27/08/2025: I asked for a café crème to go and specified that I wanted it poured directly into my own cup. Unfortunately, it was served to me in a cup. I therefore had to transfer the coffee myself into my cup, which was inconvenient. When I explained the situation, I was rudely told that it was not my role. Furthermore, my cup was only filled a third full and I didn't even get any sugar. It was a shame, because I would have liked to have had a more respectful and attentive experience. I do not intend to return, despite the fact that I live right next door.

22/07/2026: A lovely chocolate shop where we discovered the 6 varieties of savory Kouignettes... A very pleasant welcome from the young man who congratulated us on our self-service packaging of the 12 Kouignettes 🤣😉😇... After tasting them as an aperitif, we all unanimously loved them... 👍👏

30/07/2026: Let me set the scene: it's July 28th, 4:30 PM, and 37°C in the shade. I'm a cyclist and have been riding since morning. Like at other times during the day, I stop at a shop to refill my water bottles (tap water). Get this: the bartender asked me to buy something before he would refill my bottles. I thought he was joking... but no, he was completely serious, and even a glass of water costs 50 cents. Sorry to say it, but avoid this place; these people are unpleasant.

22/07/2026: After several visits, I can say that it's a really great bar. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the owners are incredibly welcoming. Whether you're looking to meet up with friends or simply unwind with a drink, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend it!

02/08/2026: Stopped on our way to our holiday destination, we were the first to arrive and had to wait 15 minutes before even asking for an aperitif because the kitchen had just opened. They had four tables to serve during this lunchtime service. Despite arriving first, our two main courses were the last! The advertised gratin dauphinois was replaced with a simple frozen potato pancake without any prior notice. We waited an hour and fifty minutes before our main courses arrived, and our desserts were cancelled. The toilets were in a state worthy of a highway rest stop (cobwebs, toilet paper everywhere). The significant staff shortage that day doesn't excuse everything. Avoid at all costs.

03/07/2026: We went there for dinner, excited about the reviews, and sadly we left disappointed. The food was nothing like the pictures, it was quite basic and way less elaborated, and the price was too high for what we got, in our opinion. The service on the other hand was good, and the hummus also!

27/07/2026: The hotel was of average quality for the price: while the rooms had been renovated and the bedding was good quality, there were several drawbacks: --> The bathroom, equipped with a shower with a thermostatic mixer tap (uncommon and appreciated in hotels) and spacious, had a very noisy macerator toilet, a very small sink, no place to put toiletries, no coat hook, and the shower rail wasn't fixed. --> There was constant noise from the street and hallways. --> The room was very hot due to the hot summer: we discovered the next morning, thanks to Dylan, that we had a ceiling fan (light fixture), but how could we have known since no information was mentioned in our room (this was already requested about a year ago in the reviews for this hotel). We would like to thank Dylan for providing us with two spacious rooms next to each other. --> This hotel is not practical for elderly people or those with reduced mobility (very heavy doors to open, numerous steps (two high steps outside at the entrance), and a difficult staircase with an unusual landing at the top of the first floor). --> The timer for the hallway lights urgently needs to be addressed, as the fact that they switch off every two seconds poses a safety hazard. --> The white decor is certainly restful but rather dreary: a touch of color would be appreciated. --> Breakfast: it is indeed minimalist (as mentioned in a previous review) and lacks warmth, making it difficult to wake up after a restless night (the room doors creak and slam from 6:00 AM this Sunday morning; passing motorcycles and scooters with non-compliant exhausts that the doors do not dampen); €10 was charged for this breakfast, whereas we booked through Booking.com where it was clearly advertised at €9. No refund was possible. !!! Not very customer-friendly considering all the issues we raised. -> The exit door release bar is faulty, with no instructions on how to press it correctly, even though the problem isn't new. We were disappointed and do not recommend this hotel.

07/06/2026: Nice little hotel. It's a shame the hallway lights don't stay on for more than two seconds (and I mean two seconds, timed precisely!). Otherwise, the mattresses, recently replaced, are about as firm as a slab of marble. The breakfast was pleasant, and the breakfast room and restaurant have a nice decor.

19/08/2026: A charming lady who ran the dining room and cooked all by herself! The galette was very good and the price more than reasonable.

03/08/2026: I've been buying them for years and the galettes are still just as good.

05/08/2026: Very bad, we ordered milkshakes, they were only half-filled and it was more Yoki than milkshake. The ice cream was much too runny. After pointing it out, nothing was done about it.

03/12/2025: We went to lunch at this restaurant. There was no friendliness whatsoever when we ordered. I had a beer and tagliatelle bolognese with parmesan, which was uninteresting. There was hardly any bolognese sauce, and I didn't even finish it because I didn't enjoy it at all. The place was cold and soulless. A soda was served to one of the people at the table that was three days past its expiration date. When we pointed this out at the time of payment, the response was: "It's only been two days..." It had already been three days... In short, avoid this place. I ordered a cappuccino for €3.50, which was more like a café crème (see photo).

29/05/2026: My partner and I went for a charcuterie board and two drinks, and we were brought a board with 4 pieces of charcuterie that were barely hanging on, cubes of mimolette and emmental cheese, practically bought at the supermarket, and pieces of bread. I've never seen such a blatant rip-off.

07/07/2026: Very good, excellent cuisine, and a very warm welcome, always with a smile.

18/05/2026: No choice of dish, not good, plate of pasta with 2 slices of chorizo, it's a joke. If you take a main course and dessert, don't change your mind halfway through because they refuse. They didn't even change the dessert for a coffee, they refused. Receipt marked as paid in cash when it was paid by credit card.

06/07/2026: I bought this to eat at home! Fast food and the best kebab I've ever had!

22/07/2026: TheFork terms and conditions scam. As a regular user of the app, I'm very familiar with how it works. This restaurant isn't respecting its contractual obligations; the discount is supposed to apply to the entire menu (excluding set menus and drinks), but it's limited to the main dishes only. As a result, the final bill is incorrect and excessive. I've reported this to TheFork so they can take the necessary action, which is also confirmed by numerous customer reviews.

12/07/2026: I ordered online for delivery to my hotel, paid for it, but in the end, one of the items in my order was missing. A very kind lady called me to sort it out and gave me something else without any additional charge. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. Better than I expected. I'll definitely order again next time I'm here. So good, 6 stars!

24/07/2026: Catastrophic: terrible service, disastrous food, the worst kebab meat in Nantes, and an overall nauseating taste. Avoid at all costs.

12/07/2026: Honestly, it's awful. I don't recommend it. The taste is horrible; my daughter got a stomachache from your sandwiches, and my sister vomited from your disgusting food. The hygiene is appalling.
