17/01/2026: Excellent meal: venison terrine, incredibly tender roast pork loin... all homemade. 🙂 Pleasant dining room and professional service. 🙂 Two set menus, two kirs, half a liter of a lovely Côtes-du-Rhône, a coffee for her and a cognac for him: 56 euros! 😄😱 At Au Chalet... it's absolutely delicious and exceptional value for money. 🙂 I highly recommend this wonderful place. 😃

22/11/2025: A very bad experience. We arrived at the bar during opening hours, with several customers clearly already inside. However, as soon as the manager saw us, she told us it was "closed." This attitude is incomprehensible and extremely unprofessional. We truly felt refused service for no valid reason. An establishment that treats customers this way makes you not want to return. Avoid it.

26/01/2026: The best kebab in Orléans! The meat is homemade, as is the excellent white cucumber sauce. You can really taste the quality and care put into the ingredients. A huge plus for the friendliness and warm welcome. I highly recommend it.

06/12/2025: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. Honestly, I don't recommend it! The sandwich was tiny and very dry, and the quality of the meat was really poor. I was very disappointed.

30/06/2025: This isn't the first time I've been served in over ten minutes when there aren't many customers. The salespeople take their time. The pains au chocolat are the same price as real bakeries even though they're frozen or ready-made. Exactly the same for the éclairs. A can of coke for €2.30? It's honestly a joke. Offering such prices without any expertise is sad.

19/11/2025: The drink costs 30 cents to buy and they're selling it for 2 euros. That's absolutely outrageous. The prices are exorbitant, and on top of that, the meat is poor quality. Frankly, it's theft disguised as business.

The service was very professional and attentive, the food delicious, and the decor unique and highly original, reminiscent of Stark. Le Lift remains a reliable choice in Orléans and is the best restaurant on the banks of the Loire.

24/11/2025: On a (very) rainy Sunday evening, we decided to eat at La Petite Auberge, without too many expectations… But the warm welcome from the owners alone told us we were in for a wonderful time. They only cook with high-quality, exceptional local produce, from the aperitifs to the herbal teas, and of course, the main courses. I'm very particular about what I want on my plate, and I can assure you that La Petite Auberge passed the test with flying colors! All joking aside, it's unpretentious cuisine, excellent ingredients, and I think a lot of love goes into every dish. Thank you, and I wish you every success in your endeavors!

10/11/2025: Excellent traditional Breton cuisine made with high-quality local produce! The inn may not look like much, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal; a wonderful time spent with family!

20/01/2026: A bit cramped, but what a treat this little restaurant is, serving only fondues and hot stone grills! It has a bistro atmosphere; you can easily chat with your neighbor, and you leave more than satisfied because the portions are so generous! The meat is excellent, and the vegetables served with it are equally delicious.

16/12/2023: After calling to book and confirming that an hour would be enough to eat, the response received was: starter/main course/dessert no but main course or main course/dessert no problem. Arrived on site 10 minutes to wait to be placed, once placed 20 minutes to wait for the order to be taken only to be told that 30 minutes will not be enough. Result 10min journey, 30min wait and 10min return journey for nothing and no time to eat elsewhere.. The restaurant is nice, the food looks good and the 2 members of staff seem pleasant but there is a severe lack of staff for the number of people in the room, it's a shame I won't have the opportunity or the desire to go back there.

12/12/2025: Very disappointed with the experience. They wouldn't accept the passtime for table 9, even though we had specified it before being seated. Surprise when the bill arrived! We ordered a dessert, coffee, and a digestif, but were served chocolate mousse instead. It ended on a very unpleasant note, as no discount or gesture of goodwill was offered. I will no longer recommend this establishment; too bad for you…

12/12/2025: Passtime was announced upon our arrival, with the response being "yes, we'll see about that later," but ultimately refused when it came time to pay. Addressing this at the beginning of the meal would have seemed more professional. There were several errors in our order and the staff was unfriendly. "We'll see about that later" is what will happen when we return to this restaurant.

22/01/2026: We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing. We were able to sample the chef's creations and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the first course to dessert. Every dish, including the amuse-bouche, was perfectly balanced in flavor, and we had a wonderful time. Special mention goes to the smoked sea bass, the lamb meatballs, and the brie with tonka bean, which were truly delightful. To top it all off, the welcome and service were also excellent.

20/12/2025: In Orléans for the weekend, we tried La Dariole. The setting is very pleasant and welcoming. Modern cuisine, impeccable cooking, surprising and successful flavor combinations. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will be back.
