12/04/2026: I went yesterday afternoon and met a wonderful employee; her colleague seemed to be just as enthusiastic. I got some really great information. I was eager to try the product she recommended, but unfortunately, it was out of stock due to its popularity. So she went out of her way to find it at other organic stores. She's going to have the birch oil delivered to the nearest one to my home. Thank you so much, Brigitte, I think.

There were 10 of us, and we thank the kitchen and dining room teams, not forgetting the manager who remains the same year after year. Friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, the welcome was very warm, and the meal was excellent. Thank you for this delicious meal.
