10/03/2026: Having been a regular visitor to Vannes, I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time after reading several very positive reviews. I finally booked a table for lunch. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to my expectations. The welcome seemed rather lukewarm, which didn't exactly put me at ease upon arrival. The dining room is also quite dark and a bit gloomy, lacking windows except for a small skylight, which severely limits the natural light. Furthermore, the menu offers relatively few choices, both for dishes and wines. The food wasn't bad per se, but it remained rather ordinary and didn't seem to meet the standard one generally expects from a restaurant claiming to be gourmet. In the end, a somewhat disappointing experience considering the very enthusiastic reviews I had read beforehand.

24/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic! After trying all the Indian restaurants in the area, which are already very good, I find this one even better.

31/12/2025: Excellent discovery! The food is bursting with flavor, everything is delicious, and the portions are more than generous. A real treat, I'll gladly return.

01/03/2026: Not very good! The andouille crepe was just two tiny slices of rubbery andouille! The tomato sauce smelled like petroleum! I won't be back.

19/02/2026: Café Diem is a place where you feel good, cozy. Every moment is a treat for the taste buds. Plant-based and non-plant-based drinks. Divine pastries. They've thought of everyone and catered for all tastes. It's always a pleasure.

18/02/2026: Meh, it's not haute cuisine, but it's okay... However, the hairdresser across the street constantly going back and forth to the kitchen... hygiene is questionable. I don't recommend it.
