08/04/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Last Sunday, I've been paying for my bread monthly for several months, but Sunday was the last straw. One of your saleswomen pointed out that I hadn't paid for April. I was sure of myself, so I checked my account Sunday evening and found the payment date as Friday, March 13th (€65.80). One of your saleswomen told me that didn't correspond to anything. On Monday, I showed her the proof, but for her, it was useless. Furthermore, your two saleswomen, against one customer, are making me out to be a liar. So, I'm asking Mr. Crespin for a refund of the €65.80, that's all. People have just said I overreacted, but I wasn't angry at any point. I simply said that it was out of the question for me to pay twice for the month (your two saleswomen). (Laura and Cynthia), it's so easy for two people to criticize a customer. I finally told them to stop, that's it. I talked to Lucie on Facebook, and so what? Does that bother them? One thing is for sure: I will never set foot in one of your bakeries in Lorient again, and I will give you some very bad publicity. You can count on me. I'm waiting for my refund now. What do you propose?

16/05/2026: A huge disappointment… We're loyal customers of the MAIALINO ice cream parlor in Port Haliguen (everyone's super friendly, generous scoops, and exquisite flavors), and while the ice cream at "Quai des Glaces" is as good as MAIALINO's (it's the same company!), we were served by a new seasonal worker who was unfortunately not well-trained. The scoops were tiny, barely reaching the top of the cone! She didn't know about the loyalty card system and was completely lost at the checkout. It gives a mixed impression, even though the ice cream itself is really good.

29/05/2026: As a regular customer in Theix, I'm very disappointed tonight because the pizza was way overcooked. (Even burnt)

26/03/2026: I came to the Vauban café to do a research project for my degree. I explained the situation, and the manager's response was far from kind. Apparently, sitting in a café to describe a place for a research project isn't allowed unless you buy something. I won't be back, and if you're looking for a friendly gesture, this isn't the place to find it.

30/05/2026: First and last time we order Click & Collect from this McDonald's. Upon arrival, four items were missing, and the sandwich we received wasn't even the one we ordered. When I called to report the problem, the manager told me she couldn't do anything. So, the customer has to pay for the restaurant's mistakes? Between an incomplete order, preparation errors, and nonexistent customer service, the experience was catastrophic. Check your order before leaving, otherwise you risk discovering the omissions once you get home with no solution offered. Frankly unacceptable for a chain of this size. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and I will never set foot in it again. 👎🍟😡

30/05/2026: They left lots of things on the trays, the trays were dirty, and we tried to call the waitress who never came just because she knew us.

12/05/2026: I highly recommend these new bakers. The baguette is good, and today I enjoyed a delicious almond pastry filled with pistachios, apricot halves, and almonds on top—a real treat! Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted by the generous portion; I ate it all myself! There's a large parking lot by the post office, which you can walk along the alley next to the Basilica, bringing you right to the bakery—just a short stroll before your delicious treat. There's also parking in front of the bakery itself.

12/03/2026: I ordered a duck parmentier and almost broke a tooth eating it. Avoid at all costs!

12/03/2026: Disastrous food, the dish was straight from the freezer and overcooked, bone dry! For 15.50 bucks, Burger King will do just fine.

21/12/2025: Be warned, the tacos are extremely dry, without a single drop of cheese sauce. Make sure you have at least 1 liter of water on hand to finish them. On the plus side, they're quite full, which is something.

11/06/2026: The floor was filthy and all the tables were dirty even though there were only 5 of us... The employee was completely unhelpful and forgot the fries (remember, there were only 5 of us in the restaurant), the burgers were barely lukewarm... Luckily there were only 5 of us, I can't imagine the disaster if there were 10 customers, run for the hills!!!! 06/03/2026 between 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm

10/06/2026: I've already checked everything, but apparently not enough... a Sprite instead of an iced tea and no peanuts for the sundae... well, soon I'll have to unwrap the bags to see if it's the right burger, and there weren't many people there either, that's promising...

12/11/2025: Located near the Nantes-Brest canal, this restaurant offers good traditional cuisine at very reasonable prices. The owner is friendly. I recommend it.

09/11/2025: Excellent food, a very warm welcome, and friendly, highly professional staff. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll gladly return. I highly recommend it.

24/05/2026: First of all, thank you for welcoming us as a party of four without a reservation. And honestly, they were very brave to handle such a busy service with just two of them. But aside from that, very little was right. We waited a good half hour each time between our aperitif, main course, and dessert. The lamb with new potatoes cost €28. The lamb was incredibly fatty, and the portion was really small. It was a dish with a sauce, and we had to ask for bread, as well as water, and we ended up drinking it from our aperitif glasses. The dishes themselves were okay. The young waitress barely smiled and was only mildly pleasant.

22/05/2026: No smiles, very light plates. The Belle-Île lamb was very fatty. They won't see me again.

27/03/2026: We ate at the restaurant on March 27th, and the service was frankly disappointing. The owner made snide remarks to her employee in front of the customers, and in a fit of anger, she slammed all the doors in front of everyone. So, we ate amidst the noise of slamming doors and inappropriate comments. The young waitress was very pleasant but clearly uncomfortable with the situation in front of the customers. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the owner definitely doesn't make you want to come back.

13/03/2026: The pizzas are good and the prices are reasonable. The service, and especially the owner who waits for you... you should change careers... Accounting or cleaning seems more suitable; interpersonal skills aren't your strong suit. It's a shame!

06/06/2026: A very pleasant stop during our bike tour. The owner is very active and a very good cook.

26/04/2026: This establishment seems to be nearing the end of its journey, what a shame!

09/06/2026: ​We felt so well taken care of at this restaurant! We got there early for the 7 PM service and sat outside for a drink, though the patio unfortunately isn't smoke-free. However, the food and hospitality quickly made up for it. We had the €29 three-course menu, which was exceptional value with very generous portions, and the fish of the day was an absolute standout. The dining room was peaceful when we sat down and had a lovely atmosphere as it filled up later. The staff were fantastic, making us feel genuinely important and even providing water for our dog. We will definitely be back for another meal before the end of our trip.

08/06/2026: Just a galette and a bowl of cider, everything was of good quality!
