25/04/2026: We had dinner at 1201, just the two of us. The cuisine is remarkable, with well-prepared seasonal ingredients and perfect flavor combinations. The presentation of the dishes is excellent; everything is meticulously crafted. The amuse-bouche could almost be a course in itself, given its quality. The desserts are magnificent. The service is top-notch. One minor drawback: we were seated on the terrace before dinner, and the wait for cocktails was a bit long. The wine pairings during the meal were very well chosen and delicious, but the portions were a little small considering the price. 22/04/2026: Discovering the five-course Equinox menu. The setting is superb, as is the decor in the bar area. The restaurant itself is simple and understated, with nothing out of place. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The meal was excellent, refined, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this establishment. We will return to explore other options, such as the brasserie.

26/02/2026: Halfway through our hike, we stumbled upon the menu outside the restaurant: a very reasonable price for a starter, main course, and dessert. We ordered a charcuterie/grilled ham platter with new potatoes and a crème brûlée (absolutely delicious)! The owners are really friendly and seem passionate about what they do. I take my hat off to them for setting up shop in this type of village, primarily inhabited by locals. I hope these residents realize how lucky they are to have a smile even when the weather is gloomy and to enjoy such high-quality food all year round! ;-) Special mention for the crème brûlée: we highly recommend it!
