22/02/2026: We had been to this restaurant several times before, but this last experience was a real disappointment.
If your goal is to rush customers, then mission accomplished: the aperitif, the bottle of wine, and the main courses arrived all at once. As a result, it was impossible to enjoy our meal. Even worse, the food was cold.
A minimum of organization and respect for the customer should be the bare minimum in a restaurant.
So, this will definitely be the last time we come.
22/02/2026: Disappointed by the service; everything arrived at once, we didn't even have time for an aperitif, which is a shame.
The quality has also declined significantly recently.

08/02/2026: On Saturday evening, without a reservation, we were greeted by charming, smiling staff who remembered our first visit a month earlier.
We connected easily, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were treated with discretion, and the pizzas were topped with fresh ingredients. The restaurant was easy to navigate. An excellent place... highly recommended.

10/07/2025: I was impressed by the dynamism and creativity of the Lieu Unique. It boasts superb exhibitions and a friendly atmosphere. A pleasant café, a fascinating industrial building, and numerous cultural events. A great way to spend a few hours in Nantes.

21/02/2026: A true culinary journey, an authentic place with authentic Lao cuisine, just like home cooking. We especially loved the crispy shrimp. We've been several times and it's a delight every time. The service is excellent. A place you absolutely must discover.

Most importantly: excellent service from all the staff.
We were there on business, and the hotel's atmosphere was very relaxing!
03/03/2026: The location is peaceful, the welcome is warm, the rooms are spacious, and the charm is old-fashioned—everything is top-notch.
The only downside is the breakfast: the quality of the products (industrial), no more fruit salad at 8:30 a.m., reheated bread, and a limited selection. Having to ask for water to take medication and for butter is also a drawback. The organization needs improvement. Overall, my stay was positive. I'll keep this address in mind.
