If you are looking for a small restaurant, which offers a menu (fresh, daily produce) at a reasonable price, with even a garden (your well-behaved pets are welcome) served with love and good humor. Well this is the right place.
05/08/2024: Warmest welcome just a small pot of industrial ice cream 4euros a little expensive compared to a bagnum 3euros50... in short it's a detail but not for everyone.

Very well received, pleasant and friendly people, we recommend this gem ++
25/08/2024: We booked by phone as part of a smartbox. We gave the reservation codes.
We drove an hour to get to Le Colvert and, when we got there, we were told that the smarbox reservation didn't work, the restaurateurs didn't know how to do it, and that we had to write a check (no checkbook on us) which we then validate at home and which they then reimburse us.
What a misfortune!!! They couldn't save us from having to drive 2 hours round trip, by simply telling us on the phone when booking that it was complicated for them etc... In short!!! Not all that cool.

Formule du jour peu onéreuse (12€) mais plats médiocres : poisson sec, légumes surgelés sans saveurs. Moelleux au chocolat qui ressemble à un gâteau très sec, sans aucun goût.

01/09/2024: A must for Nantes evenings. But absolutely avoid for private parties... No commercial gesture despite more than 60 people who consume widely and in a good spirit. Hostile manager and apid service...we have organized this event in several places in Nantes for 15 years, worst experience.

29/09/2024: Vi este restaurante antes de viajar a Nantes y decidimos ir porque indicaban que es muy bonito. Y efectivamente asi es. Comimos un menu de dos platos por 25 euros. Eso si los precios del vino eran prohibitivos. El agua en Nantes te la ponen gratis en todos los sitios. Tambien fuimos otro dia a desayunar. Yo chocolate con cruasanes y mi marido cafe con leche y un bowl con yogourt y frutos rojos. Todo muy rico. Personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo.

Serveurs très gentils mais à revoir sur leur présentation : chemises non repassées, chemise qui ressort du pantalon où l'on aperçoit la nudité, serveur qui ne sait pas verser du vin pour en mettre des gouttes sur la nappe c est dérangeant dans un lieu si connu

27/07/2024: Surprise invitation for my birthday. Everything was perfect: warm welcome and helpful staff, delicious food, very good wine and very pleasant terrace. I recommend.
02/07/2024: Restaurant that deserves a facelift but which delighted our taste buds with its vegan menu (we were just looking for a vegetarian menu). It was very good from start to finish and sufficiently filling with a dessert taken from the usual menu. Too bad that the appetizers at the beginning are not vegan/vegetarian too... Their terrace is well shaded and the tables are sufficiently spaced apart. We had a pleasant lunch here.

01/09/2024: We went with a group for a brunch and not only were they very unpleasant, but when we were trying to order Vegan food, which was almost impossible, the manager came to our table, very rudely.
Form, asking us to finish ordering now.
An overwhelming atmosphere, a lot of people, 0 ventilation, no air conditioning or a single fan, recommendation 0… Very very poor not only in the service, but also in price and food.
01/09/2024: HORRIBLE SERVICE. The manager was rude to us and told us to get out or order because people are waiting when there were tables available. They have no vegan options for food or milk. Don’t go here.

I ordered a vegetarian dish, I had a lamb dish. I was brought a small plate of hummus and questionable tomatoes which I did not eat.
The best thing is that I paid for the dish that I didn't eat!!!
