31/07/2024: Arrived for a drink, full terrace. I wait in front for a table to quietly become available while waiting for friends. 3/4 Other groups arrive and wait like us. And when tables become available, the waitress, very “dry” like some white wines, seats people who have just arrived. Remaining very courteous, I remind him that I have been waiting for a quarter of an hour and I am abruptly dismissed. !!!!! I let him know that I remained polite. He must not have liked this and installed the people who arrived after us on the following tables. Very unpleasant, knowing how to remain courteous even with a full terrace, that can be learned.

08/09/2024: We ate very well, the meat was excellent and the desserts delicious. The small appetizer salad is excellent and a change from what we are offered (nothing most of the time). We were served quickly and the waitress (Marion) was very nice. We will come back without hesitation..

08/09/2024: Came for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, everything went well. Saad, our server, was very kind and very welcoming. Thanks to him for this good time!

31/08/2024: Invited to the manor by friends for their wedding reception, I was able to see how pleasant the place is, the food both simple and original and the staff particularly helpful.

28/09/2024: DEPLORABLE!!! A table of 13 people reserves 3 weeks in advance. A more than unpleasant waitress, no smile and an incredibly rude way of addressing the customer!!! “Push your cutlery.” A waiter who comes to take the dessert order 5 minutes after serving us the dish. Not to mention the “we’re offering you the digestive” once we arrive at the bar, the bill paid, a waitress who hands us the TPE to each of us to ask us to pay for this famous digestive. To top it off, another waitress, equally pleasant and contemptuous, who clears these empty glasses on the counter while pushing our drinks. A shame! For a first in this establishment, the last one was unanimous, we have never been so poorly received.

27/08/2024: They manage to make burger recipes “simple” like the cheese burger excellent with their ingredients and homemade bread.

13/08/2024: Excellent ! Don't be fooled by the not necessarily attractive name, it's homemade here and it's very good. If you want the taste of an old-fashioned and generous burger, go for it ;)

30/08/2024: We can't say it's bad... just mediocre! The quality of service drops very significantly month after month, while prices increase. There is nothing wrong with this establishment which owes its only salvation to its central location.

26/09/2024: Good morning We were very disappointed with our last visits to this restaurant, which had already been frequented several times in previous years. First visit on Wednesday September 11, 2024, tuna steak with fridge taste and overcooked and ordinary kidneys, overcooked chocolate fondant and more melting on the other hand very good nougat ice cream. It happens on a bad day, so we decide to give a second chance on Tuesday September 17, 2024. Warm and poorly washed garlic knives, full of sand. Bland and quid frozen scallops! uncooked oyster mushrooms. Raw and cold duck breast, after reflection return to the kitchen for 20 seconds and return just as cold and raw. There is a clear lack of cooking control and judgment on the part of the room manager for whom this seemed normal. Having seen the kitchen, it also deserves more in-depth daily care. Knowing the restaurant from previous years and having some experience in catering, I would advise the managers to seriously take control of themselves to remedy all these shortcomings. 10/09/2024: Disappointed with this restaurant, the dishes were good however the products must not have been that fresh because my partner and I were both sick. The waitresses are very friendly, however 2 hours to eat is far too long for main course and dessert. (Service at outdoor tables was much faster)

10/09/2024: A very warm welcome, I came with my 3 dogs to the terrace, water bowl offered, a great initiative. Very good and generous fried mold, without hesitation I recommend the Cap Gourmand. And I will come back with pleasure. The staff is very friendly.

Allow an average of 42 euros for 1 aperitif (served with only olives), 1 main course, 1 dessert and 1 beer. Children's menu: €11.90 (main course/dessert) Good welcome, pleasant terrace setting (greenery and the Sèvre Nantaise in the background). Car park. The terrace is below a main road. The tables, designer, are original, but benches are attached to them, without backs which is tiring for the upper body throughout the meal.
