03/02/2026: The service is fast (tacos ready in 10 minutes after ordering). The missing stars are for the following reason: the two tacos we received were not what we ordered. We ordered two chicken tenders with Algerian sauce and salad with tomatoes and onions, and we received two ground beef tacos with white sauce and no salad... Furthermore, the tacos themselves were underwhelming: the tortilla was soggy, neither crispy nor golden.

10/04/2026: The waiter had a very handsome, muscular appearance. It's a shame he's not there on Tuesdays.

13/03/2026: Always a very warm welcome at the Eight Bar and the cellars, great themed evenings and very friendly staff! I recommend it!

03/07/2026: I've been several times and this is a lovely establishment. The restaurant is clean, the staff very welcoming, and there's a great selection of starters and desserts on the buffet, which is varied, fresh, and delicious. I had steak and fries cooked rare as requested, and it was cooked perfectly. The value for money is excellent. There were two of us, and we had two beers, two meals, and two coffees for €53. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: I placed a takeaway order, but it was incomplete. When I called you, I was told everything was fine... Anyway, I'm disappointed. Up until now it was good... but today, even the fried rice wasn't good and the shrimp weren't grilled, barely stir-fried!

22/07/2026: Frankly, I'm very disappointed. The service is extremely slow, the staff seem indifferent, orders take forever to arrive, and there's absolutely no responsiveness. It feels like nobody cares about the customers. It's a shame, because you expect a minimum level of organization and professionalism. I hope management will take steps to improve the quality of service.

29/03/2026: No photos of the show because we weren't allowed. It's both good and a shame. There could be a designated time for taking photos and videos, perhaps of just one piece of music. When you visit a family member, you want a keepsake. Sometimes memory alone isn't enough. The venue is very nice, the sound is good, and the welcome was very pleasant despite my previous comment. We had a great evening. We had dinner beforehand, and it was excellent. 25 euros isn't expensive. The concert is an additional 12€ or 15€ with a solidarity ticket. Student and unemployed rates are available. Pedestrian street. Park at the museum parking lot, a 10-minute walk away.

03/07/2026: The crust was 2 mm thick, and the ingredients were practically nonexistent. On top of that, I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza, which wasn't even cut. One thing's for sure: I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

08/07/2026: Ordered two different ice cream flavors: vanilla Nutella in a cone, and chestnut hazelnut in a tub. Honestly, the best ice cream I've ever tasted. The chestnut ice cream is pure bliss, incredibly decadent. The same goes for the Nutella. I highly recommend it; the service was quick and efficient. There was a short queue, but you won't regret it. I was disappointed to see some customers speak rudely and harshly to the cashier. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes, serving customers in 35-degree heat. I support you. ☀️🌺🌺

20/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to stop by Les Écrins for ice cream! The macarons and other chocolate treats are already delicious, and the little scoop of vanilla ice cream for our 2-year-old son was perfect—not too sweet and full of flavor :) We sat inside in the cool shade to escape the heatwave. The service was very friendly, and they always have new products to discover, both in summer and winter. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

25/04/2026: A very pleasant bowling alley with plenty of lanes. Drinks are available right next door, which is very convenient!

07/07/2026: Really disappointed. We quickly went through the drive-thru, making sure to ask the person taking our order if the toys we wanted in the Happy Meals were still available. In the end, we received the order with zero toys; they were out of them and didn't even bother to replace them with anything else. We thought, "No big deal, they're just toys..." except that a milkshake was also missing, we had about thirty different ketchup sauces but not the one creamy sauce we ordered, and the Cokes were lukewarm and flat. Honestly, I understand the staff are tired; it was late. But thank you, McDonald's, for not charging us so much for such poor service.

07/07/2026: The meal was decent, as usual. The toilets were dirty. But most importantly, there were no more World Cup plush toys available in the Happy Meal, which our 3-year-old son had been dreaming of...
