small bottle of water.

08/06/2026: SHAMEFUL, avoid at all costs! Cockroaches, filth, mosquitoes, and breakfast at the neighboring hotel 50 meters away... very pleasant. In short, 3 stars, let's be serious!

19/06/2026: I'm sharing this post to say that we received a very warm welcome at 9:30 pm, the service was quick, and the pizzas were excellent. I'll be back next year as we're returning to Normandy. It's a shame we only discovered this restaurant so late. See you soon!

24/07/2026: The air-conditioned space was a welcome relief during this heatwave. A complete menu for around €21, featuring home-style cooking. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly. What more could you ask for?

16/06/2026: Catastrophic! The staff are just chatting and having fun instead of taking care of the regular customers. I won't be going back. It's getting worse and worse. What a shame!

17/05/2026: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️PHONE THEFT ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ An evening that started well. Everything was going well, a stranger came to dance with my friend (girl), nothing out of the ordinary. 30 minutes later we went outside to smoke, my friend realized her phone was gone. We searched the entire venue, several people kindly helped us look, we asked everywhere (cloakroom/bar/DJ/bouncer). When I went back outside to look for the phone, I saw the same stranger (who had danced with my friend) steal a girl's phone from her purse right in front of me. From there, I grabbed him and told him to give the phone back to my girlfriend. I didn't have time to catch up with the girls, so I restrained the guy who, without having seen anything, gave the stolen phone to his friend, who left immediately. A security guard walked by, I grabbed him and explained the situation, and the guard told me that my accusations were very serious and that I shouldn't accuse without reason. Calmly, I explained the situation from beginning to end, and he retorted, "We didn't see anything, we can't do anything, it's your word against his." The guy was aggressive and wanted to fight. As a result, the guy continued his evening, hanging around the girls to steal their phones, and we went home empty-handed. (Note: Several people "lost" their phones that night, and a guy told my female friends to be careful because a guy was stealing girls' phones (the description exactly matched the alleged thief.)

15/05/2026: Unpleasant security guards and bartenders ++++ Treated like dirt. 280 bucks for two bottles of Captain Tsubasa and they only gave us a liter of Pepsi with them… and practically forced us to get more Pepsi. Unpleasant ++ and expensive +++ The music was awful, absolutely awful. Run away if you want to be treated like dirt.

22/07/2026: Is it normal to pay €29.70 for a 30g sub and a 15g sub with a drink? The bald man at the register definitely ripped me off. I won't be going back.

21/07/2026: We went in and came out again... the restaurant was filthy. I've never seen a floor so black with mop marks; they must have washed it with dirty water... it was so disgusting that we couldn't eat there.

07/07/2026: Excellent pizza with a thin crust and generous vegetables (zucchini, tomato, eggplant, etc.). Elsewhere it's the opposite: thick crust and a very thin layer of vegetables; and a very good cheesecake.

19/05/2026: Honestly surprised by this McDonald's. The burgers were piping hot, the fries were super crispy and well-seasoned, and the Coke was ice cold. Fast service despite it being lunchtime, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Special mention for the fries, which were definitely better than at many other McDonald's. Simple, efficient, and very good for a fast-food restaurant 👍
