31/07/2026: I went for a visit around and had a coffee break, really cozy place.

30/07/2026: I worked in the restaurant industry for years. When I see a brasserie manager standing behind the bar while there's a problem in the kitchen, leaving customers waiting without any explanation, it's not very professional, even if the service is otherwise excellent. Blaming the customer is even worse. If you can't take criticism, you should find another line of work. I feel sorry for your young seasonal workers, who have to manage everything, poor things. Sincerely, Mr. Manager.

16/02/2026: Friendly welcome for takeaway pizza, but nothing amazing. The pizza was average, the pasta broke easily… and the ham was standard. For a pizza specialist, it needs improvement.

25/07/2026: A very unpleasant owner with a cigarette in her mouth, very expensive dishes for very small quantities, and she criticizes the bars and restaurants of the island next to the customers. I unfortunately do not recommend it, much to my regret, and my best wishes to the employees who are sent to buy her cigarettes.

17/02/2026: The welcome was very good, the waitress was very kind and friendly. But the mussels were beyond words. They had no flavor, the sauce was watery, and the fries were frozen. When you pay €30 per person, you expect a minimum level of quality. There were pieces of plastic in the mussels. Basically, everything was there. We didn't order dessert.

08/05/2026: The place is nice, the complete opposite of the owner, who was already jaded before the season even started? A gruff character, yet not overwhelmed at this time of year, a real shame, perhaps he should change careers?

13/06/2026: An amazing traditional French café bar. We had lunch, which was €15 for 3 courses, with wine. Starters & puddings were in separate chillers, pick your own. There was a small choice of mains, to order. Everything was excellent for the money. Madame was running the place single handed, but she had it all under control. The clientele was mostly local people, and friendly. Fantastic place.

19/08/2026: The pizza was very dark. Everything else was great! The desserts are fantastic!

19/08/2026: The only positive point was the view. It's very pleasant to dine overlooking the sea. However, the staff was disorganized. They came to take our order twice, brought our orders plate by plate, and waited 3-4 minutes between each course, so we didn't eat together! The waiter didn't know the menu when we asked for details about the salad ingredients... The service was extremely slow! The fries were undercooked and white, and the fish was lukewarm. There were no lights on the terrace, so after dark, you couldn't see much on your plate. I was very disappointed, especially considering the reviews from previous years.

04/06/2026: Excellent pizza, thin and crispy crust, fast delivery, and finally lemon slices on the salmon pizza! 🥰 The delivery driver was very pleasant, I highly recommend it! I thoroughly enjoyed it! 😋

11/07/2026: Security was top-notch; we tried to leave the bar with our belongings (just chilling), but the bouncer in the Hawaiian shirt caught us 30 meters later. Incredible, as quick as Mbappé!

04/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to Les Valseuses. The atmosphere is warm, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and it's a place where all generations naturally come together. Whether it's for a beer, a cocktail, or a mocktail, you're always guaranteed a good time. A must-visit in Vannes.
