12/12/2025: Despite a last-minute request for 65 people, this restaurant went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. The service was quick and efficient, the cuisine simple yet delicious, featuring both hot and cold dishes. And everything was served on time, to our great satisfaction. I thank them and highly recommend them.
17/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was frankly unpleasant. The welcome was icy: the server seemed completely indifferent to the customers, bordering on contemptuous. No desire to help, no consideration, a curt tone… You feel like you're bothering them as soon as you ask a question.
With such a cold and haughty attitude, it's impossible to enjoy the meal.
Honestly, this kind of service definitely makes you want to eat somewhere else.

16/09/2025: Small sandwich perfect for a quick fix, served quickly and the staff was pleasant. The fries were pretty good but the panini wasn't very tasty, not grilled enough either, but it's a good stopgap when nothing is open.

14/09/2025: Run away!!! Endless wait! Pitiful service, manager offended when customers mention waiting 😄 the only positive point of this moment was to sympathize with the other tables since we were all in the same state of mind. Go your own way, except Etchebest if you pass by...
13/09/2025: Waited more than an hour for a pizza. Fries served cold, mussels average or very average. Deplorable service. I do not recommend it at all. For an aperitif, a wait of an hour and everything arrives at the same time.

05/09/2025: A very well-located restaurant in the heart of the resort, we even have a small view of the ocean. But other than that, the food is not the best. They serve you canteen food, there is no real cook, it is a team of seasonal workers but not professionals, a shame... The children's menu is deplorable, the penne arrives dry without butter, without sauce and the ham was gray. We do better at home. The waitress in holey t-shirts, it's no better... In short, move on.

30/09/2025: Friday afternoon, bright sunshine, I sit on the terrace, since it was hot, and I wanted to enjoy the ocean view, I ask if we can open the umbrella, the waitress tells me no Today, you're not the first to ask 🤔🤔🤔 I specify that the umbrellas were in place,
I order a hot drink and a crepe, drink arrives, the crepe a few minutes later almost cold.
I can understand that it's the end of the season, and the staff are tired, but still

17/02/2026: As a long-time client of this property management company, I purchased a commercial property through them, currently own two properties under their management, and have also entrusted them with several business matters.
Unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing.
In the context of a sale that ultimately fell through, I was billed for a preliminary statement of account without any consideration for compensation, despite our existing relationship and the expenses already incurred. I understand that this service can be billed; my confusion stems primarily from the complete lack of consideration shown by the company in this situation.
However, my concerns extend beyond this specific point. During the purchase of a commercial property through them, certain non-conformities were subsequently identified. I repeatedly proposed corrective measures at general meetings to rectify the situation, but these points were never addressed or put to a vote, leaving the matter without a concrete solution.
More broadly, I'm now seeing longer processing times, less fluid communication, and a level of service that no longer matches what I was used to.
I also regret a lack of openness to collaborating with other professionals, which can negatively impact certain cases and, ultimately, the clients.
This is all the more unfortunate given that the relationship started off so well.
I sincerely hope this feedback will encourage improvements in the follow-up and consideration given to co-owners.

Lack of responsiveness, complicated communication, and inadequate follow-up on files. Despite several follow-ups, some issues remain unresolved.
Having worked with numerous property management companies in the past, I can compare: the level of service falls short of expectations.
I strongly recommend thoroughly researching and analyzing customer feedback before committing.

25/11/2025: An establishment from another era where the customer is treated like a sucker, friendliness is optional, and the food is an illusion... avoid it.
22/11/2025: Slightly old-fashioned rustic setting, quite noisy, difficult to hear sometimes. Decent starters and desserts. In dishes, decent fish, good fries, but we were served a piece of cooked meat (no commercial gesture offered following the report, not very correct) and another inedible due to nerves.
On the other hand, it is plentiful.
Disappointed with the meal, we will not return and do not recommend.
The boss seems to respond quite aggressively to each negative comment, but does not seem to question himself... It is abnormal to serve one cooked meat and another inedible one, we have the right to find the place not to our taste even if the chairs are by a designer...

A deplorable welcome from a landlady as friendly as a door in the depths of El Salvador.
A Landes pizza that's only a pizza in name.
RUN AWAY! OH RUN AWAY (unless you have COVID and a hyena's stomach).
PS: The miko ice cream must have killed the entire ant colony at the bottom of the trash can. WWF for complaints, see Nounours.
14/10/2025: They are the worst, we ordered cotton candy for 3€, there was no one there, it took forever and suddenly a guy comes out with a cell phone in his hand, when that should be prohibited, he started doing it badly with one hand, a cotton candy wafer came out, for not calling it something else, other waiters who were there realized the garbage he was giving us, they called the boss or so it seemed and she said it was fine and gave it to my daughter and kept it. They think that because we are from out of town we are less smart than them. I do not recommend it, avoid going in there. There are other places nearby that serve you better. DO NOT GO THERE
