And are the product prices adjusted on the bill too? I really think this nonsense needs to stop :) Update 2026: apparently the owner deleted their reply... Well then, shouldn't they just own up to it?

05/02/2026: Unfriendly manager. No kebab meat at 7 pm and tacos only served with fries and no sauce.

24/01/2026: We had planned our general meeting at the Panorama that day... It's not haute cuisine, but I give it five stars for the overall experience from beginning to end of the service we had requested. I didn't take any photos... But, after a punch as an aperitif and a few nibbles, we sat down to eat. A very good light watercress soup with crayfish. Then a duck tournedos with porcini mushrooms and Dauphinoise potatoes. Half a Saint Marcellin cheese or a fromage blanc. Pear poached in syrup with vanilla ice cream and hazelnut pieces.

18/01/2026: This is the second time I haven't received my entire order. I ordered a gratin meal and only received the tacos, neither the fries nor the drink. I've tried calling them several times, but I always get their voicemail.

28/12/2025: An unacceptable experience. I was simply walking past this restaurant in my neighborhood, walking my dog, when some men outside the establishment took it upon themselves to verbally solicit me with inappropriate remarks like, “Hey honey, how are you?” This is deeply uncomfortable, disrespectful, and makes me feel unsafe, especially for a woman alone. This kind of behavior gives the place a deplorable image and absolutely discourages anyone from going in, let alone ordering anything. A business that allows this kind of behavior to occur in front of its storefront poses a serious problem of respect and professionalism. Avoid it if you're looking for a clean, welcoming, or simply normal place.

07/12/2025: Very good and excellent value for money. We go several times a year and are always happy and well received. I recommend it for a family meal or even for lunch when passing by the lake.

18/11/2025: The owner is obnoxious, unprofessional, and unpleasant 🤮 in these comments. Who would explain why not mentioning a missing bottle on the bill would be incomprehensible for a biker (considering the price of Harleys!!)? However, the waitress "offered" digestifs, only to charge us up to €9 for them... left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be going back. However, the food is good.

22/08/2025: A real precious gem. Out for one night in the labyrinth that is Alpe d’Huez, you want to experience something special, but be really comforted rather than shocked. Well presented, plentiful and delicious dishes. Lucky the waitress spoke some English, because our French was quite stretched by the Menu… Ordered a mix of steak and chips, plat du jour (chicken vol-au-vent), pasta, fish and chips and something different, which became my highlight as the mum who cooks at home and could use a break: the tataki de thon, now in my all-time top-2 dishes! Choice of desserts: mix of unusual and mainstream, just what you want for a special night. Welcoming host, the type of human you feel you could be friends with - not to be taken for granted in this day and age. Wish we went back to try the other things on the menu.

02/01/2026: Your meal on December 31, 2025, was disappointing. The meat was served cold. The bread wasn't toasted for the foie gras. I didn't taste anything "homemade." There was no flavor from start to finish. The base of the tartlet was made with industrial chocolate. Where was the creativity? All this for 52 euros. I felt like I was eating Picard frozen food.

09/12/2025: A wonderful culinary and personal experience. The three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) is €22. The meal was very good, but the main course could have been a bit more generous.

11/02/2026: Nice place, warm decor. We ate well, but I think there are fewer dishes than at the Sporting a few years ago, and the atmosphere is less convivial. Not enough Savoyard dishes and frozen desserts. Expensive wine bottles. Not enough choice at reasonable prices. A little disappointed.

12/12/2025: The renovation was poorly done; it looks rushed and sloppy. The restaurant wasn't cleared in the evening, and we dined next to a filthy, uncleaned table, right in front of us and our noses, with the dinner of two people lingering throughout our meal. The breakfast buffet was awful, poorly presented, and unappealing. The products weren't worth the price.

06/12/2025: Stay from December 2nd to 5th, 2025 in Grenoble, for a conference. A disaster from beginning to end. Construction work every day from 8 am to 6 pm, never mentioned when booking: impossible to rest, impossible to work, impossible to take a nap. We pay for a hotel, we end up in a construction site. The key cards demagnetize 6 to 8 times a day, and to top it off, we're accused of "it's because of our phones," which is absolutely not the case. The result: a constant shuttle between the room and reception. We felt like we spent more time at reception than in our own room. The hairdryer didn't work: a blast of icy air, completely unusable. No one was able to provide me with another one, so I had to go out in the evening with wet hair in the middle of December. Unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. And to top it all off: no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. Nothing. Not even a word of apology. The prices, however, are definitely on par with a true 4-star hotel… unlike the service. I had a reservation at the Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles next week, which I will be canceling. After this stay, needless to say, I am deeply disappointed and will not be setting foot in a Novotel again for a long time.
