26/08/2026: The sandwich was very good, but the waitresses were unpleasant; no smiles or goodbyes.

14/08/2026: A very poor experience at the checkout. The cashier was clearly more preoccupied with her conversation with her colleague than with the customers in front of her. No smile, no welcome, barely a glance… We definitely felt like we were bothering her simply by coming to pay for our purchases. A minimum of politeness, attentiveness, and professionalism towards customers would be truly appreciated. It's a shame, because this kind of attitude gives a very bad impression of the store.

01/01/2026: The kebab and fries were generously filled with flavorful meat, although it was slightly undercooked. A bit more raw vegetables with less meat would have been nice, and we would have preferred the usual bread... Otherwise, the welcome was good and the service was quick; the other dishes looked very good!

20/08/2025: A very bad experience. The fries weren't prepared properly: cooked a second time, they were greasy and tasteless. Very disappointing quality. I don't recommend it.

16/08/2026: Lovely place to stop, the staff and locals are very friendly. Lovely couple of hours

29/05/2026: The boss is rude and ungrateful. The waitresses are fine, but he's disrespectful, rude, and leers at women, sometimes refusing to serve them. He thinks he can get away with anything; he should really reread the laws about commerce. It's high time bosses changed again.

25/09/2026: A less than welcoming reception, as the employee informed us she was removing fruit flies from the orange juice machine. Furthermore, when we ordered apple pie, she told us they were really bad that day. To top it all off, the saleswoman sneezed on my order and then served it without washing her hands afterward. A lack of hygiene that would make someone with Diogenes syndrome blush. I do not recommend it, especially since the taste was sorely lacking. Bon appétit to those brave enough to try. I won't be setting foot in there again for fear of catching some rare disease.

06/10/2026: I came in for a coffee and saw an interesting sign; when I tried to take a picture of it, the woman at the counter was very unpleasant. I gave up on the coffee. I do not recommend this place because of the appalling service.

04/10/2026: A very tasty, freshly prepared pastry filled with chicken and cheese.

06/07/2026: Avoid this company at all costs! Their delivery times are false and unrealistic, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their follow-up is disastrous, and their subcontracting is opaque! In short, if you have time to waste and absolutely no deadlines to meet, avoid them at all costs!

26/08/2026: After serving me a first matcha that was pasty and seemed to have gone bad, the waitress made me a second one that was just as bad. If the establishment doesn't want to invest in matcha of even a minimum quality, it would be better not to offer it at all, to avoid making customers sick. The juices are good, so they should stick to what they know and do it well.

11/08/2026: I've never had such good smoothies!!! They actually taste like real fruit for once! (Sunny Day and No Stress) As for the service, I think a little more help from the staff would be welcome... only one person to serve at snack time is not enough to avoid creating a wait... Attention job seekers! 😉

21/07/2026: Great bar! We came with friends for drinks, and the staff were fantastic—dynamic and young! The bar is very well located in the heart of Nantes, on Place Bouffay. Highly recommended!

18/07/2026: I hadn't heard of this bar before going in, but now I'm a convert. The service was simple, efficient, and friendly. If you're looking for a welcoming bar at a good price, I highly recommend Chez Lulu 😁

17/10/2026: I come here from time to time after leaving a shop, but mostly because I have no other choice. The prices are quite high (€6 for a glass of Quincy today). The service is very limited. Today, for example, they refused to charge my phone. Fortunately, this was offset by the smiling young employees. Thank you to them.

09/10/2026: Ahhh, Le Parvis 💖 My beloved grandmother and I have become regulars there. The first time was a bit of a coincidence, and then it became our go-to spot. The food is excellent, the service is impeccable, and the prices are really reasonable. The staff is so welcoming and efficient, always with a kind word. I can tell my grandmother appreciates all their little touches, and so do I! It's always lovely to feel so welcome. And besides... we're writing a little piece of our story there, the two of us 🩷 it's kind of our HQ, actually. We've even established two traditions: the bill is on her one time, and on mine the next. The second tradition, the one that will still make me smile in 20 years 😆, is when my grandmother whispers to me, with a mischievous glint in her eye, to put the rolls in my bag as if we were stealing from the till! 🤣 So a huge thank you to the whole Parvis team! (including those we never see because they're in the kitchen 😉) And see you soon for sure 😊

21/07/2026: I don't know what to think of this restaurant. We arrived first, but were among the last to leave because the service was incredibly slow. The meal was decent, although some of it was clearly not made on-site. As for the drinks, you shouldn't be too concerned about the bartender's hygiene. The same gloved hand used to cut fruit or handle ingredients was also used to open the trash can—which, ironically, has a foot pedal! And let's not even mention the ice machine door, which is closed with a foot pedal and then reopened with the same hand that prepares your drinks... And it's a bit pricey for the quality of the drinks and food. In short...

18/07/2026: The service was far too slow due to poor organization and total inefficiency. I do not recommend it; avoid it!

09/09/2026: We went there with friends today. I confess I don't understand the ratings. We were served in large cardboard trays, but the portion was ridiculously small! Why put it in such large trays when there's practically nothing in it? Upon arrival, a huge sign outside advertised a student offer. Not seeing it on the kiosks, we politely asked about it. We were informed that the offer couldn't be applied and wouldn't be available until Tuesday (it wasn't very clear), yet the sign didn't mention a date. I wanted to order the Drunken noodles, but they didn't look anything like the pictures; some items were missing. It must be said that the noodles were extremely spicy. Several of us ate, and everyone else's dishes were also very spicy, almost inedible. In the end, we had to order water. A customer sitting next to me was politely told it was too spicy for her, but received no further explanation or even an apology. The cook, however, was nice. In short, for the same service, I preferred Pitaya.

07/09/2026: Anthony is super professional, super kind, and pleasant. I highly recommend him; he deserves a raise. He's truly kind. I'll gladly come back to order again with this kind of service. Give him a raise! 😄

10/09/2026: My matcha passion fruit lemonade was made with zero care... The service was just like my drink.

07/09/2026: Passing through Nantes train station. The barista (Youssef) took excellent care of us. Extremely courteous. I highly recommend him!
