17/10/2026: Good evening. I'm so disappointed with the order pickers who couldn't read or count, honestly, you're all sheep... 6 nuggets instead of 9 and one cheese from a Happy Meal instead of a double cheese... what can I say, we're treated like sheep!

06/03/2026: Restaurant. A lot of pretension, relatively expensive, and disappointing. The skate was dried out, with dry, tough ends, and the sauce was completely forgotten (a skate à la grenobloise here is skate served with absolutely nothing...). The "seaweed potatoes" were just steamed potatoes, again with nothing else! A set lunch menu for €35. The dessert was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. In short, disappointing. We won't be going back.

02/03/2026: The weekly menu is excellent, carefully prepared, and today the whiting was delicious. A very good place to eat.

01/08/2026: Just passing through, I thought it might be okay... Everything has already been said about the rooms, the overflowing bins outside, the dirty and poorly maintained common areas, and the mess at reception. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey admittedly, but very generous. There's no air conditioning, so it's obvious that it's hot in July, with ferocious mosquitoes... What's unacceptable is the restaurant's closure, which isn't mentioned at all, quite the opposite, on the booking website...

21/07/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel. We stayed there during a heatwave, and there was no air conditioning in the room. The heat was unbearable, and despite our request, the staff refused to lend us a fan. Their only response was that renovations were planned soon. This might be a good thing for the future, but in the meantime, solutions should be found for current guests. The room was very dirty upon arrival, with insects infesting it. There was also rust in the bottom of the bathtub, which was very slippery, giving the impression of neglect. The bed was very uncomfortable, which only made our stay worse. The hotel is located right next to the Leroy Merlin landfill, which is already quite unpleasant. The most shocking thing was seeing a rat right in front of the hotel entrance. Given all these problems, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is very disappointing to pay for a room under these conditions, especially during periods of intense heat when a minimum level of comfort is expected.

22/10/2026: Big Mac eaten at lunchtime on October 21st, resulting in food poisoning that evening with no other possible source. Beware!

15/10/2026: Great experience at Brioche Dorée in Nantes airport! The products are appetizing and convenient before boarding a plane. A pleasant place to grab a bite before departure. I recommend it! 😊

11/10/2026: €2.50 for a croissant, €2.60 for a reheated frozen pain au chocolat... it's outrageous. The other shops in the airport are just as ridiculous with their exorbitant prices... Even in train stations, the prices aren't this high...

24/09/2026: It took over an hour to be served after ordering at the kiosk and asking several times. No napkin, no sauce. Our order was going to be given to other customers for takeout. A disaster, we won't be going back.

24/09/2026: Maximum menu...but minimum portion of fries!

06/10/2026: It's showing on Google that it closes at 1:00 AM, but it's already closed at 12:30 AM.

04/10/2026: Went to the drive-thru... and never again! Sunday evenings with the kids often mean fast food... an endless queue at the drive-thru... a chilling welcome... and when it came time to place the order, it was awful. Before I could even finish what I wanted, the woman was saying, "Is that it?" "Is it finished?" "Oh, that's a lot."

30/08/2026: A 45-minute wait for a click and collect order with a parking system that was more than inadequate.

30/08/2026: It's always difficult to talk to someone... Boiling water in the toilet, impossible to wash your hands! This is ridiculous!

17/10/2026: Although I'm a regular at this McDonald's, I was very disappointed last night around 1 a.m. Drive-thru order: 2 McDeals and a Maxi Best Of. When the order arrived, I trusted the employees and went home… But when I went to unpack it, there were no ice creams for the McDeals, but the spoons were there, of course! Otherwise, where's the fun? I called McDonald's three times, and they hung up on me each time!

17/10/2026: Good evening, my order was missing a spoon and the sauces. The restaurant was dirty even though it was 7 pm. Furthermore, when I asked for sauces, I was told they were extra, even though I saw other people getting them for free, and several at that. There was no toilet paper left. The waitress was unfriendly.

27/08/2026: The owner is often drunk and only closes when he feels like it. A shame, it's a beautiful place.

13/09/2026: A 40-minute wait for a Drive order is simply unacceptable.

11/09/2026: Passing through, frankly, the fries in the entrance were filthy, the service was slow, and they only brought half their order. Other people waited 30 minutes and still forgot items in their orders. Avoid at all costs.

20/10/2026: The drive-through access remains open, and the hours are unclear. It's managed by incompetent people.

19/10/2026: It was really nice, I'd say. Of course... especially for a big McDonald's fan like me...

28/12/2025: Well located, and drawn in by the attractive presentation of the dishes, we went in. Although we knew the dishes were fake, we wanted to order some. Alas, it was all for show. None of the dishes were actually prepared. False advertising! The rest of the food was subpar, lacking freshness, and reheated. Not to mention the "freshness" of the restrooms.

03/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! I ordered caramel pork with fried rice, and there were tons of tiny black bits in the pork. I pointed this out, and they told me they were pieces of well-cooked garlic—basically, bits of garlic charcoal! They told me I just had to pick them off the side of my plate, without any further apology! Appalling!

20/10/2026: This McDonald's is filthy, I've never seen anything like it in my life. How can they let a restaurant get into this state? It's not normal.

17/10/2026: Food tasted usual for McDonald but I found it a bit expensive here.

16/10/2026: I do not recommend! Order placed at 11:34 PM, still not served at 12:15 AM. When you make a comment, their response is haughty: just wait! Honestly, you need to review your team. Disappointing! I understand the negative reviews better now!
