27/05/2026: For my first experience at Quintessia, I'm delighted. I had a wonderful time for a bachelorette party. The brunch was delicious (homemade recipe, fresh ingredients). And the magical setting (a haven of nature) contributes to total relaxation and stress relief (spa). I highly recommend it and I'm even thinking of going with my family.

26/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, and very pleasant staff. We spent one night with access to the spa, a true haven of well-being. A special mention goes to the Louange bar, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink, as well as for its board game selection. We loved it!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the portions are generous for a very reasonable price. The ingredients used are fresh and high-quality, which explains why it's almost essential to book the day before, as this restaurant is very popular. It's an excellent choice if you're looking to move beyond traditional cuisine and try something more original. A true gem not to be missed!

Thank you so much. My thanks also go to the waitress for her gentleness and impeccable service, and thank you to those behind the scenes who create such an explosion of flavor. The wedding meal was delicious from beginning to end. Thank you, thank you! And finally, thank you to the manager of the manor who respected the decor of the room. Thank you all for contributing to my sister's happiness. When I return to Nantes, I will definitely stay at the Manoir de Procé.

The presentation of the dishes was magnificent, with meticulous attention to detail, and the team demonstrated great professionalism while remaining discreet and efficient throughout the day. From the cocktails to the cheese course, including the champagne fountain, everything was delicious. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we received numerous compliments on the quality of the food and service. We would also like to highlight the great attention paid to allergies and special dietary requirements. The caterer was able to adapt with professionalism and kindness, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the meal with complete peace of mind. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping to make our wedding so successful and memorable. We recommend this caterer without hesitation!

Everything was perfect, the guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the portions were generous! The staff was fantastic, and Mr. Menoret was always helpful and attentive. We highly recommend them!

05/07/2026: The quality of the sushi really leaves much to be desired. The main problem: the amount of rice – there's far too much, it's overwhelming – and as for the fish, it's very poorly cut and tasteless.
