30/04/2026: Hello, I highly recommend this restaurant. We've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The food is perfect, the dishes are beautifully presented and delicious ☺️ The service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming!
22/04/2026: While on holiday in Bourg d'Oisans, we had lunch at La Muzelle... a bad experience. The waitress was unpleasant, haughty, curt, and unfriendly. Our starter of the day was tomato carpaccio... the result: round, tasteless tomatoes with no real preparation. I mentioned this to the waitress, who took my almost full plate but didn't pay any attention. Our main course was tagliatelle with pesto rosso and chicken... no sauce, the chicken cutlets were tough, and the tomato pieces were inedible. In short, a bad experience.

03/04/2026: We ate there on Saturday evening in mid-March, arriving at the age of six, in a rush after skiing. We were very welcoming, the service was good, and the food was delicious. We were very glad we found them.
27/02/2026: Change careers. We went to this establishment around 1 p.m. for lunch with friends and were unfortunately met with completely unjustified hostility. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was icy: a simple "move over," without a greeting or any consideration, from the woman who seemed to be the manager—a short-haired brunette with a cheek piercing. Fortunately, a very pleasant waitress, a smiling young blonde, then seated us. But the manager walked past us again, practically breathing down our necks and muttering, "These ones are slow." An inappropriate and contemptuous remark, revealing a profound lack of professionalism. As for the food, it was also a huge disappointment: bland, mass-produced dishes with an excessive amount of tube-style cheddar cheese, making everything inedible. We also clearly felt rushed to leave. A very negative experience, which I will not hesitate to share in order to prevent other customers from suffering the same deplorable treatment ☺️

21/03/2026: Just another McDonald's... The burgers look nothing like the pictures, the patties are half the size of normal, and the buns are tiny... I'm not telling you anything new. It's generally quite clean, but not always cleaned up after customers; maybe they're understaffed? The covered children's area is nice.

26/02/2026: Well, I think that was definitely the last time. I insisted on coming back because I really like your pizzas (thankfully they're very good), but this is pushing it... The two owners have become unpleasant, whereas at the beginning they were incredibly kind (the young woman on the phone got the pizza name wrong, which happens, but I felt like it was almost my fault when they had to remake them; they made me feel so uncomfortable I didn't know where to look...). They were also dishonest (yes, a long time ago we ordered by phone, and when we told you the pizza had leaked on the side and that the delivery driver had probably put it upright (we received it with the leak spilled on the side of the box upon delivery), (you only questioned your actions after a long conversation when you realized we weren't there to rip you off and that we were regular customers), in the end, you said you'd give us another order next time The pizza.... Unfortunately, when we ordered again, you completely changed your tune and went back on what you said (the pizza is no longer free). I call that taking people for fools, and it was extremely embarrassing. But rest assured, I don't need to beg you for a free pizza (at a cost price of less than €2, you're the one who should be embarrassed. To be this petty as a business owner is petty... I'll leave it to you, it's a gift; you clearly need it more than I do 😅).... I'll also mention your menu. It's incomprehensible, completely unclear. And it doesn't make you want to order. There are no prices listed; it feels like you're hiding your prices and trying to outsmart someone... Why aren't you just clear like everyone else? With a picture, a price, and the number of pizzas? Anyway, it took me a while to come back because My husband was extremely upset, I certainly won't be back... You are undoubtedly very nice people outside of work, but here you seem to have lost the customer relationship, in short, you've exhausted me... Best of luck to your daughters who are, on the other hand, extremely kind. I'm not posting what I said to your daughter on the phone tonight; I think she passed on the message... ⬇️ Your response speaks volumes about your good faith and professionalism. I simply told you that "you are undoubtedly very nice people outside of work." That's called a subtle compliment, although, judging by your response, you don't deserve my kind comment 😅 You know, you can be the best in the business and lose everything if you start looking down on people! I advise you to reconsider how you approach your clients... It saddens me to see kind people become truly awful...

24/01/2026: We had planned our general meeting at the Panorama that day... It's not haute cuisine, but I give it five stars for the overall experience from beginning to end of the service we had requested. I didn't take any photos... But, after a punch as an aperitif and a few nibbles, we sat down to eat. A very good light watercress soup with crayfish. Then a duck tournedos with porcini mushrooms and Dauphinoise potatoes. Half a Saint Marcellin cheese or a fromage blanc. Pear poached in syrup with vanilla ice cream and hazelnut pieces.

05/05/2026: So, I'm not usually a big fan of Asian buffets, but this one really won me over. The decor was a nice change of scenery (a bit like Hong Kong), and I managed to eat some dishes that I absolutely loved (saucy dishes, chicken, fish, duck, and a wide selection of vegetables). And let's not forget the delicious desserts! 🍨 And I'll add... NO ONE got sick! 😉 I'll definitely be back to try the wok dishes.

This must be at least the fifth time I've come to Subway and found the door closed and the lights off during mealtimes.... It's such a shame because there's a good team there, but the opening hours really need to be reviewed.... Today, April 22nd at 12:38 PM, closed... great, I'll end up at McDonald's 😪
27/03/2026: A rather mixed experience… I've been coming regularly for several years, and tonight was the last straw. I walked in, no "good evening," just a nasty look like, "She's annoying, we're closing soon…" The same thing happened with her colleague. Furthermore, no one asked me why I was there, but I kept getting dirty looks. I've never seen a restaurant employee with chewing gum in their mouth, and on top of that, blowing BUBBLES in front of customers! When my partner came into the shop, the same look, no "good evening," and on top of that, a rather disgruntled "This is unbelievable" to her colleague. Too bad, he was with me, and I heard everything. I'm very disappointed with my visit; it really doesn't make me want to come back. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know that last-minute customers can be late, but that doesn't mean I make them feel like they're bothering me or that they're not welcome. Don't forget who keeps your store running, and who generates your revenue.

06/01/2026: Excellent welcome. The staff was very friendly and attentive to customers. Finally, someone who loves their work! The food was high quality. Quiet atmosphere. Congratulations to the owner's wife who paints sublime pictures – what beautiful decor! It's a shame she doesn't sell her paintings. Hats off to the artist! I highly recommend it.
