16/03/2026: I ate there for a birthday celebration; I had a fondue, it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
14/03/2026: The food was absolutely delicious. I've never seen anything like it; the portions were very generous, but it was so good that I didn't even feel like I was overeating 🤤. I highly recommend it to food lovers and gourmets alike.

26/02/2026: Good kebab meat, no particular problems except for the portion size... a not-so-huge kebab for €8 or €9. Since the introduction of the euro, everything has gone up, so prices have doubled.
11/01/2026: Best kebab in Bourgoin. It's really very good. A family business, always smiling and clean. I highly recommend it.

23/03/2026: The setting and welcome were warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, there was one small drawback: the blueberry tart arrived half-thawed. The blueberries were swimming in water. It was completely unappealing and a huge disappointment.
21/02/2026: Perfect for sleeping, especially with the excellent soundproofing as the stream runs right by the cottage. And perfect for dinner too, with local produce and well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices. Friendly welcome as well. We will be back. Thank you.

At reception, a sandwich was missing from a meal deal.
We called them, but they offered no solution, just simple apologies.
I quote:
"Sorry, we can't do anything for you, I can see the missing sandwich right here."
They didn't even have ketchup or French fries in the order.
The order was practically cold.
The order preparation was appalling.
13/03/2026: I went through the drive-thru today, March 13, 2026. The staff is really unprofessional. The girl who took our order three times in a row, then suddenly started laughing with her colleagues while she was taking our order. I find that shameful.

28/03/2026: A very good experience at Le Chalet de l’Esplanade restaurant. I had a raclette and Beaufort cheese burger, and my boyfriend had a wild garlic matouille: the dishes were generous and delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the cooking is hearty. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, I highly recommend it!
28/03/2026: A friendly welcome with a beautiful view of Bourgoin. The setting is lovely, and the tartiflette and Swiss fondue were really good.
We'll be back! 👍

20/03/2026: First off, the prices are very reasonable (€22 for two pizzas) and honestly, they're generous with the ingredients: lots of ham on the Marcelline pizza and plenty of ground beef on the meat pizza. The crust is good with a nice raised edge, just the way I like it. I'll be back 👍

15/03/2026: A very good restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and quality service. The meat is good and well-cooked, although it doesn't particularly stand out compared to other establishments. Overall, however, it's very decent, even if the meal is rather expensive.
