21/08/2024: A good restaurant with quality products and clarity on the provenance on the menu. It's a real plus.
The food is good, the waiting time is reasonable considering the preparations for the different dishes.
The place is harmonious and the decoration is very neat.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because the waiter (certainly a beginner) didn't know the menu well and lacked a certain amount of interpersonal skills in his responses. Nevertheless, he was very nice.
We will come back, thank you for your work.
19/07/2024: We are regulars at 1 located on the banks of the Loire in Nantes. We went there in July and were once again very satisfied. The restaurant is quiet, the room is pleasant and has recently been redone. The dishes are tasty, made with fresh produce. The service is attentive and efficient. All with very good value for money. An address that we recommend.

16/08/2024: Very beautiful place, superb view of the outlet of the Loire estuary which leads to the Atlantic Ocean. Very good table, excellent cuisine, varied and quality choices. Fast and very friendly service. Truly a pleasure.

09/09/2024: The atmosphere is very nice! The Sangria is very good, a small downside for the cheese board... it's a bit much of the same cheese frankly...
06/09/2024: Friendly waiters, atmospheric bar. Unfortunately we had to ask 3 times to get our bread for the board which was average.
Very good cocktails.
The place is nice and the atmosphere in the evening is good.

26/07/2024: Historical monument that I had the pleasure of visiting last night. Professional and warm welcome, gourmet meal... what more can I say? The Miami continues to surprise us by remaining the best restaurant in France after all these years.

19/08/2024: When the little waitress trips and spills the coke you ordered on a white Bermuda short, it's a bit annoying. This can happen to anyone but even if she brings you a little water to clean (without having taken the trouble to check that there was also on the chair), the least thing would be a commercial gesture.. .as I am well brought up, no scandal but this opinion to point out this lack of professionalism. Yes, fellow vacationers, the cash drawer comes first!
14/08/2024: If you are looking for a place to combine good cocktails, pleasant service and an ideal spot, I recommend this bar!

17/09/2024: Having come to have a snack with a small child, we were treated to a scene of violence a few centimeters from the little one... a gentleman came by to ask for money and the waiter physically attacked him at our table before gassing him. Never again!
Honestly a shame because the donuts were very good as were the drinks.

A pleasant break to have a beer or a glass of wine on the banks of the Loire after a day of teleworking..
