02/08/2026: Our last two experiences have been very negative: I just called (around 2 pm) to make a reservation and received a curt and unpleasant response: "Not during service." I tried to find out what time reservations were accepted: another curt response: "After service" (because it's obvious the customers know the hours!). Last week, some customers had a dog that barked throughout their meal. They asked to be moved to a different table. At no point did the manager go to speak to the dog owners!

04/08/2026: I ate a Caesar salad there on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 at 8pm. 20 hours later I'm still sick :(diarrhea)!… not funny.

The welcome, the service, the quality of the food—everything was perfect and very reasonably priced for the quality of the dishes. The menu changes seasonally, which is really excellent. 31/07/2026: A happy coincidence led us to book a table at L’Estancia for lunch, and we didn't regret our choice. For four people, with two children's menus and two adult menus, plus drinks and two glasses of wine, the price came to just over €80, which is very reasonable compared to other restaurants. The food was good and well-presented, and the service was quick (the restaurant was quite empty) and very friendly. If you're passing through Briare and, like us, other restaurants were either closed or full, don't hesitate to go to L’Estancia. I've updated the menus.

29/07/2026: The service is good, but the pizzas take a while to arrive. The small pizzas are tiny, and the large ones are normal size (about the size of a plate). They should play some suitable music to create a better atmosphere. Nothing else to add.
